The thermal insulation is made in two layers with offset joints. For insulation, a thin plaster is made in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer selected with glass fabric mesh reinforcement, and then the system is closed by the color blind attached to the system. The insulation shall be started from the aluminium starter rail running above the plinth. The insulation system must be made with a system warranty! Insulation of plinth with closed cell XPS pedestal insulator 18 cm thickness with mechanical fastening, pedestal thin plaster and coloring plaster. Windows: Glazing: UU (English)

    Az energetikai korszerűsítés során az épület homlokzati hőszigetelése mellett a tető hőszigetelése, a nyílászárók cseréje, a fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése tervezett biomassza kazán beépítésével. Tervezett munkák: külső falszerkezet szigetelése EPS 80-as hőszigetelő rendszer 20 cm vastagságban - nagy csarnok tetőcsere Lindab tetőpanelre. Umin= 0,17 W/m2K - lapostető a többi épületrészen EPS 100-as rendszer 25 cm vastagságban, villas vízszigeteléssel. A tető hőszigetelésére a tető szendvicspanellel való fedése - nagy csarnok kopolit felületek cseréje hőszigetelt üvegezésre - fém garázskapuk cseréje hőszigetelt szerkezetűre (mindenhol) - ajtók és ablakok cseréje Umin=1,15W/m2K - napelemek a tetőn 157db - faelgázosító kazán telepítése - radiátorok és szelepek cseréje - csőhálózat cseréje A falazatokra a lábazat felett egységesen 20 cm EPS-h 80 hőszigetelés kerül, mechanikai rögzítéssel. A hőszigetelés két rétegben készül eltolt illesztési hézagokkal. A szigetelésre homlokzati vékony vakolat készül üvegszövet háló erősítéssel választott gyártó előírásai szerint, majd a rendszerhez tartozó színvakolat zárja a rendszert. A szigetelést a lábazat felett futó alumínium indító sínről kell indítani. A szigetelő rendszernek rendszer garanciával kell készülnie!! Lábazat szigetelése zárt cellás XPS lábazati szigetelő 18 cm vastagságban mechanikai rögzítéssel, lábazati vékony vakolattal és színező vakolattal. Ablakok: Üvegezés: Uü (Hungarian)
