Nordtex Imexico Ltd. is an international company that manufactures specialised plastic products, buys products manufactured elsewhere and distributes these products via the Internet, almost all over the world. It has its own high-value machine fleet to be installed mobilely, but the company is the strongest in sales, with an export turnover of HUF 810M in the last year, however, export revenue is constantly increasing both in proportion and in absolute terms. The Sector Focus 22.22 “Manufacture of plastic packaging equipment” is linked to a project numbered TEÁOR, which has been carried out by the company since its establishment. Thanks to its presence in both manufacturing and commercial business, it is the fastest way to respond to changing market demands, and thanks to international customers, international trends are seen months before competitors, so the real added value is immediate adaptation to market needs, and production capacity can be transformed relatively quickly. It operates at 5 sites in the country, but in the near future several sites are planned to be opened by the company. This project is carried out at the company’s premises in Kaposvár, where the conditions correspond in all respects to the implementation of an international project, the applicant has been operating this site for almost a year. In terms of internal market relations, it is especially important for the company to visit and maintain co-operating partners because of manufacturing, so it is possible to optimise production in space with their own machines, as well as internal market customers who, while working with longer payment deadlines than foreigners, represent a secure market in a segment that does not purchase primarily via the Internet. On the other hand, foreign buyers are among customers on the Internet, both the simplicity of the processes and the control of the processes should be highlighted, thanks to the ERP system linked to the e-shop operated by the applicant. The biggest advantage of the sales model is that the high standards achieved by specialisation thus reach almost every country in the world, which means a constantly growing and stable order stock. As part of the project, the company accounts for a fraction of its costs at international level, as follows: Exhibitions and stands: The company goes to several smaller exhibitions, on the one hand, the costs are low (in several places the price of the stand is included in the exhibition fee), on the other hand, the part of the company that is sure to be looking for a partner can be filtered out. Exhibitions: Packtech Expo Belgrade, Cosmetic Business Munich, CosmoPack Bologna, Embax Print Brno and TaroPak Poznan. The company reaches almost the entire international market via the Internet, so it uses Google marketing services for 8 search terms, which are expected to result in roughly multiplication of the amount spent. The company also uses consultancy services related to exhibitions, in which optimisation and strategic planning are of paramount importance, as well as primary market measurement for all 5 countries, covering both the customer and the competitor market. A Nordtex Imexico Kft. egy nemzetközi működésű cég, amely speciális műanyagipari termékeket gyárt, máshol gyártott termékeket vásárol, illetve ezeket a termékeket forgalmazza Interneten keresztül, szinte a világ minden tájára. A gyártáshoz rendelkezik saját, mobilan telepítésre kerülő, nagy értékű gépparkkal, azonban legerősebb a cég az értékesítésben, 810M Ft export árbevételt ért el az elmúlt évben, azonban az exportbevétel folyamatosan növekszik mind arányában, mind abszolút értéken mérve. Az ágazati fókusz 22.22 jelű, "Műanyag csomagolóeszköz gyártása" megnevezésű TEÁOR számoz kapcsolódik projekt, amely tevékenységet a cég gyakorlatilag megalakulása óta folyamatosan végzi is. Annak köszönhetően, hogy egyszerre a gyártási és a kereskedelmi üzletágban is jelen van, a leggyorsabban tud reagálni a változó piac igényekre, ráadásul a nemzetközi vevőknek köszönhetően a nemzetközi trendeket hónapokkal előbb látja, mint a konkurensek, így a tényleges hozzáadott értéket a piaci igényekhez való azonnali alkalmazkodás jelenti, a gyártókapacitás is ehhez igazítva térben átalakítható viszonylag gyorsan. Működése az országban lévő 5 telephelyén valósul meg, azonban a közeljövőben több telephelyet is tervez a cég megnyitni. Jelen projektet a cég kaposvári telephelyén valósítja meg, ahol a feltételek minden tekintetben megfelelnek annak, hogy egy nemzetközi projekt valósuljon meg, a pályázó közel egy éve működteti ezt a telephelyét. A belpiaci kapcsolatok tekintetében a cég számára a gyártás miatt különösen fontos együttműködő partnerek felkeresése és megtartása, így lehetővé válik a térben optimalizál gyártás megvalósítása saját gépekkel, továbbá fontos belpiaci kapcsolatot jelentnek a belső piaci vásárlók is, akik ugyan hosszabb fizetési határidőkkel dolgoznak, mint a külföldiek, azonban egy biztos piacot jelentenek abban a szegmentumban, amely nem elsősorban Interneten keresztül vásárol. Ezzel szemben a külföldi vevők az Interneten vásárlók közül kerülnek ki, ki kell emelni mind a folyamatok egyszerűségét mind a folyamatok kontrolláltságát, köszönhetően a pályázó által működtetett webshoppal egybekötött ERP rendszernek. Az értékesítési modell legnagyobb előnye az, hogy a specializáció által elért magas színvonal így a világ szinte minden országába eljut, ami folyamatosan növekvő, stabil rendelésállományt jelent. A projekt keretében a cég a nemzetközi szinten felmerülő költségei töredékét számolja el, a következők szerint: Kiállítások és standok: A cég több, kisebb kiállításra megy el, ennek köszönhetően egyrészről alacsonyak a költségek (több helyen az egyenstand árát tartalmazza a kiállítási megjelenési díj is), másrészről a szakmai azon részét éri el a cég, amely biztosan partnert keres, kiszűrhetők a nézelődők. A kiállítások: Packtech Expo Belgrád, Cosmetic Business München, CosmoPack Bologna, Embax Print Brno és TaroPak Poznan.
