Furthermore, the system is not tailored to individual needs, so it is very difficult for the Company to use it and to take advantage of its potential at all. That is why the Company plans to acquire an ERP software from the Company Manager Software Ltd., which is a multi-user and parameterised solution with unique privileges. This helps a staff member to work only with information relevant to his/her own duties and not sharing his/her attention with other data that are not relevant to him. The Company will therefore acquire CRM, controlling, purchasing and logistics and mobile application modules, which are actually used in its operations. Some of the existing IT tools are outdated, which is why it is necessary to acquire new laptops so that the software can be used properly. In addition, 3 printers will be purchased to print the data, documents, reports, statements, etc. extracted from the corporate governance system. The software will be installed on the 3 new laptops and on 2 existing hardware that have recently been purchased and are suitable for the operation of the software. The corporate CRM module versatilely manages external and internal contacts, as well as assists in customer search and communication with precise purchasing. It can communicate with every module and provide data to decision-makers in its context. The corporate controlling module is very important in supporting decisions. The module can produce a weekly and annual plan, as well as a cashflow statement with plan/fact data, and it is possible to define and measure indicators. The purpose of the procurement and logistics area is to automate logistical tasks and provide transparency about the life of a product, group of items or product group. The functions of the module include article master management, scrapping, return, inventory, etc. The mobile application module allows employees to access software modules and perform their tasks without a desktop computer. A beszerzendő 4 modul, valamint az eszközök nettó 4.693 eFt-ba; az ezekhez tartozó szolgáltatások pedig nettó 2.880 eFt-ba fognak kerülni. A projekthez egy C típusú tábla elkészítése is szükséges, amely nettó 8.500 Ft lesz. A további kötelező tájékoztatás elemeit a Társaság saját maga kivitelezi. Így a projekt összköltsége 7.581,5 eFt-ot tesz ki, amelyhez a Társaság 40% támogatási intenzitás mellett 3.032,6 eFt vissza nem térítendő támogatást és 3.790,75 eFt kölcsönt (50%) kíván igénybe venni. A Társaság rendelkezik Digitálisan felkészült vállalkozás minősítéssel, valamint a megrendelte a szükséges vouchereket a http://www.vallalkozzdigitalisan.hu/ oldalon. A Társaság 2016 januárja óta bérel egy felhőalapú szolgáltatást a Kronos Trade Kft-től, amely bár kedvező áron biztosít széleskörű szolgáltatást, csupán egyfelhasználós csomagról van szó. Továbbá nem egyedi igényekre szabott a rendszer, így ezt a Társaság nagyon nehezen tudja alkalmazni, kihasználni a benne rejlő lehetőségeket pedig egyáltalán nem tudja. Éppen ezért tervez beszerezni a Társaság a Cégmenedzser Szoftver Kft-től egy ERP szoftvert, amely többfelhasználós és egyedi jogosultságokkal paraméterezhető megoldást jelent. Ez segít abban, hogy egy-egy munkatárs csak a saját feladatköréhez tartozó információtartalommal tudjon dolgozni, és nem megosztva a figyelmét a többi, számára nem releváns adatokkal. A Társaság tehát CRM, kontrolling, beszerzés és logisztika, valamint mobilalkalmazás modulokat fog beszerezni, amely területeket ténylegesen használ működése során. A meglévő informatikai eszközök egy része elavult, éppen ezért szükséges az új laptopok beszerzése, hogy a szoftvereket megfelelően lehessen használni. Beszerzésre kerül továbbá 3 db nyomtató is, amelyekkel a vállalatirányítási rendszerből kinyert adatok, dokumentumok, jelentések, kimutatások stb. kinyomtatását végzik el. A szoftverek a 3 új laptopra kerülnek feltelepítésre, illetve 2 olyan meglévő hardverre, amelyek nemrég kerültek beszerzésre és megfelelőek a szoftverek működéséhez. A vállalati CRM modul sokoldalúan kezeli a külső és belső kapcsolattartást, valamint segítséget ad a precíz vásárláshoz is kötött vevőkereséshez, illetve kommunikációhoz. Minden modullal képes kommunikálni, és akár összefüggéseiben is képes a döntéshozóknak adatot szolgáltatni. A vállalti kontrolling modul nagyon fontos a döntések támogatásában. A modullal heti és éves terv, valamint terv/tény adatokkal ellátott Cashflow kimutatás készíthető, illetve lehetőség nyílik a mutatószámok definiálására és visszamérésére. A beszerzés és logisztikai terület célja, hogy automatizálja a logisztikai feladatokat, illetve átláthatóságot nyújt egy-egy termék, cikkcsoport vagy termékcsoport életútjáról. A modul funkciói még a cikktörzskezelés, selejtezés, visszáru, leltár funkciók stb. A mobilalkalmazás modul segítségével a munkavállalók asztali számítógép nélkül is hozzáférhetnek a szoftver moduljaihoz és el tudják végezni a feladatukat. (Hungarian)
