On the hardware side, the company has always paid special attention to the ability of its employees to carry out their work with modern tools, so the development of client-side tools is ongoing. The company has some hardware devices in the servers (server, file and backup server, the necessary network, uninterrupted and other hardware devices in lockable rack cabinets), but some network and data backup devices are purchased in this tender. The speed of data transmission provided by the network as well as the company’s internet access also go far beyond the minimum requirements required by the software. (English)

    Licensz beszerzés körében a társaság beszerez 4 olyan modult, amelyből egy közvetlenül az üzleti tevékenység folytatását segíti, kettő a szükséges pénzügyi, számviteli és humán erőforrás menedzsment feladatokat látja el, egy pedig a távmunkához biztosít megfelelő hálózatot és elérhetőségeket. Az új modulok a társaság már meglévő rendszeréhez kerülnek csatlakoztatásra, ami egy vállalati CRM, egy gyártási és egy kontrolling modulból állnak. A társaság ezt a rendszert egy korábbi GOP informatikai pályázat keretében szerezte be. A meglévő rendszer használata teljes mértékben megmarad és integrálásra kerülnek hozzá az új modulok, ezzel biztosítva most már a társaság minden területén a folyamatoptimalizálást és az informatikai rendszerrel való támogatást. A társaság meglévő gyártási moduljához kapcsolódik a beszerzés és logisztikai modul, amelynek célja a beszerzési folyamatot, a készletek nyilvántartását kezelése, a leltár kezelése, a visszáru és rendelések kezelése, a cikkcsoportok nyilvántartása a gyári számok nyilvántartása de még az árlisták kezeléses is. Humán erőforrás menedzsment és bérszámfejtés, célja az emberi erőforrással való hatékony gazdálkodás. A pénzügyi számviteli modul célja a folyamatokhoz kapcsolódó pénzügyi adminisztrációk kezelése és a könyvelés vezetése. Ezek a modulok adatokat adnak át a már meglévő a kontrolling mogul felé a döntés támogatás érdekében. A táv és csoportmunkát támogató rendser a vállalatirányítási rendszer távolról történő biztonságos elérését biztosítja. Biztonságos levelezési rendszert és az osztott információs adatbázis használatát teszi lehetővé. Hardver oldalon a társaság mindig is kiemelt figyelmet fordított arra, hogy dolgozói korszerű eszközökkel végezhessék munkájukat, így a kliens oldali eszközök fejlesztése folyamatosan zajlik. A társaság egyes hardvereszközökkel rendelkezik a szerverek (kiszolgáló-, valamint fájl- és backupszerver, a szükséges hálózati-, szünetmentes-, illetve egyéb hardvereszközök zárható rackszekrényben), de egyes hálózati és adatmentő eszközök jelen pályázatban kerül beszerzésre.
