To prepare the application, we contacted the energy expert, who assessed the implementation site and the state of the buildings with a total heated floor area of more than 5.000 m², and determined the energy level that could be achieved through the development and provided his proposal for modernisation. Based on this, we asked for a quotation for both solar panel system, heating upgrade, doors and windows, insulation, pellet boiler, heat pump. No special permit is required for development. As a result, the energy classification of the building improves 6 levels: extremely poor JJ rating to up-to-date DD rating. Our company deals with several of our own project management projects, so we can use our experience to date in the implementation of this project. Installation of solar system: 200 pcs Amerisolar/Sunlink 285 w polycrystalline solar panels with two 25 kVA 3 phase inverters. Polycrystalline systems make better use of scattered light, overall they are more efficient than monocrystalline and thin film solar panels, which is why we chose this product. Thermal insulation of building envelopes other than doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces with rock wool and horizontal insulation with sandwich panels. For doors and windows, plastic doors and doors are also purchased, as well as sectional industrial gates. Complete heating, cooling and domestic hot water systems are being upgraded in several buildings, including the purchase of pellet boilers and air-to-water heat pumps. Result 3: Thanks to an improvement in the classification of 6 levels, our annual greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by 859.91 tonnes. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A pályázat előkészítéséhez felvettük a kapcsolatot az energetikai szakértővel, aki felmérte a megvalósítási helyszínt és az összesen több mint 5.000 m2 fűtött alapterületű épületek állapotát, és megállapította a fejlesztéssel elérhető energetikai szintet, és megadta a korszerűsítési javaslatát. Ennek alapján árajánlatot kértünk mind a napelemes rendszerre, a fűtéskorszerűsítésre, nyílászárókra, szigetelésre, pellet kazánra, hőszivattyúra. A fejlesztéshez nincs szükség külön engedélyre. Ennek köszönhetően az épület energetikai besorolása 6 szintet javul: kiemelkedően rossz JJ besorolásról korszerűt megközelítő DD besorolásra. Több saját pályázati projektmenedzsmenttel is foglalkozik/foglalkozott vállalkozásunk így az eddig szerzett tapasztalatainkat kamatoztatni tudjuk jelen projekt megvalósítása során is. Napelemes rendszer telepítése: 200 db Amerisolar/Sunlink 285 w típusú polikristályos napelem, két darab 25 kVA 3 fázisú inverterrel. A polikristályos rendszerek hatékonyabban hasznosítják a szórt fényt, összességében nagyobb hatékonyságot jelentenek a monokristályos és a vékonyfilm technológiás napelemtábláknál, ezért esett választásunk erre a termékre. Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése kőzetgyapottal, valamint vízszintes szigetelés szendvicspanelekkel. Nyílászárók tekintetében műanyag nyílászárók kerülnek beszerzésre valamint szekcionált ipari kapuk is. Komplett Fűtési, hűtési és használati melegvíz-rendszer korszerűsítése történik meg több épületben is, amelynek keretében többek között beszerzésre kerül pellet kazán és levegő-víz hőszivattyú is. Eredmény: A 6 szint besorolás javulásnak köszönhetően éves üvegházhatású gáz kibocsátásunk 859,91 tonnával csökken. (Hungarian)
