Again with reference to the previous ones, the essence of the project has been described in several ways, the steps are described in detail at this point: The project idea was born at least 4-5 years ago, but at that time there was no opportunity and financial resources to be able to embark on such a project. After the time, getting rid of all the burdens, the design process started. That is precisely why the problem was that plot No 9081/138 already exists on a change schematic and accepted by the Land Office, but until the building permit becomes final, it will not be officially entered in the land registry. In order to prove the former, the permit and land sharing documents are attached. As a result of the above, the property 9081/138 was also registered among the company’s premises, as the separate plot of land already exists in the register, but accepted by the Land Registry, however, as a result of the former, we have concluded an agreement with the current owner on plot 9081/131. Putting the problems aside: the building/combination of buildings needed for the activity to be developed has been assessed and the plans have been prepared accordingly. With regard to the machines needed for production, the aim was to purchase higher capacity equipment and machines. (English)

    Hivatkozva ismét a korábbiakban leírtakra, többféleképpen leírásra került a projekt lényege, jelen pontban a lépések kerülnek leírásra részletesen: A projektötlet már legalább 4-5 éve megszületett, azonban ekkor még nem volt lehetősége és anyagi forrása a végnek arra, hogy belevághasson egy ilyen projektbe. Az idő elteltével minden tehertől megszabadulva elindult a tervezési folyamat. A legnehezebb a megfelelő telek megtalálása volt, ugyanis egyáltalán nem mindegy az az ügyvezető számára, hogy hol is legyen az új telephely, mindenképpen a város ezen részén szeretett volna új telephelyet nyitni. Több üres terület is kínálkozott, azonban mindenhol falakba ütközött. Fájó pont volt, ugyanis egyrészt régészeti feltárások, másrészt bonyolult tulajdoni viszonyok voltak a környező területeken, melyek üresek voltak. A megfelelő telek 2017-ben lett megtalálva, melynél azonban szintén sok volt a probléma, telekmegosztás és banki tulajdonosi háttér miatt. Külön nyilatkozatban is leírásra kerül, hogy a telekmegosztás és az építési engedély kiadása hogyan fonódott össze jelen projekt kapcsán. A építészeti tervezés megtörtént, az engedélyezési folyamat elindult, azonban mivel telekmegosztással jön létre új ingatlan, ezért a két folyamatot törvény szerint egybe kellett vonni, mely így hosszadalmasabb folyamat, mint az átlag eljárások ideje. Pontosan ezért volt probléma az, hogy már változási vázrajzon és a Földhivatal által elfogadva létezik a 9081/138-as számú telek, azonban amíg nem lesz jogerős az építési engedély, addig nem kerül be hivatalosan a földhivatali nyilvántartásba. Az előbbiek bizonyítására csatolásra kerülnek az engedélyezési és a telekmegosztási dokumentumok. Az előbbiek okán bejegyzésre került a 9081/138-as ingatlan a cég telephelyei közé is, ugyanis a nyilvántartásban még nem, de a földhivatal által elfogadva már létezik a különálló telek, használati megállapodás azonban az előbbiek okán egyelőre a 9081/131-es hrsz-ú telekre kötöttünk a még jelenlegi tulajdonossal. A problémákat félretéve: felmérésre került, hogy az fejlesztendő tevékenységhez milyen épületre / épületegyüttesre van szükség, a tervek e szerint készültek el. A gyártáshoz szükséges gépek kapcsán pedig a cél az volt, hogy nagyobb kapacitású eszközök és gépek kerüljenek beszerzésre. (Hungarian)
