The property to be developed is located in Szekszárd at Pollack Mihály Street 93 (hrsz: 01653/5). The building concerned by the development is owned by the applicant. The property was last renovated 10 years ago, the result of the partial renovation does not meet today’s energy requirements. The planned development is not subject to a building permit, no change of function takes place. During the preparation, the technical plans (construction activities not subject to authorisation), the static opinion (in a statement, the static building’s stability and the suitability of the roof to receive the solar panel system after the proposed slab reinforcement) were completed, and the energy annexes. During the development, new thermal insulation will be installed on the facades and floors of the building, and the facade doors will be replaced. Works, refurbishments and repairs related to building energy interventions will be carried out. The energy demand of the building will be provided by the solar panel system placed on the roof after the development. The detailed technical parameters can be found in the technical specifications, the energy characteristics of the project are described in the energy annex. The managing director János Scherdán has considerable experience in the implementation of the investments, and a professional project manager assists in the application accounting. A fejleszteni kívánt ingatlan a VENDESZ Kkt. székhelye Szekszárdon a Pollack Mihály utca 93. szám alatt fekszik (hrsz: 01653/5). A fejlesztéssel érintett épület a pályázó tulajdonában van. Az ingatlan legutóbb 10 éve került felújításra, a részleges felújítás eredménye nem felel meg a mai energetikai követelményeknek. A tervezett fejlesztés nem építési engedély köteles, funkcióváltás nem valósul meg. Az előkészítés során elkészültek a műszaki tervek (nem engedélyköteles építési tevékenység), a statikai szakvélemény (egy nyilatkozatban igazolta a statikus az épület állékonyságát és a tető alkalmasságát a napelemrendszer fogadására a javasolt födém megerősítést követően), az energetikai mellékletek. A fejlesztés során az épület homlokzataira és födémére új hőszigetelés kerül, cserére kerülnek a homlokzati nyílászárók. Megvalósulnak az épületenergetikai beavatkozásokhoz kapcsolódó munkálatok, helyreállítások és javítások. Az épület energiaigényét a fejlesztést követően a tetőre elhelyezett napelem rendszer fogja szolgáltatni. A részletes műszaki paraméterek a műszaki leírásban olvashatók, a projekt energetikai jellemzői az energetikai mellékletben kerülnek ismertetésre. Az ügyvezető Scherdán János komoly tapasztalattal rendelkezik a beruházások megvalósításában, a pályázati elszámolásban professzionális projektmenedzser nyújt segítséget. (Hungarian)
