Zoltán Tóth aims to create a confectionery section in the hotel. In order to develop this activity, two confectioners will be trained and supported by the company. Gyakornokok A statisztikai létszám növelésével együtt járó foglalkoztatás valósul meg. A pályázó egy szakács és egy pincér OKJ-s végzettséggel rendelkező gyakornokot kíván foglalkoztatni. A szakács tanuló elsajátítja a konyhai berendezések üzemeltetését, feladata a korszerű vendéglátás követelményeinek megfelelő feladatok ellátása, a vendégek elvárásainak megfelelő ételválaszték kialakítása, elkészítése, a különleges ételkészítési technikák alkalmazása, a munka összehangolása. A pincér gyakornok megtanulja az üzemeltetéssel kapcsolatos teendőket, figyelemmel kíséri az árukészletet, részt vesz az áru szakszerű minőségi és mennyiségi átvételében, előírásoknak megfelelő tárolásában, a munkaterületét nyitásra előkészíti, az eszközöket előkészíti, az ételeket és italokat szakszerűen felszolgálja. A pályázó célja, hogy a gyakornokoknak a felsorolt tevékenységeket megtanítsa és hozzájáruljon ahhoz, hogy a szakmájukban elismertek legyenek. Eszközök A vállalkozás célja, hogy a fiatalok elsajátítsák a konyhatechnológiai alapművelteket, tálalási módokat, és a berendezések megfelelő használatát.
