In the framework of the project, the energy certificates were completed as preparatory activities, both in relation to the existing, intermediate and planned state, the planning document related to the construction activity was prepared, an itemised budget was prepared on the basis of the planning documents, and an agreement was made with the energetician, the designer and the contractors for the successful implementation of the project. Development in the framework of the project is not an investment subject to authorisation, so consultation with the building authority was not necessary. Within the framework of the project, the Ltd does not apply for funding for preparatory activities, and it finances these costs from its own resources. Following a positive donor decision, the Beneficiary enters into a contract with the contractor offering the most favourable offer for the construction activities. A technical inspector will be selected for the successful and proper implementation of the investment. In the framework of the project, only construction activities are accounted for, for which we want to apply for 55 % grant. We use the help of a project manager in the selection of the contractor, the preparation of a professional report and a financial payment application, who has more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of European Union grant management. We intend to entrust a technical inspector who has been involved in the implementation of a number of European Union projects and therefore has the necessary experience in the implementation process. The activities of the project manager and the technical inspector are not to be accounted for under the project. In the framework of the project, we intend to apply for funding in the following target areas: — Use of heat pump systems for heating and/or cooling and/or domestic hot water production and/or heating: During the development of the heating system, the heat pump will be installed — Heated and unheated building envelopes, other than doors and windows: The current gates and the personal entrance are dismantled, and the steel support structure is then transformed due to the facade planes and the newly installed Hörmann heat-insulated gates. The new Hörmann gates are made in 450*450 sizes (3pcs) with electric movement, the passenger entrance is made of heat-insulated Hörmann door. On the southern facade a new plastic doors and windows are made between 1-6 frame positions with a parapet height of 4.50 m at a height of 6 m per raster at 1 m height. The windows replace the light requirements resulting from the removal of roof lights, thus avoiding the continuous operation of daytime artificial lighting, which also saves energy. AA projekt keretében az előkészítő tevékenyégként elkészültek az energetikai tanúsítványok, mind a meglévő, a köztes és a tervezett állapotra vonatkozóan, elkészült az kivitelezési tevékenységhez kapcsolódó tervdokumentum, a tervdokumentumok alapján tételes költségvetés került elkészítésre, egyeztetés történt az energetikussal, tervezővel, kivitelezőkkel a projekt sikeres megvalósítása érdekében. A projekt keretében történő fejlesztés nem engedély köteles beruházás, így az építési hatósággal történő egyeztetés nem volt szükséges. A projekt keretében az előkészítő tevékenységekre a Kft támogatást nem igényel, ezen költségeket saját forrásból finanszírozza. Pozitív támogatói döntést követően a Kedvezményezett szerződést köt a kivitelezési tevékenységekre vonatkozóan a legkedvezőbb ajánlatot adó vállalkozóval. Kiválasztásra kerül műszaki ellenőr a beruházás sikeres és szabályszerű megvalósítása érdekében. A projekt keretében kizárólag csak az kivitelezési tevékenységek kerülnek elszámolásra, melyekhez 55 % támogatást kívánunk igényelni. A kivitelező kiválasztásában, szakmai beszámoló és pénzügyi kifizetési kérelem elkészítésében projektmenedzser segítségét vesszük igénybe, aki több, mint 10 éves szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik Európai Uniós támogatások menedzsmentje terén. A kivitelezés folyamatában olyan műszaki ellenőrt kívánunk megbízni aki, számos Európai Uniós projekt megvalósításában vett részt, így megfelelő tapasztalattal rendelkezik. A projektmenedzser és a műszaki ellenőr tevékenységét a projekt keretében nem kívánjuk elszámolni. A projekt keretében a következő célterületekre kívánunk támogatást igényelni: - Hőszivattyú rendszerek alkalmazása fűtésre és/vagy hűtésre és/vagy használati melegvíz-termelésre és/vagy fűtésrásegítésre: A fűtési rendszer fejlesztése során LEVEGŐ/VÍZ hőszivattyú kerül telepítésre - Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése: Elbontásra kerülnek a jelenlegi kapuk és a személyi bejáró, ezután az acél tartószerkezetet átalakítják a homlokzati síkok és az újonnan elhelyezésre kerülő Hörmann hőszigetelt kapuk miatt. Az új Hörmann kapuk 450*450 méretben (3db) készülnek elektromos mozgatással, a személybejáró hőszigetelt Hörmann ajtóból készül. A déli homlokzaton új homlokzati műanyag nyílászáró készül a 1-6 keretállások között 4,50m parapet magassággal raszterenként 6m szélességben 1m magasságban. Az ablakok a tetőbevilágítók elbontásából eredő fényszükségletet pótolják elkerülve ezzel a nappali mesterséges világítás folyamatos működését mely egyben energia megtakarítást is jelent.
