In terms of human resources, we work with professionals who are familiar with the market, most of them for decades, besides whom our new colleagues can be trained relatively quickly, so we can safely say that the specialist pool (marketing, service, chemical background, plant, logistics) is suitable for achieving our goals. The export possibilities of Unichem Kft. are influenced by the fact that chemicals used in water purification represent a high mass and have a low price level. So it can be economically and at a price competitively transported and sold at a distance that is not too long. Therefore, only neighbouring countries should be the main export destinations. Unichem Ltd. has been building its export market since the beginning of the two thousand years. Export turnover in recent years has developed as follows: Export in 2015: HUF 435.613, domestic sales: 929.896 eFt, i.e. more than 30 % of our total turnover. In 2016, these figures were as follows. Export: HUF 459.994, domestically: HUF 1.090.857e, the share of exports was around 30 % this year. Exports increase year by year, with growth rates ranging from 5 % to 10 % per year. The largest part is transported to Romania. Smaller deliveries are also being made to Serbia, Germany and Austria. The growth potential of export markets is also estimated at a range of 5-10 %, based on today’s start-up deliveries after a long phasing-in period. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Az UNICHEM Kft. által gyártott jégmentesítő kevésbé korrozív, a természetet kisebb mértékben károsítja. Ennek a piaci bevezetése folyamatban van, bíztató tapasztalataink vannak, de jelen gyártási körülményeink között egy komolyabb növekedéshez lenne szükségünk a gyártási kapacitás növelésére. A cégünk versenyképességét mi sem jelzi jobban, minthogy a különböző területeken (vízkezelés, mezőgazdasági termékek, jégmentesítés, egyéb szervetlen vegyipar) multinacionális cégekkel veszi fel a versenyt. Ez azért lehetséges, mert korszerű technológiával, jól képzett szakemberekkel látjuk el a feladatunkat. De természetesen minél több lábon áll a cég, és ezek a lábak egyenként minél erősebbek, annál versenyképesebb maga az UNICHEM Kft. is. Ráadásul komoly szinergiákat tudunk kihasználni mind a gyártás, mind az energiafelhasználás, mind a logisztika területén. A vegyiparra jellemző módon az emberi erőforrások kihasználása is annál optimálisabb minél többfajta terméket állít elő a gyár. A piaci fejlődés lehetséges korlátaival, ezek kezelésével kapcsolatosan meg kell jegyezni, hogy cégünk filozófiája mindig is az volt, hogy a fejlődést lépésenként, és nem ugrásszerűen kell elérnünk. Ez vélhetőleg a tulajdonosi kör szemléletén túl abból is fakadt, hogy az ivóvíz előállítás területén tevékenykedünk, és ezen a területen bármilyen kockázatvállalás komoly fennakadásokat eredményezne. Humánerőforrás tekintetében a piacot jól ismerő szakemberekkel dolgozunk, többségükkel évtizedek óta, akik mellett az újabb kollegáink viszonylag gyorsan betaníthatóak, így nyugodtan kijelenthetjük, hogy a szakemberállomány (marketing, szervíz, vegyészeti háttér, üzem, logisztika) alkalmas arra, hogy céljainkat megvalósítsuk. Az Unichem Kft. termékeinek export lehetőségeit befolyásolja, hogy a víztisztításban használatos vegyszerek nagy tömeget jelentenek és alacsony az árszintjük. Tehát gazdaságosan és árban versenyképesen szállítani és értékesíteni nem túl nagy távolságra lehet. Ezért elsősorban csak a környező országok lehetnek a legfőbb export célországok. A kétezres évek eleje óta építi az Unichem Kft. export piacát. Az utóbbi években elért export árbevételek az alábbiak szerint alakultak: 2015 évben az export: 435.613 eFt, a belföldi értékesítés: 929.896 eFt volt, azaz az export tevékenységünk aránya az összes árbevételhez képest több mint 30%. A 2016-os évben ezek a számok a következőképpen alakultak. Export: 459.994 eFt, belföld: 1.090.857eFt, az export aránya ebben az évben is 30% körüli volt. Az export összege évről- évre növekszik, a növekedés üteme évi 5 – 10 % tartományban mozog. A legnagyobb hányad Romániába kerül szállításra. Kisebb mennyiségben Szerbia, Németország és Ausztria felé is folynak a kiszállítások.
