Objective 1: The aim of our project is to provide cleaning services to industrial companies and commercial accommodation units in Heves County. Employment of 7 people and acquisition of equipment. Market: The cleanliness technology market in Hungary is a business with a turnover of HUF 128 billion. Competitive advantage: The cleanliness technology market is particularly demanding in the labour market, so labour shortages are heavily affected by this segment. This state of affairs represents a competitive advantage for the non-profit company, as we can ensure a stable cleaning team by employing people from the hard-to-reach disadvantaged and excluded groups who have not been absorbed by the market. Future: Furthermore, the stable future of our livelihoods from the cleaning market is underpinned by the shortage of labour in the segment, as companies are forced to raise prices and cannot compete on prices as in times of high unemployment rates. The current low unemployment rate therefore stabilises the increase in cleaning prices. Costs necessary for implementation: Costs of purchase of equipment: Purchase of cleaning and communication equipment essential for the services of the non-profit Ltd. for a value of HUF 30 614 000 + VAT. One of the main categories of equipment required for product/service expansion and development is cleaning tools for cleaning services and the other group of communication and administrative tools for the provision of cleaning services. Out of the 7 employees, 3 will be senior workers. The jobs of employees are institutional cleaners and helpers. At least 4 of the workers are disadvantaged workers. Communication and administrative means for the provision of cleaning services: As our employees are living in difficult living conditions, we need to get a phone for every employee, which in 2019 is an essential element of immediate communication for a high-quality company: Huawei p10lite 32gb — 7 pcs. We provide them with laptops and printers for the design, assignment and administration of the 3 leading employees:Hp pavilion 15-cs0012nh4tu68ea — 3 pcs; HP laserjet pro m227sdn — 2 pcs. Website development costs: Tomorrow’s development, domain registration and web hosting fee is 115 000 HUF+VAT. Personal expenditure of the target group: The employer’s cost for the employment of 7 members of the target group is HUF 20 238 000. Commissioning fee for project manager: Mandate of a mandatory project manager with a value of HUF 2 200 000 + VAT. Financial manager’s fee: Mandate of a mandatory financial manager with a value of HUF 1 950 000+VAT. Staff expenses of the professional developer: Our professional developer Viktor Kővári’s staff expenses amounted to HUF 1 440 000. Cost of mandatory publicity: Preparation of the C-type table and documentation required in the invitation to tender for an amount of HUF 85 000 + VAT. Cél: A projektünk célja takarítási szolgáltatás nyújtása Heves megyei ipari cégeknek és kereskedelmi szállásegységeknek. 7 fő foglalkoztatása és eszközbeszerzés. Piac: A tisztaság technológiai piac Magyarországon 128 milliárd forint árbevételű üzletág. Versenyelőny: A tisztaság technológiai piac különösen élőmunka igényes szegmens így a munkaerőhiány erősen érinti ezt a szegmenset. Ez az állapot a nonprofit kft-nek versenyelőnyt jelent hiszen úgy tudjuk ez a stabil takarító gárdát biztosítani, hogy pont azokból a nehezen hozzáférhető hátrányos helyzetű és kirekesztett csoportból alkalmazunk embereket akiket a piac eddig nem szívott fel. Jövő: A takarító piacról való megélhetésünk biztos jövőjét támasztja alá továbbá a munkaerőhiány a szegmensben hiszen a cégek kénytelenek árat emelni, nem tudnak árversenybe bocsátkozni mint magas munkanélküliségi ráta idején. Az jelenlegi alacsony munkanélküliségi ráta tehát stabilizálja az takarítási árak növekedését. A megvalósításhoz szükséges költségek: Eszközbeszerzés költségei: A nonprofit kft szolgáltatásaihoz nélkülözhetetlenül szükséges takarító és kommunikációs eszközök beszerzése 30 614 000 Ft+áfa értékben. A termék/szolgáltatásbővítéshez, fejlesztéshez szükséges egyes eszközök egyik fő csoportja a takarítási szolgáltatás ellátáshoz szükséges takarító eszközök, illetve a másik csoportja takarítási szolgáltatás ellátáshoz szükséges kommunikációs és adminisztratív eszközök. A 7 fő munkavállaló közül 3 fő vezető munkavállaló lesz. A munkavállalók munkaköre intézményi takarító és kisegítő. A munkavállalók közül legalább 4 fő hátrányos helyzetű munkavállaló. Takarítási szolgáltatás ellátáshoz szükséges takarító eszközök: Mivel teljes körű takarítási szolgáltatást kínálunk a vállalkozások számára így széles körű takarító gépparkot kell beszerezni a vevők igényeinek teljes mértékű kiszolgálására: Nilfisk BA 651 – 1 db; Nilfisk blue mh 5m 150/750 e24 – 1 db; Nilfisk blue mc 8p 160/2500 – 1 db; Nilfisk blue attix 791-2m b1 – 1 db; Nilfisk bu500 – 1 db; Nilfisk fm400 d – 1 db; Tornado acs 35 eliteplus+system bio – 1 db; Puzzi 30/4 e – 1 db; Imer Group im 10090 – 1 db. Takarítási szolgáltatás ellátáshoz szükséges kommunikációs és adminisztratív eszközök: Mivel a munkavállalóink nehéz életkörülmények közül valók ezért minden munkavállalónak be kell szereznünk telefont ami 2019-ben egy minőségi munkált végző cég esetében elengedhetetlen kelléke az azonnali kommunikációnak: Huawei p10lite 32gb – 7 db. A 3 vezető munkavállalónak a munkák tervezésére, beosztására a megfelelő hatékonyság elérésre és a munkavállalók adminisztrációjára laptopot és nyomtatót szerzünk be nekik:Hp pavilion 15-cs0012nh4tu68ea – 3 db; Hp laserjet pro m227sdn – 2 db.
