The main objective of this tender is to meet the demand for products by recruiting and employing 15 disadvantaged workers. Target group: jobseeker — long-term unemployed (more than 6 months); low educational attainment; Under 25 years of age, over 50; looking for work after childcare, caring for a family member; in the framework of the project, the real estate at Miskolc, Malom utca 6 will be transformed into the first aid kits and the sewing rooms will be created. Sewing equipment is purchased (1 pin industrial fast sewing machine; 5 fiber industrial under-covering; 1 fiber industrial automatic locker, buttonbox; 2 fiber industrial electronic button holes; 1 pin embroidery machine; industrial heated ironing table, iron; industrial steam boilers; industrial thermal printing presses) screen printing machines (4/1 textile printing with carousel; intermediate dryer; infrared drying tunnel) for fabrication. In addition, office equipment (notebook, multifunctional color laser printer) will be purchased. Consumer target group: the employees of the Hungarian Red Cross and the employees of the disaster management are primarily at national level. In the case of first aid boxes, all companies that trade and businesses and individuals who access these products through the webshop. In addition, we try to meet the needs of other organisations and businesses connected to the Red Cross. Delivery to the customer: Within the framework of the project, a webshop will be set up in which the products can be sold. Designable objective: 2018.09.01. — 29.02.2020 The planned period for project implementation and 5 years of the maintenance period are 01.03.2020. — 2025.02.28. In the framework of the project, we intend to train 13 employees in order to acquire the competence to participate in the work in the varroda. Our goal is to provide our employees with an OKJ textile product compiler qualification and thus to increase the production efficiency of our company and to produce quality products. Starting the course does not require a completed education, so low-skilled workers can participate in the training. Retaining a skilled workforce is the most important thing for us, but it should be pointed out that we provide our employees with a professional qualification that is a lack of national and European skills, and thus, in addition to the knowledge acquired, they gain a competitive advantage that can be used on the labour market, as there is a constant demand for skilled textile workers. State-recognised certificate of textile product compiler with identification number 21 542 02 OKJ. If required, the Europass Certificate may be exchanged in several languages to work abroad. The results of our project will be communicated at national level in all forums. With regard to the project, we would like to give a good example and demonstrate that the disadvantage is a condition that can be avoided through work and learning. We intend to compile our communication and marketing activities in this spirit and to promote this philosophy in the course of the project disseminations. Jelen pályázat elsődleges célja 15 fő hátrányos helyzetű munkavállaló felvétele és foglalkoztatásával a termékek iránti kereslet kielégítése. Termék: elsősegélydobozok és formaruhák. A 15 főből 13 fő elsősegély dobozok összeállításával valamint a varrodai munkákkal foglalkozna 2 fő adminisztratív munkatárs közreműködésével, a célcsoporton túl 3 fő szakmai megvalósítót foglalkoztatunk. 1 fő projektmenedzser és 1 fő pénzügyi menedzser szolgálja a projekt céljainak sikeres teljesítését. A projekt tervezett elszámolható összköltsége 113.434.656 forint. Ebből a célcsoport tervezett bérköltsége 40.236.300 forint: 15 fő heti 40 órában történő foglalkoztatása 12 hónapon keresztül, bruttó 184.740 forint bér + 38.795 forint járulék/fő/hó. A szakmai megvalósítók bérköltsége 8.892.000 forint: 3 fő heti 40 órában történő foglalkoztatása 12 hónapon keresztül, bruttó 204.130 forint bér + 42.870 forint járulék/fő/hó. Célcsoport: álláskereső - tartós munkanélküli (több mint 6 hónap); alacsony iskolai végzettségű; 25 év alatti, 50 feletti; gyermekgondozást, családtag ápolását követően keres munkát; megváltozott munkaképességű A projekt keretében, a Miskolc, Malom utca 6 szám alatti ingatlan átalakításával jönnek létre az elsősegélydobozok összeállítására szolgáló és a varrodaként funkcionáló helységek. Beszerzésre kerülnek varrodai eszközök (1 tűs ipari gyorsvarrógép; 5 szálas ipari alul-felül fedező; 1 szálas ipari automata reteszelő, gombozó; 2 szálas ipari elektronikus gomblyukazó; 1 tűs hímzőgép; ipari fűtött vasalóasztal, vasaló; ipari gőzkazán; ipari hőnyomó présgép) szitanyomó gépek (4/1 textilnyomó karusszel; köztes szárító; infravörös szárító alagút) formaruhák készítéséhez. Mindezek mellett sor kerül irodai eszközök (notebook, többfunkciós színes lézernyomtató) beszerzésére. Fogyasztói célcsoport: a formaruhák tekintetében elsősorban országos szinten a hazai vöröskereszt alkalmazottai és a katasztrófavédelem dolgozói. Az elsősegély ládák esetében minden olyan vállalkozás, aki azok kereskedésével foglalkozik illetve azok a vállalkozások és magánszemélyek, akik ezeket a termékeket a webshopon keresztül elérik. Mindezek mellett a Vöröskereszttel kapcsolatban álló egyéb szervezetek, vállalkozások ilyen irányú igényeit igyekszünk kielégíteni. Vásárlóhoz való eljuttatás: A projekt keretében egy webshop kerül kialakításra, melyben lehetőség adódik a termékek árusítására. Tervezhető cél: 2018.09.01. - 2020.02.29. a projektmegvalósítás tervezett időszaka valamint a fenntartási időszak 5 éve 2020.03.01. - 2025.02.28. A projekt keretében 13 munkavállalót kívánunk képezni a varrodai munkavégzésben való részvétel kompetenciájának megszerzése érdekében. Célunk, hogy munkavállalóink OKJ-s textiltermék összeállító szakképesítést szerezzenek és így vállalkozásunk termelési hatékonyságát növeljük és minőségi termékek előállítást végezzünk. A képzés megkezdése nem igényel befejezett iskolai végzettséget, így a képzésben alacsony végzettségű munkavállalóink is részt tudnak venni. A szakképzett munkaerő megtartása a legfontosabb számunkra, de ki kell emelni, hogy munkavállalóinkat olyan szakképesítéssel látjuk el, amely országosan és európai viszonylatban is hiányszakmának számít, így a megszerzett tudás mellett munkaerőpiacon felhasználható versenyelőnyt szereznek, hiszen folyamatosan nagy a kereslet a szakképzett textilipari munkaerő iránt. Textiltermék-összeállító OKJ-ben jegyzett államilag elismert bizonyítvány, Textiltermék-összeállító 21 542 02 OKJ azonosító számmal. A bizonyítványhoz, igénye esetén Europass bizonyítvány kiegészítő váltható több nyelven, külföldön történő munkavállaláshoz. Projektünk eredményét minden fórumon, országos szinten fogjuk kommunikálni. A projekt kapcsán szeretnénk jó példával előjárni és bizonyítani, hogy a hátrányos helyzet egy olyan állapot, amiből munkával és tanulással ki lehet kerülni. Kommunikációs és marketing tevékenységünket ennek a szellemében kívánjuk összeállítani és a projekttel kapcsolatos disszeminációk alkalmával ezt a filozófiát kívánjuk népszerűsíteni. Az értékesítés során hangsúlyozni fogjuk (weboldalon, formaruhák címkéin, az elsősegélydobozokon elhelyezett matricákon, hogy termékeink hátrányos helyzetű munkavállalóknak biztosítanak tartós foglalkoztatási lehetőséget.
