    A fejlesztés keretében a Társaság a harkányi székhelyén található szálloda épületére szeretne napelemes rendszert telepíteni. A beruházás kivitelezését a Vállalkozás 2020.05.01-2022.04.30. közötti időtartamban kívánja megvalósítani. A beruházási tevékenység nem engedélyköteles, a tervrajzok, a műszaki leírás rendelkezésre áll. A fejlesztés során a megmaradó, jelenleg is megfelelő állapotú nyílászáró szerkezetekben az üvegezést cseréljük. Az új üvegszerkezetek 4 Float/16 Argon/4 Low E rétegűek. Ez azt jelenti, hogy a 2d b 4 mm-es síküveg között 16 mm vastag melegperemű távtartó van, az üvegek között argongáz töltet, valamint az egyik üveg lágyfém bevonattal rendelkezik, mely csökkenti a hőátadást. Ennek az üvegszerkezetnek az Ug értéke 1,0. Ezen túlmenően a költségek csökkentése érdekében napelemes rendszer kerül telepítésre. A tervezett 20,4 kWp csúcsteljesítményű napelemes rendszer két különböző tájolású tetőfelületre telepítve éves szinten a PV kalkulációk alapján 20.209 kWh elektromos áramot állítanak elő, és táplálnak vissza az elektromos elosztó hálózatba. A napelemes rendszer 68 db Canadian Solar 300 Wp napelem modulból, 1 db 17 kW Solar Edge inverterből, kábelekből, csatlakozókból épül fel. (Hungarian)
