Our main activity is the retail trade of clothing. It is important for us to continuously develop and serve the needs of our customers as widely as possible. In order to improve our business and make our work processes transparent, it is important to put in place an appropriate corporate governance system that connects our activities. Within the hybrid system, we plan to introduce 10 modules that focus on the following functional areas: For cloud services: — CRM — Distance and group work — Controlling — HR — Service management for locally installed software: — Logistics — WorkFlow — Archive management — Knowledge management -ERP additional mobile service It is important for us that the system to be introduced takes into account the specific aspects and expectations of our company. Therefore, the modules have been selected to connect to our existing workflows. Most of our employees work in the field of sales, so logistics, CRM, service management and WorkFlow modules will help them most. These modules combine activities in which we can follow the life cycle of our products, facilitate contact with partners and manage their data in a single base, as well as workflows and excellent control and tracking. The Control Module will be used mainly by executives, middle managers, group managers, marketing administrators, from which they can check the company’s operation so far and help decision making. The HR, Distance and Teamwork and Archive Management modules have been selected for the purpose of facilitating the daily work of our employees, as well as for more efficient internal communication and documentation management. Digitisation and knowledge development are essential in the life of companies today, which is why we intend to introduce the Knowledge Management module, which enables our employees to access current knowledge and documents related to the company. The construction of the system is the task of the contractor, which is used in the framework of services, which includes data migration related to modules, their customisation and training related to the system. Within the framework of the project, we plan to purchase network and hardware equipment to help build and use the system properly. In the course of the implementation of our project we meet the required information requirements (presenting the project information on our website and creating a C-type table) which would also be used as part of a service. Cégünk fő tevékenységként ruházati kiskereskedelemmel foglalkozik. Fontos számunkra a folyamatos fejlődés és a vásárlóink igényeinek minél szélesebb kiszolgálása. Az üzletmenetünk javítása és munkafolyamataink átláthatóóságának érdekében fontos egy megfelelő vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetése, mely összekapcsolja tevékenységeinket. A hibrid megoldású rendszeren belül 10 modul bevezetését tervezzük, melyek az alábbi funkcionális területekre fokuszálnak: A felhőalapú szolgáltatások esetén: - CRM - Táv és csoportmunka - Kontrolling - HR - Szolgáltatásmenedzsment A helyben telepített saját szoftver esetén: - Logisztika - WorkFlow - Iratkezelés - Tudásmenedzsment -ERP kiegészítő mobil szolgáltatás Fontos számunkra, hogy a bevezetésre kerülő rendszer pontosan vegye figyelembe vállalkozásunk egyedi szempontjait és elvárásait. Ezért a modulokat úgy választottuk ki, hogy a már meglévő munkafolyamatainkhoz kapcsolódjanak. A legtöbb munkavállalónk az értékesítés területén dolgozik, ezért a logisztika, CRM, a szolgáltatásmenedzsment és a WorkFlow modulok leginkább az ő munkájukat fogja segíteni. Ezen modulok összekapcsolják azon tevékenységeket mely során végig követhető termékeink életútja, továbbá megkönnyíti a partnerekkel való kapcsolattartást és adataik egy bázisban való kezelését, valamint a munkafolyamatok és kitűnően szabályozhatóak, követhetőek. A Kontrolling modult leginkább a ügyvezető, középvezetők, csoport vezetők, marketing ügyintéző fogják kihasználni, melyből ellenőrizhetik a vállalat eddigi működését és segíti a döntéshozatalt. A dolgozóink napi munkavégezésének megkönnyítése okán, valamint a hatékonyabb belső kommunikáció és dokumentációk kezelése végett lettek kiválasztva a HR, a Táv és csoportmunka és az Iratkezelés modulok. Manapság a vállalatok életében elengedhetetlen fejlődési út a digitalizálás és a tudás fejlesztés, ezért is kívánjuk bevezetni a Tudásmenedzsment modult, mely által dolgozóink hozzáférhetnek az aktuális tudásanyaghoz, valamint a céghez kapcsolódó dokumentumokhoz. A rendszer kiépítése a kivitelező feladata, melyet szolgáltatások keretében veszünk igénybe, mely tartalmazza a modulokhoz kapcsolódó adatmigrációt, azok testreszabását és a rendszerhez kapcsolódó oktatást. A projekt keretében tervezzük hálózati és hardver eszközök beszerzését is, melyek a rendszer kiépítését és megfelelő használatát segítik. Projektünk megvalósítása során eleget teszünk az előírt tájékoztatási kötelezettségeknek (a honlapunkon a projekthez kapcsolódó tájékoztató megjelenítése és „C” típusú tábla készítése) melyet szintén szolgáltatás keretében vennénk igénybe.
