The materials and materials to be incorporated, used and used, in addition to this, a complete heating upgrade will be carried out, with the following parameters: — the planned system will operate with an Ariston Class One System 24 condensation gas boiler with a power of 26 kW. — steel pipe network will be built, along with fittings and connections, painting. In addition, a 9 kWp rated solar system is installed with 33 Amerisolar AS-6P30 280Wp solar panels, 1 Fronius SYMO 10.0-3-M Light inverter. All materials and structures to be incorporated have not been previously produced or installed on other real estates. They represent the highest quality level, the solar panels and the inverter manufacturer also have the appropriate quality certificates, which are attached to the aid application. With this system, the company’s previous average annual consumption of around 10.000 kWh can be zeroed out. During the implementation of the project, an experienced technical inspector will represent our interests and has a decade of history in the field of similar construction and renovation works. In addition to this, we will be assisted in the administrative compliance of the project by Széchenyi Program Iroda Nonprofit Kft., who also has several years of experience in project management, who can help us to use the EPTK correctly and to compile the payment request without errors.     A tervezett beruházásra vonatkozóan készült 1 db hiteles energetikai tanúsítvány, és 1 db, a tervezett állapottra vonatkozó, nem hiteles "tanúsítvány" is. A tanúsítványok mellett készült az építészeti részekre, a gépészetre (azaz a fűtéskorszerűsítésre), a napelemes rendszerre, és a nyílászárókra vonatkozóan is tervdokumentáció, tervrajzokkal és műszaki leírásokkal, valamint statikai szakvéleménnyel is. A beavatkozások nem építési engedélykötelesek, ennek alátámasztására bszerzésre került a helyi járási hivatal igazolása is. A napelemes rendszerre vonatkozóan a helyi szolgáltató felé megtörtént az igénybejelentés, mely szintén a pályázat mellékleteként feltöltésre került. Tervezőkkel egyeztettünk, és keressük a leendő kivitelezőket is. A projekt keretében a következő tevékenységek fognak megvalósulni: Homlokzati hőszigetelő rendszer elkészítése + járulékos munkák: - Polisztirolhab lemez (EPS vagy XPS) hőszigetelő rendszer (179,86 m2 80,71 m2 44,1 m2): 304,66 m2 - Kőzetgyapot hőszigetelő lemez (előtétfalban): 38,36 m2. Födém hőszigetelési munkák + járulékos munkák: - Kőzetgyapot hőszigetelő lemez (242,09 m2 40 m2 62,99): 345,01 m2. Homlokzati nyílászárók cseréje + járulékos munkák: - Műanyag szerkezetű nyílászáró: 30,245 m2. A beépítésre, felhasználásra kerülő anyagok és alapanyagok, Mindezek mellett egy komplett fűtéskorszerűsítésre is sor fog kerülni, a következő paraméterekkel: - a tervezett rendszer egy Ariston Class One System 24 kondenzációs gázkazánnal fog működni, amelynek a teljesítménye 26 kW. - acél csőhálózat kerül kiépítésre, szerelvényekkel és csatlakozásokkal, festéssel egyetemben. Továbbá egy 9 kWp névleges teljesítményű napelemes rendszer is telepítésre kerül, 33 db Amerisolar AS-6P30 280Wp napelem panellel, 1 db Fronius Symo 10.0-3-M Light inverterrel. Minden beépítésre kerülő anyag, szerkezet még nem került korábban legyártásra, nem került beépítésre más ingatlanon. Minőségileg a legmagasabb szintet képviselik, a napelemek és az inverter gyártója is rendelkezik a megfelelő minőségtanúsítványokkal, amelyeket a támogatási kérelemhez mellékelünk. Ezzel a rendszerrel a cég korábbi átlagos, éves szinten kb. 10.000 kWh fogyasztása kinullázható lesz. A projekt megvalósítása során egy tapasztalt műszaki ellenőr fogja az érdekeinket képviselni, évtizedes múlttal rendelkezik a hasonló építési, felújítási munkálatok terén. Mellette a projekt adminisztratív megfelelőségében a Széchenyi Programiroda Nonprofit Kft. munkatársa fog minket segíteni, akinek szintén több éves projektmenedszeri tapasztalata van, ő az EPTK helyes használatában, a kifizetési kérelem hibamentes összeállításában lehet a segítségünkre.
