At the beginning of the year, we started to prepare the development. The selection of the designer and the energy expert started the work, during which we also agreed with the city’s chief architect. Details of project elements Heated and unheated building envelopes, other than doors and windows, are thermal insulation: — Preparation of an insulated roof: 235 m², — facade insulation 202 m², Replacement of building envelopes classified as doors and windows separating Heated and unheated spaces/replacement of building envelopes with energy savings: — replacement with openings: 16 upgrading of heating and/or domestic hot water systems: — Preparation of underfloor heating: 196 m², Replacement of light sources, luminaires and ballasts: — replacement of illuminating bodies: 26, (20 halls VTAC 5550 lighting bodies 100 W, 6 indoor lighting bodies VTAC 6062) Installation of a solar panel system for grid or autonomous (not connected to the grid) electricity generation, exclusively for the electricity supply of the building concerned by the development: — installation of solar system: 20 kW (polycrystalline solar panel boards Sharp ND-RB 275, Fronius SYMO 20.0-3M inverter) Application of heat pump systems for heating and/or cooling and/or domestic hot water production and/or heating: — design of an air-to-water heat pump heating system with a power of 36 kW.     Az év elején kezdtünk neki a fejlesztés előkészítéséhez. A tervező és az energetikai szakértő kiválasztása elindult a munka, mely során egyeztettünk a város főépítészével is. Az egyeztetések során kiderült, hogy a szakértők által javasolt építési tevékenység nem engedélyköteles. Az építési feladatok rögzítése után elkészült a terv és az árazatlan költségvetést, melyre 3 kivitelező cég ajánlatot is adott. Ezzel párhuzamosan megkerestük a megfelelő szakértőket a megvalósítás során felmerülő további feladatokra: műszaki ellenőrzés, projektmenedzsment. A műszaki ellenőrzést egy helyi cég vállalta, a projektmenedzsmentre a Kecskeméti székhelyű Bács-Tender Kft. adta a legkedvezőbb ajánlatot. A cég több mint 10 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik támogatott beruházások lebonyolításában. A támogatás elnyerése után megkötjük a legkedvezőbb kivitelezővel a szerződést. Projektelemek részletezése Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nem nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek hőszigetelése: - Szigetelt tető elkészítése: 235 m2, - homlokzati szigetelés 202 m2, Fűtött és fűtetlen teret elválasztó, nyílászáró szerkezetnek minősülő épülethatároló szerkezetek cseréje / energia-megtakarítást eredményező korszerűsítése: - nyílászárú csere: 16 db, Fűtési- és/vagy használati melegvíz-rendszerek korszerűsítése: - Padlófűtés elkészítése: 196 m2, Fényforrások, világítótestek és előtétek cseréje: - világító testek cseréje: 26 db, (20 db VTAC 5550 csarnok világító test 100W, 6 db VTAC 6062 beltéri világító test) Napelemes rendszer telepítése hálózati, vagy autonóm (hálózatra nem kapcsolódó) villamosenergia-termelés céljából, kizárólag a fejlesztésben érintett épület villamosenergia-ellátásához: - napelemes rendszer telepítése: 20 kW, (polikristályos napelem táblák Sharp ND-RB 275, Fronius Symo 20.0-3M inverter) Hőszivattyú rendszerek alkalmazása fűtésre és/vagy hűtésre és/vagy használati melegvíz-termelésre és/vagy fűtésrásegítésre: - levegő-víz hőszivattyús fűtési rendszer kialakítása 36 kW-os teljesítménnyel.
