Accordingly, we are applying for funding for the following items: software rental, education and training services, professional, introduction services. Procurement and logistics module sees the central database, through which we carry out the ordering processes. With the work-flow module, employees and company management see the tasks and their deadlines in one place. Operation of the electronic document management module: Receipt and filing of documents, invoices. Create eligibility levels. The CRM software is designed to store current and potential customer information. In the HRM module we can store the data of our employees in one place. With the service management module, customers can get acquainted with our service portfolio on an interface, and log in. The system contributes to increasing the competitiveness of our company, providing cost-effective, fast and accurate tasks, thus increasing the efficiency of operation. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Meglévő rendszerünk tartalmaz egy számlázó programot, a könyvelést külső iroda végzi, táblázatkezelő programot, Office 365, Emellett sok word és excell sablont használunk. A fenti modulok nincsenek összekapcsolva, minden adatot külön-külön kell rögzítenünk. Van egy weblapunk. Bevezetésre kerülő modulok: Felhő modulok: Szolgáltatásmenedzsment, Work-flow modul, Elektronikus iratkezelés, Tudásmenedzsment modul, Táv és csoport munka, HRM, CRM. A rendszert felhő modulokként vezetjük be, mert a szolgáltatásmenedzsmenthez, iratkezeléshez, work-flow-hoz állandó és nagy internetes sávszélesség kell, ezért ezeket a szervereket a szolgáltató cégre bízzuk, ő tőlük béreljük, mint szolgáltatást. Ennek megfelelően a pályázat keretében az alábbi tételekhez kérünk támogatást: szoftver bérleti díj, oktatás és képzési szolgáltatások, szakmai, bevezetési szolgáltatások. Beszerzés, logisztika modul rálát a központi adatbázisra, ezen keresztül végezzük a megrendelési folyamatokat. A work-flow modullal az alkalmazottak és a cégvezetés egy helyen látja a feladatokat, azok határidejét. Elektronikus dokumentumkezelő modul működése: Dokumentumok, számlák érkeztetése, iktatása. Jogosultsági szintek létrehozása. A CRM szoftver célja, hogy jelenlegi és potenciális ügyfelekkel kapcsolatos információkat tároljon. A HRM modulban egy helyen tudjuk tárolni munkavállalóink adatait. A szolgáltatásmenedzsment modullal az ügyfelek tudnak egy felületen szolgáltatás portfoliónkkal megismerkedni, bejelentkezni. Az rendszer hozzájárul cégünk versenyképességének növeléséhez, költséghatékony, gyors és pontos feladat ellátáshoz, így a működés hatékonyságának növeléséhez. (Hungarian)
