Our system is currently in use, is a Hungarian corporate management system developed in Hungary, which is considered to be a complex and comprehensive system, but over the past years, due to the regular use and based on the experience of our colleagues, it has become clear that it cannot be parameterised and customised entirely according to the special and unique needs of our company. The functionality of the system did not meet our unique expectations, which is an obstacle to users’ daily work. For this reason, the management decided to develop the following target areas during the implementation of this project: — Enterprise CRM, sales area — Controlling and decision support — Purchasing, logistical area — Distance and group work support — Financial and accounting area — Internet sales — Work process management system — Electronic document management — Knowledge management specialised solution — System using mobile techniques linked to a given functional area — Specialised system for geo-informatics and geographical information The choice of the supplier is justified by the fact that it is capable of fulfilling the requests indicated on both hardware and software pages in a complex manner and ensures that our company complies with Hungarian legislation. Furthermore, compared to other suppliers, it can be clearly stated that the greatest added value of the software modules of the myCentury product line presented in the test environment lies in the fact that only this product can provide our company with unique parameterisations that we need company-specificly. MyCentury is a hybrid and proprietary software that has proven to meet our special and unique requirements based on the presentations and previous personal meetings. The supplier will continue to be able and willing to manage each process in line with changes in the economic environment. When the project starts with the conclusion of the contracts, it is first necessary to develop a detailed system plan and a project plan. Consulting and providing services are carried out in consultation with the supplier, in which training, training, data uploading and migration, hardware and software installation, custom forms, and live installation are carried out. The data considered important for the core and our business will be extracted and transferred from the previous system to the new hybrid corporate governance system, which we intend to use after the introduction. Following the introduction of myCentury hybrid system software, our company’s processes become more transparent. This directly contributes to the more efficient operation of our company and indirectly to increase our competitiveness and improve our market position, which contributes to our long-term sustainability and usability. Jelenleg is használatban lévő rendszerünk egy hazai fejlesztésű, magyar vállalatirányítási rendszer, mely alapvetően egy komplex, átfogó rendszernek minősül, de az elmúlt évek alatt a rendszeres használatból eredően és kollegáink tapasztalatai alapján kiderült, hogy nem paraméterezhető és szabható testre teljes mértékben társaságunk speciális, egyedi igényeihez mérten. A rendszer funkcionalitása nem találkozott egyedi elvárásainkkal, mely a felhasználóknak a mindennapi munkavégzés során akadályt jelent. Ezen okból kifolyólag a vezetőség úgy döntött, hogy jelen projekt megvalósítása során az alábbi célterületekre irányuló fejlesztést kíván végrehajtani: - Vállalati CRM, értékesítés terület - Kontrolling és döntéstámogatás - Beszerzési, logisztikai terület - Táv- és csoportmunka támogatás - Pénzügyi, számviteli terület - Internetes értékesítés - Munkafolyamat-irányítási rendszer - Elektronikus iratkezelés - Tudásmenedzsment specializált megoldás - Adott funkcionális területhez kapcsolódó mobil technikát használó rendszer - Térinformatikai és földrajzi információs specializált rendszer A beszállító kiválasztását indokolja, hogy mind hardver, mind szoftveres oldalon képes a jelzett kérések komplex teljesítésére, ill. biztosítja vállalatunk részére a magyar jogszabályoknak való megfelelést. Továbbá, a többi szállítóval összehasonlítva egyértelműen kijelenthető, hogy a myCentury termékcsalád tesztkörnyezetben bemutatott szoftvermoduljainak legnagyobb többletértéke abban rejlik, hogy csak ezen termék képes biztosítani cégünk számára egyedi paraméterezéseket, melyekre cégspecifikusan szükségünk van. Az myCentury egy hibrid és saját fejlesztésű szoftver, mely a bemutatók, a korábbi személyes egyeztetések alapján is bizonyította, hogy speciális és egyedi elvárásainknak megfelel. A szállító a későbbiekben is képes és hajlandó a gazdasági környezet változásaival összhangban lekezelni az egyes folyamatokat. A szerződések megkötésével induló projekt megvalósulásakor elsőként részletes rendszertervet és projekttervet szükséges kidolgozni. A beszállítóval egyeztetve tanácsadás és szolgáltatásnyújtás valósul meg, melynek keretében oktatás, betanítás, adatfeltöltés és migráció, hardver és szoftver installáció, egyedi nyomtatvány kialakítás, éles üzembe állítás történik. A korábbi rendszerből a törzs és vállalkozásunk számára fontosnak tartott adatok kinyerésre és áttöltésre kerülnek az új hibrid vállalatirányítási rendszerbe, amelyet a bevezetést követően használni kívánunk. A myCentury hibrid rendszerszoftver bevezetését követően társaságunk folyamatai átláthatóbbá válnak. Ezzel közvetlenül vállalatunk hatékonyabb működését, közvetve pedig versenyképességünk növekedését, piaci helyzetünk javulását segítik elő, ami hosszú távú fenntarthatóságunkhoz és működtethetőségünkhöz járul hozzá. Az e-kereskedelemből származó bevételek nagymértékben hozzájárulnak cégünk árbevételének, üzleti eredményének növekedéséhez. (Hungarian)
