Since its foundation in 2006, the PGH Association is a non-profit organisation financed partly by business and partly by the EU, providing socially, economically and commercially useful services. The association operates in the region of Ny-Mo, with its location in Szombathely and has an office in Győr, Zalaegerszeg. Objectives: achieving real, tangible results in the economic and social development of West Mo.; creating jobs and value, building domestic and international partnerships, strengthening and maintaining the local knowledge base, remedying labour market problems, reducing social inequality, implementing training and development projects. Number of completed and ongoing international projects 51 Formulation and identification of the social problem: The ageing of the population, the decline of the population, the ageing of small settlements and the emigration of young people also continue in Vas County. The number of young people with technical qualifications who could complement or replace slowly ageing skills is critical. The workforce needs to be available not only in space and time, but also in appropriate competence, which in many cases is not met in the county. Summary of the technical content of the project: The development planned by PBN was triggered by two trends: (1) the increasing workload caused by continuous labour shortages and (2) new opportunities in logistics created mainly by the development of digitalisation. Thanks to a previous tender, significant progress has been made in manufacturing digitalisation — by promoting the teaching and application of 3 printing. This will be organically supplemented as planned. The training and implementation of warehousing automation is carried out which, on the one hand, automates (a) an indoor drone, the inventory survey typically carried out on weekends, overtime, and, on the other hand, promotes the handling of goods within the production site with the help of (b) robotised self-driving trucks. Drone-driven stock records are also introduced to the market as a business-based service. Hololens, as a hardware and software integrated solution, has both a demonstration and an educational purpose. With the help of a new technological solution, we can show the company managers what their plant would look like if they implemented full digitalisation improvements (automated storage, integrated inventory, real-time data tracking and display) and in case of mobile robot and drone application. The latter, experience-based education can be provided to students by displaying data, information and processes on an exciting tool. The main target group of the activity is SMEs in Nyu-Mo. from the mechatronics, logistics, wood and food industries. The total budget of the project is HUF 31.847.600 net. Disadvantaged target groups of the project: — Early careers under the age of 25 are unemployed or over the age of 50. In the project, 4 people will be employed, and in the project we demand a wage subsidy for 6 months, the amount of which is HUF 6.883.200 net. Crafted jobs: 2 persons warehouse digitalisation expert, 1 person customer contact and 1 person administrator. Presentation of the resulting services: With the indoor drone procured in the project, stock inventory assessment, inventory inventory is introduced as the main focus, and as a business service. With the MIR100 self-driving forklift, we carry out freight handling at the premises of companies, we present their automated plant to business managers with Microsoft Hololens, and we increase the level of training. A PGH Egyesület 2006-os alapítása óta egy részben üzletileg, részben az EU által finanszírozott nonprofit szervezet, amely társadalmilag, gazdaságilag, üzletileg hasznos szolgáltatásokat nyújt. Az egyesület a Ny- Mo-i régióban működik, telephelye Szombathelyen található, rendelkezik irodával Győrben, Zalaegerszegen is. Célok: valós, kézzel fogható eredmények elérése Nyugat-Mo. gazdasági-, társadalmi fejlődésében; munkahely- és értékteremtés, hazai- és nemzetközi partnerség építése, a helyi tudásbázis erősítése és megtartása, a munkaerő-piaci problémák orvoslása, társadalmi egyenlőtlenség csökkentése, képzési és fejlesztési projektek megvalósításával. A lezárt és jelenleg futó nemzetközi projektek száma 51. A társadalmi probléma megfogalmazása, azonosítása: Vas megyében is folytatódik a népesség idősödése, fogyása, a kistelepülések elöregedése és a fiatalok elvándorlása. Kritikus azon műszaki végzettséggel rendelkező fiatalok száma, akik a lassan elöregedő szakértelmet kiegészíteni, illetve pótolni tudnák. A drónvezérelt készletnyilvántartás üzleti alapú szolgáltatásként piaci bevezetésre is kerül. A tevékenység elsődleges célcsoportja a Nyu-Mo.-i kkv-k a mechatronika, logisztika, faipar és élelmiszeripari ágazatokból. A projekt összköltségvetése nettó 31.847.600 Ft. A projekt foglalkoztatott hátrányos helyzetű célcsoportjai: - 25 év alatti pályakezdő munkanélküliek, ill. az 50 év felettiek. A projektben tervezetten 4fő kerül foglalkoztatásra, részükre a projektben 6 hónapra igénylünk bértámogatást, amelynek összege nettó 6.883.200 Ft. Kialakított munkakörök: 2fő raktárdigitalizációs szakértő, 1fő ügyfél kapcsolattartó és 1fő adminisztrátor. Létrejövő szolgáltatások bemutatása: A projektben beszerzésre kerülő beltéri drónnal raktári készletfelmérés, készletnyilvántartás a fő fókusz, továbbá üzleti szolgáltatásként is bevezetésre kerül. az MIR100 önvezető targoncával cégek telephelyein árumozgatást végzünk, a Microsoft Hololens-el cégvezetőknek mutatjuk be automatizált üzemüket, illetve a képzések színvonalat növeljük használatával. Képzések: A projekt keretében beszerzendő legnagyobb értékű eszköz az önvezető targonca, melynek helyes használatához, működési környezetének megismeréséhez 2 napos oktatást kívánunk elszámolni a projekt terhére: nettó 400.000 Ft értékben. Más, a projektben beszerezni kívánt eszközök gyakorlati tudásanyagát belső képzésekkel, továbbképzésekkel, a PBN saját finanszírozásával történik. A projektben beszerezni kívánt eszközök: MIR100 önvezető targonca nettó: 14.056.000 Ft értékben, 3db Microsoft Hololens összesen nettó: 4.350.000 Ft értékben, Unity szoftver nettó: 1.650.000 Ft értékben és egy beltéri drón nettó 4.950.000 Ft értékben, szerver (adatgyűjtés, elemzés, adattárolás) nettó 800.000 Ft, laptop a (Hololens működtetéséhez): nettó 450.000 Ft. A projektben beszerezni kívánt szoftverek: Unity szoftver Hololens fejlesztői környezete: nettó 1.700.000 Ft. Visual Studio 2017SDK Hololens programpozási felület: nettó 320.000 Ft Projektmenedzsment költségei: személyi számítógép (munkaállomás): nettó 350.000 Ft A projektben a kötelező nyilvánosság költségei: nettó 55.000 Ft. A piacra jutást és marketing tevékenységet 500 db kiadvány segíti (magyar-angol), melynek összes költsége: nettó 600.000 Ft. A projekt szakmai megvalósításáért felelő 3 fő projektmenedzser és 1 fő pénzügyi vezető pénzügyi és munkaidő igényét a pályázó saját forrásból fedezi (Hungarian)
