My one-year operational goal is: I would like to achieve a stabilisation of market access after a year of operation and the satisfaction of many orders through quality work. I would like to start my business with a grant of HUF 3,3,337 and own resources of HUF 333.337. I initially planned my income to HUF 100,000 to 150 000. From 2019 onwards, my expected profit will be in excess of the initial guaranteed net HUF 400.000 HUF, on an annual average of 12-27 %, which I achieve with stable business partnerships. Quantifiable results of the project: I establish at least 5 market connections and reach a net turnover of HUF 500,000 in the first year. By 2020, I calculated an annual turnover of HUF 4.6 million. As of 2020, I expect my business to stabilise and grow dynamically, which could result in a turnover of HUF 5.5 million annually in 2021. Part of my expenditure is an eligible cost, which consists of wage costs for 12 months totalling HUF 2.166.000, from mandatory publicity to HUF 6 000 and from the purchase of equipment at HUF 1.161.333. I'd like to spend a printer in the purchase of equipment, which can help my business administration. And a control unit for a tester measuring instrument, which allows the technical inspection of motor vehicles, the testing of electronic failures, and the troubleshooting. (English)

    Az üzleti tervem bemutatására kívántam létrehozni egy írásos dokumentumot. A vállalkozásomat helyben (3800 Szikszó, Madách Imre út 12.) szeretném elindítani mert úgy érzem, hogy a lakhelyemen szükség lenne egy ilyen formájú szolgáltatásra, mint az ország egész területén is. Azért szeretnék vállalkozni: mert szeretem a függetlenséget és nem szeretem, ha megmondják, hogyan dolgozzak. Egy régi álmom, hogy vállalkozó lehessek és így teremtsem meg a kis családom biztos anyagi hátterét. A vállalkozásom rövidtávú célja a stabil ügyfélkör kialakítása és hogy a vállalat piacképes legyen. Hosszútávon szeretném a szolgáltatásaimat bővíteni, hogy minél több ügyfelet elégedetté tegyek. Precíz, pontos vagyok a munka terén. Barátságosnak tartom magamat, hamar megtalálom a közös hangot az ügyféllel. Segítőkész próbálok lenni, minden téren megfelelni. A hibákra hamar találok megoldást. Autóvillamossági tudásom kimagasló. Gépjárműjavítás kompetenciám, hibaelhárítási készségem nagyon jó. Könnyen szerzek új kapcsolatokat, rugalmas vagyok, sohasem vállalom túl magam ahhoz képest, mint amit megtudok csinálni. Szakmai gyakorlaton szerzett tapasztalatok elegendőek a vállalkozásom beindításához. Fejlesztenem kellene magam, mert munkámban lassú vagyok. Nem szeretek más után dolgozni. Az adózással, a pénzügyekkel kapcsolatos tudásom hiányos. Időbeosztásom még fejlesztendő, nehezen tudok másokkal együtt dolgozni. Önálló vállalkozásban még nem mérettettem meg magam. A vállalkozásom fő profilja a gépjármű javítás, gépjármű villamossági hiba feltárása, javítása, karbantartása. Műszaki hiba elhárítása, műszaki vizsgára való átvizsgálás, felkészítése, A tevékenység eleinte a helyi település ügyfeleinek szánom, de szeretném idővel bővíteni. Üzleti ötletem: egyre nő az egy háztartásban lévő gépjárművek száma. A használatból adódóan akadhatnak meghibásodások, ezek gyors, pontos feltárására és kijavítására alapozom tevékenységemet. Fő tevékenységem a gépjárművek rendszeres karbantartásának elvégzése. Az ügyfél gépjárművével adódó panaszok kiküszöbölése. A vállalkozás célja minél több elégedett ügyfél, a jövőre nézve pedig a vevői kör kibővítése, piaci hatókör növelése és a szolgáltatások bővítése. Autóvillamosság szerelő és autótechnikus végzettséggel rendelkezem. Gyakorlati oktatásban szerzett tapasztalataim vannak. Személy szerinti potenciai veszélyek, vállalkozói tapasztalataim hiányoznak, gyakorlati ismereteim fejlesztendők, hiányosak az alapvető pénzügyi és adózási ismereteim. Ezek elhárítására tudatosan fejlesztem egyénileg vagy szervezett keretek között magamat, nyitott vagyok az új ismeretek elsajátítására, és mások hasznos tanácsainak elfogadására, szakemberek szolgáltatásának igénybevételére. Vállalkozást érintő potenciai veszélyek a piaci ismeretség eléréséhez idő szükséges, új belépők jelennek meg a piacon, a verseny éleződése. Megoldásra ezek elhárítására Intenzív marketing kampány, ár stratégia megváltoztatása, piaci innováció, a piaci hatókör tudatos bővítése. A vevői célcsoportom, azok az autótulajdonosok, akik karban akarják tartani a gépjárművüket, ha autójuknak valamilyen elektronikus meghibásodása van, illetve, ha cégek, szervezeti vásárlók flottájának, gépparkjának javítására van szükség. A megalapítandó vállalkozásomat a támogatás 3 millió forintjából szeretném elindítani és 333.337 Ft önerővel rendelkezem. Bevételeimet kezdetben 100ezer - 150ezer Ft-ra terveztem, 2019-től Várható nyereségem a kezdeti garantált nettó 400.000 forint árbevételen felül, éves átlagban 12-27% körül mozog, amelyet stabil üzleti partnerkapcsolatokkal érek el. A projekt számszerűsíthető eredményei: legalább 5 piaci kapcsolatot kialakítok és nettó 500.000 Ft árbevételt elérek az első évben. 2020-ra pedig éves szinten 4,6 millió Ft-os árbevétellel kalkuláltam. 2020-tól a vállalkozásom stabilizálására és dinamikus növekedésére számítok, ami azt eredményezheti, hogy 2021-ben éves szinten elérem a 5,5 millió Ft-os árbevételt. Kiadásaim egy része elszámolható költség, ami bérköltségből áll 12 hónapra összesen 2.166.000 Ft, a kötelező nyilvánosságból 6.000 Ft értékben, eszközök beszerzéséből 1.161.333 Ft értékben. Az eszközbeszerzésen belül egy nyomtató szeretnék költeni, ami vállalkozásom adminisztrációját tudja segíteni.
