The capacity of the new equipment to be procured under the project significantly outweighs the productivity of the current machinery, and we will be able to produce approximately 10-12 % more. In the framework of the project, two new tools will be procured, with which we want to expand the range of products and customers we offer. The machines we purchase are the iTech Spectrum digital label printer and the other is an iTech Talon cutter. With the new technology we will be able to print labels in rolls, the great advantage of which is that automatic packaging machines can only process labels in this form, so that we can meet the generally accepted standard. In addition, the machine will also be able to print plastic-based materials, which can be used to print labels on, for example, mineral water, pálinka or soft drinks bottles. Digital technology will allow you to produce labels with variable data printing, produce small quantities on the market and work efficiently without cutting tools. The printing machine speed reaches 7.6 m/min, the resolution can be 600x1200 dpi and can be printed on a wide variety of materials between 127-215 mm. With the help of the cutting machine, we will be able to produce custom-made labels, if our customers have special requirements, so we can produce a wide variety of labels with this machine. The average cutting speed of the machine is 3 m/min, which machine repeatedly performs the activity quickly and efficiently. Digital registration marks ensure accurate cut-out for each label.     A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő új eszközök kapacitásai jelentősen felülmúlják a jelenlegi gépek termelékenységét, megközelítőleg 10-12%-al többet tudunk majd gyártani. A gyártás fejlesztése a projektnek köszönhetően jelentős növekedést fog generálni, mivel nagyobb megrendelési számokat tudunk elfogadni, és előállítani, mindezt gyorsabb és hatékonyabb technológia segítéségével. Az új termelőeszköz precízebben dolgozik, továbbá olyan folyamatokat spórol meg, amelyekkel rengeteg időt takarít meg számunkra a gyártás során, így a különleges igényeknek is meg tudunk felelni. Partnereinkkel már megkezdtük az egyeztetéseket a gépekre vonatkozóan, és megkaptuk tőlük az árajánlatokat, amelyek szükségesek voltak ahhoz, hogy előzetesen felmérjük, hogy milyen termelékenység növekedésre számíthatunk, milyen önköltség csökkenésre. A gépekhez a szükséges helyigényeket az árajánlatok alapján felmértük, és megkezdtük azoknak a kialakítását az üzemünkben. A projekt legfőbb lépése az eszközök beszerzése, amelyekhez nem szükséges betanítási tevékenység, mivel munkavállalóink elegendő szaktudással rendelkeznek, hogy a gépet rendeltetésszerűen üzemeltessék. Természetesen a tényleges gyártási tevékenység megkezdése előtt próbaüzemeket hajtunk végre, hogy munkavállalóink elsajátítsák az új eszköz használatát, és hogy a későbbiekben a gyártást rutinszerűen tudják végezni. Az alkalmazni kívánt eljárás tudásával rendelkezünk, munkavállalóink megfelelően képzett szakemberek, és a projekt menedzsment tagjai is elegendő tudással rendelkeznek. A projekt keretében két új eszköz kerül beszerzésre, amellyel az általunk kínált termékskálát, és ügyfélkört szeretnénk bővíteni. A gyártó gépek, amelyeket beszerzünk, közülük az egyik az iTech Spectrum digitális címke nyomtató, a másik pedig egy iTech Talon kivágó berendezés. Az új technológia révén tekercsben tudunk majd címkéket nyomtatni, amelynek nagy előnye, hogy az automata csomagológépek kizárólag ilyen formában tudják feldolgozni a címkéket, így az általánosan elfogadott szabványnak tudunk megfelelni. Továbbá a gép segítségével műanyag alapú alapanyag is nyomtatható lesz, amellyel például ásványvizes, pálinkás, vagy üdítős üvegekre is tudunk címkéket nyomtatni. A digitális technológia révén pedig változó adat nyomtatással is gyárthatóak lesznek a címkék, és kis mennyiségek is piacképesen előállíthatók lesznek, és kivágó szerszám nélkül is hatékonyan tud dolgozni. A nyomtató gép sebessége eléri a 7,6 m/percet, a felbontás 600x1200 dpi is lehet, és a legkülönfélébb anyagokra nyomtathatunk 127-215mm között. A kivágó gép segítségével pedig az egyedi gyártmányú címkék előállítására leszünk képesek, amennyiben ügyfeleinknek különleges igényei vannak, úgy ezzel a géppel elő tudjuk állítani a legkülönfélébb címkéket is.
