The further development directions of the Bixio case management system are shaped by the experience of using the prototype test plant and the demands collected during customer requests, as well as the adaptations necessary for localisation, marketing and foreign sales affecting the user interfaces of the Bixio system and the company’s website. Within the framework of the project, we are preparing the further development of the so-called multi-tenant architecture supporting a large number of users and flexible loads in a cloud-based service environment. Krisztián Lukács is responsible for the technological issues within the company, who has already been involved in the development of the prototype of the Bixio system as the head of development and technology quality assurance. At this stage of development, customisation and integration tasks will be prioritised, which we can do more in-house than in the past, although external development capacity will continue to be needed. In the framework of software localisation services, the languageisation of both the software and the company’s website (www.bixioconsulting.com) and its professional appearance in a foreign language are essential to serve the target markets defined in the strategy. The website is naturally the first interface where an interested party informs about a potential supplier, so its design, its appropriate information content and, of course, the intestinal comprehension of the language are of paramount importance. In addition to the high quality English version, the website must be displayed in the local languages of as many destination countries as possible. The Bixio development is part of the integration of the completed foreign language versions into the system, which means the languageisation of the web-app and existing mobile apps. During the development of the Bixio prototype, optimisation of user interfaces and attractive graphics were not a priority, but during market launch and customer presentation this becomes a primary consideration, both in order to gain user experience during use and to attract external users. Other aspects include proper data display and care, ergonomic benefits during use, intuitive interfaces that facilitate education and minimise the possibility of mistakes. Moreover, the development of surfaces requires different priorities from a sectoral perspective. It is a complex and time-consuming task to redesign both web and mobile user interfaces in the framework of a stand-alone UX consulting sub-project and to transfer them to the Bixio system. As part of the UX project, the Bixio web, mobile, and website interfaces should have a uniform image. The modern, friendly, easy-to-consumable design and user-friendly system also greatly influences the choice of potential customers. An important aspect in determining the tasks of consulting is that the planned design can be easily transformed into the image of the software buyers (providers), since for users their brand is displayed, mostly embedded in their website. Website development: A major overhaul of the current website is planned. After creating the right language and designing the (UX) design, we want to integrate these changes into our website so that the first impression of our potential customers is perfect for our sales. Use of software design consultancy: based on user experience so far, we will need external advice in the preparation of two major technological transformations. In order to better manage the costs and operational security conditions of cloud services with multi-stakeholder, heterogeneous configurations, it will be necessary to implement a high-duty multi-tenant architecture. This software architecture will allow independent companies to use the same software installation with completely different operating models (and their associated parameter settings), design and product scope, addressing the requirements of variable loads, continuous operation, unstoppable maintenance and software updates. The project will also purchase licenses for certain software elements linked to the multi-tenant architecture. The other technology consulting area is linked to the future development of the website, replacing the current single information interface with a real service interface and a demo environment, which manages the customer registrations, with a full administrative, billing, customer service and payment interface behind it. The aim of this project is not to implement the latter developments leading to significant technological change (with the exception of the sections of the website UX and localisation described above), but the consultancy work to be carried out within the framework of the project includes the preparation of the change of technology, the related feasibility analyses and needs assessments, which are intrinsically linked to the international introduction of Bixio. A BIXIO ügyviteli rendszer továbbfejlesztési irányait a prototípus tesztüzemének használati tapasztalatai és vásárlói megkeresések során gyűjtött igények alakítják, valamint a lokalizációs, a piacravitelhez és külföldi értékesítéshez szükséges, a BIXIO-rendszer felhasználói felületeit és a cég honlapját érintő átalakítások. A projekt keretei között a nagy felhasználószámot és rugalmas terhelést felhőalapú szolgáltatói környezetben támogató úgynevezett multi-tenant architektúra továbbfejlesztését készítjük elő. A technológiai kérdések cégen belüli felelőse Lukács Krisztián, aki a fejlesztés vezetőjeként és technológiai minőségbiztosítóként már a BIXIO rendszer prototípusának fejlesztésében is részt vett. A fejlesztés ezen szakaszában a testreszabási, integrációs feladatok kerülnek előtérbe, ezeket a korábbiaknál nagyobb részben tudjuk házon belül elvégezni, bár külső fejlesztői kapacitásra változatlanul szükség lesz. Szoftver-lokalizációhoz kapcsolódó szolgáltatások keretében a stratégiában meghatározott célpiacok kiszolgálásához elengedhetetlen mind a szoftver, mind pedig a cég honlapjának (www.bixioconsulting.com) nyelvesítése, professzionális idegen nyelvű megjelenése. Honlap-fejlesztés: A mostani honlap jelentős átalakítása tervezett. A projekt keretében egyes, a multi-tenant architektúrához kötődő szoftverelemek licenszének beszerzésére is sor kerül. A másik technológiát érintő tanácsadási terület a honlap jövőbeli továbbfejlesztéséhez kötődik, a mai szimpla tájékoztató felület helyébe valós szolgáltatási felületet, demo környezetet, mely kezeli az ügyfél regisztrációkat, mögötte teljeskörű adminisztrációs, számlázási, ügyfélszolgálati, fizetési felülettel. A jelen projekt keretében nem cél az utóbbi, jelentős technológiaváltást eredményező fejlesztések megvalósítása (a honlap UX és lokalizációja fent ismertetett pontjai kivételével), de a projekt keretében megvalósítandó tanácsadási munkák közé tartoznak a technológiaváltás előkészítése, a kapcsolódó megvalósíthatósági elemzések, igényfelmérések, melyek szervesen kötődnek a BIXIO nemzetközi bevezetéséhez.
