Vállalati CRM, értékesítési terület: illeszkedik a vállalat szervezeti felépítéséhez, integrál, ügyfélközpontú, mely támogatja a belső értékesítési folyamatokat. Aktívan támogatja az ügyfélszolgálati és értékesítési folyamatokat, emellett hozzájárul a hatékonyság és elégedettség növeléséhez.
