Within the framework of the aid application, the installation of a solar system shall be carried out exclusively for the purpose of generating electricity in the grid. The nominal power of the solar system to be installed on the roof of the building at the head office of 5400 Mezőtúr, Water Interferry Garden 330 is connected to a public electricity network of 47.25 kWp. Elements of the system: > 150 pcs 315 kW polycrystalline solar panel > aluminum-INOX support structure for solar panel attachment > 2 pcs Fronius Eco 25.0-3-S inverter > overvoltage protection > wiring, fittings, AC-DC cabinets The construction cost includes the design of the system, the delivery of its elements to the site, the on-site assembly and installation by professionals. The solar system consists of 150 polycrystalline solar panels. Solar panels are connected to each other through water and UV standing, standard MC-plug PV-KST/MC-Socket PV-KST connectors. The electrical connections are UV-resistant direct current lines of appropriate cross-section (not exceeding 1 % voltage drop in specified length), channelled in protective channels, providing enhanced UV and mechanical protection (especially in the case of crossing the fire boundary). The wiring is designed and fixed in such a way that the wind and other external (snow, ice, etc.) effects cannot cause damage to the wiring or damage to insulation anywhere. Solar modules are attached to a metal corrugated roof with aluminium or stainless steel support specially used for this purpose. For the design of the solar panel system, 54/2014 (XII. 5) BM Decree of the National Fire Protection Regulation and TVMI 7.2:2016.07.01. Fire Protection Technical Directive is valid and employees! Inverters are inverters approved by the network provider. When choosing the place of installation of inverters, we strive to place them in a cool place. The frames and cables of the established system are within the prescribed dangerous approach distance, so the DC side junction box of the solar panel incorporates a T2 type T2 and T1+T2 combined lightning and surge protection device at the connection point. Due to the exact coordination of protection levels, surge protection devices come from the same manufacturer. The household-sized small power plant will connect to the customer network — via an overcurrent protection device — in the existing distribution cabinet of the facility, with fixed connection and in accordance with the conditions set by the electricity supplier. There is no change in the fixed performance, the measuring equipment is installed in the place of the existing apparatus, no change of the measuring cabinet takes place. (English)

    A támogatási kérelem keretében kizárólag napelemes rendszer telepítése hálózati villamosenergia-termelés céljából célterületre irányuló tevékenység valósul meg. A támogatási kérelem benyújtásához szükséges előkészítő tevékenységeket megvalósítottuk. A fejlesztendő épületről készült fotódokumentációt, a fejlesztéshez szükséges, energetikus szakértő által végzett számításokat tartalmazó szakértői nyilatkozatot támogatási kérelmünkhöz csatoltuk. A költségvetést 3 db árajánlat bekérését követően kiválasztott kivitelező ajánlata alapján állítottuk össze. A kivitelezéshez szükséges műszaki dokumentáció (műszaki leírás, helyszínrajz, egyvonalas bekötési rajz) elkészült, melyet támogatási kérelmünkhöz csatoltunk. A Plastik-System Kft. rendelkezik tapasztalattal uniós finanszírozásból megvalósuló beruházások lebonyolításában. A projektben 50 kVA teljesítményű napelemes kiserőmű telepítése valósul meg. A napelemek névleges összteljesítménye: 47.25 kWp. A Plastik-System Kft. 5400 Mezőtúr, Vízközi kert 330. cím alatti székhelyén található gyártóüzem épület tetőszerkezetére telepítésre kerülő napelemes rendszer névleges teljesítménye 47,25 kWp közcélú elektromos hálózatra csatlakoztatva. A rendszer elemei: > 150 db 315 kW-os polikristályos napelem > alumínium-INOX tartószerkezet a napelemek rögzítéséhez > 2 db Fronius Eco 25.0-3-S inverter > túlfeszültség-védelem > kábelezés, szerelvények, AC-DC szekrények A kivitelezési költség tartalmazza a rendszer tervezését, elemeinek helyszínre szállítását, szakemberek által helyszíni összeszerelését és beüzemelését. A napelemes rendszer alapján 150 db polikristályos napelem képezi. A napelemek egymáshoz víz és UV álló, szabványos MC-plug PV-KST / MC-Socket PV-KST csatlakozókon keresztül kapcsolódnak. A villamos összekötések megfelelő keresztmetszetű (megadott hosszban 1% feszültségesést meg nem haladó) UV-álló, egyenáramú vezetékek, védőcsatornákban elvezetve, a fokozott UV és mechanikai védelmet biztosítva (különös tekintettel a tűzhatáron történő átlépés esetén). A kábelezés úgy kerül kialakításra és rögzítésre, hogy a szél és egyéb külső (hó, jég, stb.) hatások sehol se okozhassák a kábelezés megrongálódását, szigetelés sérülését. A napelem modulok fém hullámlemez borítású tetőszerkezetre rögzülnek, speciálisan erre a célra használt alumínium, illetve rozsdamentes tartószerkezettel. A napelemes rendszer kialakításánál az 54/2014 (XII. 5) BM rendelet az Országos Tűzvédelmi Szabályzat és a TvMI 7.2:2016.07.01. Tűzvédelmi Műszaki Irányelvben leírtak érvényesek és alkalmazottak! Az inverterek a hálózati szolgáltató által jóváhagyott inverterek. Az inverterek telepítési helyének megválasztásakor törekedünk a hűvös helyen való elhelyezésre. A kialakított rendszer keretei és kábelei az előírt veszélyes megközelítési távolságon belül helyezkednek el, így a napelem DC oldali csatlakozódobozban T2 típusú, a csatlakozási ponton T1+T2 típusú, kombinált villámáram- és túlfeszültségvédelmi eszköz kerül beépítésre. A védelmi szintek pontos koordinálása miatt túlfeszültségvédelmi eszközök azonos gyártótól származnak. A háztartási méretű kiserőmű a felhasználói hálózatra – túláramvédelmi készüléken keresztül - a létesítmény meglévő elosztószekrényében fog csatlakozni, fix bekötéssel, az áramszolgáltató által meghatározott feltételek betartásával. Lekötött teljesítményben változás nem történik, a mérőberendezés a meglévő készülék helyére kerül felszerelésre, mérőszekrény cserére nem kerül sor. (Hungarian)
