A) The aim of this project is to blow out a new footgolf ball and create a prototype. With the development, slowing down the ball on a smooth surface would be possible, so footgolf could be played not only in grass but in any area, thereby making the game available to large masses and transforming it into a mass sport. Planning 2016.03.01-2016.05.31 Design is the first phase of the project. In this exercise, we define the parameters of the ball and golf ring to be formed. These parameters include, for example, the exact composition and structure of the ball material in the case of the ball. The various dimensions (at least 3) with which test balls are produced are determined. It is also necessary to determine the amount and composition of the metal filings, which, by putting it into the ball, reduces the speed of ball taxiing to an optimal extent. A valve is designed through which the metal filings can be inserted into the ball and then closed without openings. So the metal filings won't get out of the ball during use. The design of the inflatable valve shall also be developed. In the case of the golf ring, we determine the exact dimensions, weight, and design the adhesion surface. The precise steps of the manufacturing process, as well as the scope and methods of the tests to be carried out during the testing phase, are then developed. 2 test production 2016.05.01-2016.08.31 During the test production we prepare test balls of different wall thickness according to the parameters specified in the previous phase. To do this, we assemble the PVC mixture of the correct composition, as well as the metal filings used as a weight. We also prepare valves for different wall thickness test balls. In addition, the golf ring will be tested. 3 Testing 2016.09.01-2016.10.31 The task of the testing phase is to ensure that the ball and golf ring meet the expected goals. The flexibility and shape of test balls are tested with the help of our equipments used for this purpose. They should also be tested for their water resistance. We also test the breaking resistance of the golf ring as well as its adhesion on different surfaces. During testing, we also place great emphasis on testing sports equipment in a realistic environment. Therefore, in addition to laboratory tests, we also examine the performance of test balls and golf rings in different environments, for example outdoor concrete or indoor sports grounds. A record of each task of the test shall be drawn up. 4 Finalisation of Prototypes 01.11.2016-2017.02.28 Based on the test results, we will modify the designs and select the appropriate wall thickness in the final phase. On this basis, the final prototype will be produced, which will be subjected to final tests for quality assurance. As the final step of the project, the technical documents related to the sporting product and its production will be finalised. In parallel, the development of a marketing strategy for the marketing of the product and the preparation of related marketing tools (web interface, information and advertising material) will begin. C, footgolf started its conquering journey from the Netherlands in 2009 and is now a popular sport in Hungary. This sport, which combines the rules of football and golf, is played by teams of 4 people on an official golf course or foot golf course. B) 1. Tervezés 2016.03.01-2016.05.31 A projekt első fázisa a tervezés. Ezen feladat során meghatározzunk a kialakítandó labda és golfgyűrű paramétereit. Ezen paraméterek közé tartozik például a labda esetében a labda anyagának pontos összetétele, szerkezeti felépítése. Meghatározásra kerülnek azok a különböző falvastágsági méretek (legalább 3), amelyekkel a tesztlabdák legyártásra kerülnek. Elkészítjük a különböző falvastagságó tesztlabdákhoz tartozó szelepeket is. Továbbá próbagyártásra kerül a golfgyűrű is. 3 Tesztelés 2016.09.01-2016.10.31 A tesztelési fázis feladata annak biztosítása, hogy a labda és golfgyűrű megfeleljen az elvárt céloknak. A tesztlabdák rugalmasságát és alaktartását az erre a célra használt berendezésseink segítségével vetjük vizsgálat alá. Vizsgálni kell továbbá a vízállóságukat is. Szintén teszteljük a golfgyűrű törésállóságát, valamint tapadását, különböző felületeken is. A tesztelés során nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a sportszer életszerű környezetben történő tesztelésére is. Ezért a laboratóriumi teszteken kívül különböző környezetekben is, plédául kültéri betonon, vagy zárttéri sportpályán is megvizsgáljuk a tesztlabdák és a golfgyűrű teljesítményét. A tesztelés minden egyes feladatáról jegyzőkönyv készül. 4 Prototípus véglegesítése 2016.11.01- 2017.02.28 A teszteredmények alapján az utolsó fázisban szükség szerin módosítjuk a terveket és kiválasztjuk a megfelelő falvastagságot. Ez alapján legyártásra kerül a végleges prototípus, amelyet a minőségbiztosítás érdekében záró teszteknek vetünk alá. A projekt utolsó lépéseként véglegesítésre kerülek a sportszerhez és annak gyártásához kapcsolódó műszaki dokumentumok. Ezzel párhuzamosan megkezdődik a termék piacra vitelére vonatkozó marketing stratégia kidolgozása, illetve a kapcsolódó marketing eszközök (webfelület, tájékoztató és reklámanyagok) elkészítése. A pálya 18 szakaszból, míg a gyakorlópályák 6, illetve 9 részből állnak, hosszuk akár a 7 000 métert is meghaladhatja.
