Target areas concerned: Thermal insulation of building envelopes other than doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces. Replacement/replacement of building envelopes considered as doors and windows separating heated and unheated spaces to achieve energy savings. No new equipment or machinery will be purchased during the investment, not relevant in the project. Előkészítő tevékenység Előkészítő tevékenységnek megfelelően egyeztettünk az energetikussal, aztán a tanúsítványok és a támogatott költségek tekintetében a kivitelezővel. Ennek megfelelően az energetikai tanúsítványok és költségvetés tervezéshez az árajánlatok rendelkezésre állnak. A beruházás nem engedély köteles, melyet a kivitelező nyilatkozatában tanúsít. A termelést nem fogja befolyásolni a beruházás folyamata, a kettő együtt mehet párhuzamosan, nem szükséges a partnerekkel egyeztetni, munkafolyamatainkat nem befolyásolja. Ismertesse a projekt megvalósításának legfontosabb lépéseit Melegebb hónapokban fogjuk megkezdeni a projekt megvalósítását, terveink szerint amennyiben lehetséges az előkésztő munkálatok után a nyílászárók, árnyékolók eltávolítása, előkészítése, és az újak behelyezése hétvégén fog megtörténni. Ezzel párhuzamosan a szigetelési munkálatokat is megkezdik, majd a nyílászárók behelyezése után megkezdődik a szigetelés is, a legvégén pedig a párkányok felhelyezése, beruházási hely rendezése, nemes vakolat felhelyezése és a terület átadás. Jártassága, tapasztalata Tulajdonos ügyvezetőnek saját tulajdonú házán volt szigetelés, de a műszaki ellenőr rendelkezik a megfelelő ismeretekkel. Tulajdonos a vállalkozás működtetése során több fejlesztést, projektet megvalósított, ami segíti a a műszaki ellenőrrel együtt a fejlesztés megfelelő megvalósítását. Érintett célterületek: Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése. Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek cseréje / energia-megtakarítást eredményező korszerűsítése. Az épületek nyári hővédelmének javítása, árnyékoló- vagy árnyékvető szerkezetek beépítése A jelenlegi fa nyílászárók nem megfelelően szigetelnek, ezek hőszigetelő üveggel ellátott műanyag kivitelű nyílászáróra cseréje nagyban fogja befolyásolni a fűtés költségeit, ezáltal a vállalkozásunk rezsiköltségekhez kötődő terhei tovább enyhülnek. De ez a fejlesztés még önmagában nem elegendő, szükséges az épület homlokzatának szigetelése, mely 15 cm-es polisztirol keményhab hőszigetelést fog kapni, mellyel tovább csökken a hőveszteség télen, illetve nyáron az épület túlmelegedésének esélye, és ezáltal ugyancsak a költséghatékonyság eredményesebb lesz. Minden nyílászárón van reluxa, de a nyílászárók cseréjével ezt is cserélni kellene, hogy ne melegedjen fel az épület és kevesebb energia menjen el a hűtésre. A beruházás során új eszköz, gép beszerzése nem történik, nem releváns a projektben.
