Trainees gain experience from the day-to-day tasks of the car repair workshop. In addition to everyday installation, also from computer fault detection, vehicle diagnostic tests such as emission testing, computer landing gear adjustment, shock absorber diagnostics, dynamometer tests, running gear blind play test, light-signalling equipment test and detection of electrical defects, climate installation. A Szabó-Varga Autócentrum KFT. elsősorban személygépjárművek szerelésével, javításával foglalkozik. A cég székhelye: 7759 Lánycsók, Mátyás utca 97., mely az egyik tulajdonos családi háza, ezen az ingatlanon tevékenység nem folyik. A telephely, ami egyben a fejlesztéssel érintett ingatlan is a Mohácsi Ipari Parkban található. A Mohács, 0134/31 hrsz-ú ingatlan egy 2400 m2 alapterületű telek, ahol 2011-ben nyílt meg az akkor még ~200 m2 alapterületű szerelő műhely, ami 2015-ben DDOP forrásból 400m2-re került kibővítésre. A cég tulajdonosai 2009. nyarán kezdték el vállalkozói tevékenységünket egy korábbi munkatárssal közösen. A jelenlegi műhelyükre 2011 áprilisában kaptak működési engedélyt. Az eltelt évek során egyre növekvő piaci pozícióra tettek szert. Úgy érzik a nagyobb ügyfélkör ellátása mellett a szakmai kihívásoknak is eleget tudnak tenni, ami a műhelyben használatos eszközöknek is köszönhető. A tárgyi feltételek mellett humán erőforrásuk is kiválónak mondható. Mivel ma már közel minden háztartásban van legalább egy, több helyen már két személygépjármű is, így a keresleti oldal biztosítottnak mondható, hiszen valamennyi gépjármű esetében a rendszerese szervízelés és karbantartás elengedhetetlen. A telephely elhelyezkedése kiválónak mondható, mivel egyrészt az ipari parkban található, másrészt az 57-es és 56-as út találkozásánál a Mohácsra bevezető út mentén. A telephely elhelyezkedése, valamint a szerelők szakképzettsége is piaci előnyt jelent a cég számára, így kiemelkedő piaci pozícióval rendelkeznek a mohácsi térségben. Ezt támasztja alá, hogy a megnövekedett megrendelői igényt nem tudják már kiszolgálni, így elengedhetetlen a meglévő munkaerő létszám bővítése. A cég már több éve tanulószerződés keretében gyakornoki munkahelynek minősül. A cég árbevétele és átlagos statisztikai létszáma is folyamatosan növekszik, ami az elmúlt évek beszámolóiból is egyértelműen kiderül. A projekt keretében 2 fő kerülne foglalkoztatásra, 1 fő autószerelő (OKJ 5452502 ), 1 fő autótechnikus (OKJ 5552501). 1 fő 2016.09.01-től, míg 1 fő 2016.11.01-től. Mindkét fő esetében 9-9 hónap az elszámolt munkabér költsége, bruttó 170.000,- Ft béren. A gyakornokok tapasztalatot szereznek az autószerelő műhely mindennapi feladataiból. A mindennapi szerelésen túl, a számítógépes hibafeltárásból is, a járműdiagnosztikai vizsgálatokból, mint például károsanyag kibocsátás vizsgálat, számítógépes futóműállítás, lengéscsillapító diagnosztika, fékpadi vizsgálatok, futómű holtjáték vizsgálat, világító-jelző berendezések vizsgálata, illetve elektromos hibák feltárása, klímaszerelés. Ezen feladatokon felül járműipari adatbázis kezelésében, munkafelvételben, illetve garanciális panasz kezelésében is tapasztalatot szereznek a gyakornokok. Ezek hatására a gyakornokok szakmai ismerete bővül, konkrét munkatapasztalatot szereznek, ezáltal javulnak munkaerőpiaci kilátásaik és foglalkoztatási esélyük. Ezen felül a 11 hónapos megvalósítási időszak alatt Varga Zoltán tulajdonos/ügyvezető látná el vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartói tevékenységet, akinek önéletrajzát a pályázathoz csatoltuk, több mint 15 éves szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik. Végzettsége szerint: gépésztechnikus, autóelektronikai műszerész, autószerelő mester, illetve autógépész szakirányon végzett gépészmérnök. Olyan személy, aki elkötelezett a szakmája, illetve a szakmai fejlődése iránt. Mint cégvezető és kiváló szakember alkalmas a kapcsolattartói feldataok ellátására. A projekt keretében a gyakornoki munkahely kialakításához és a munkavégzéshez az alábbi eszközök kerülnének beszerzésre: - 1 db BOSH ACS 611 automata klímatöltő gép. Ilyen típusú géppel a cég jelenleg nem rendelkezik, viszont ennek beszerzésével lehetőség nyílna a gépjárművekben található klímaberendezések javítására, szervizelésére ami által további tevékenységeket is el tudna látni. A gyakornokok az új gép alkalmazásával további hasznos ismeretekre tudnának szert tenni, aminek hatására nő „piaci értékük” és elhelyezkedési lehetőségük. A gép szükséges a gyakornoki munkahely kialakításához, hiszen ezen szerelési folyamat is szakmájuk része és a gáztöltő berendezés nélkül nem tudnák elsajátítani a szükséges ismereteket. - 3 db SKT-934-010MRV 286 részes szerszámkocsi. A szerszámkocsi elengedhetetlen kelléke egy autószerelő műhelynek. Az új 2 fő bővüléssel további munkaállomások nyílnak, aminek felszerszámozása elengedhetetlen a napi munkavégzéshez. A 2 fő új munkaállomásához 1-1 db, illetve a kialakításra kerülő klímatöltő és szervizelő részhez 1 db szerszámkocsi kerülne beszerzésre. A gyakornoki munkahely kialakításához egy autószerelő műhely esetében a legfontosabb eszköz a szerszámkocsi, a szükséges szerszámokkal, ezen eszközök járulnak hozzá, hogy a gyakornokok a szükséges autószerelői ismereteket elsajátíthassák.
