    A megvásárolni kívánt CNC táblafelosztó berendezés alkalmas arra, hogy a közvetlenül mellé telepített görgős polcrendszerről automatikusan levegye a sokszor 300-400 kg súlyú alapanyagot, majd a hálózatban összeköttetésben lévő vezérlő software-től megkapja a pontos adatokat a leszabni kívánt alumínium alapanyagok méretéről, darabszámáról. A CNC táblafelosztó optimalizálja a kívánt munkadarabok elhelyezését a nyersanyag méretét figyelembe véve, majd leszabja a kívánt darabszámot. A munkadarabok sorban jönnek le a gép tárgyasztaláról, miközben a táblafelosztó gép vonalkódos azonosító címkét ragaszt rá. Így a további megmunkálásnál pontosan nyomon követhető az alapanyag mérete, darabszáma, alapanyag beszállítója. A projekt egyik legfontosabb eredménye, a minőségi és piaci pozíciónk javulása mellett, hogy dolgozóink biztonságosabban tudnak alapanyagot leszabni, a beszerezni kívánt gép munkatere teljesen elzárt a kezelőtől. A jelenleg használt manuális lapszabász gépünkkel az alumínium vágás balesetveszélyes. Jelenleg ez a legveszélyesebb munkahelyünk, ezért ezen szeretnénk változtatni. A beruházással a gyártási folyamatunk jelenleg leggyengébb láncszemét szeretnénk erősíteni, ezzel minimalizálni a selejt gyártás arányát. Az új táblafelosztó gép kezelésével a jelenleg is használatban lévő manuális lapszabász gépünk mellett dolgozó munkatársunk lenne megbízva, így a munkahelye megmarad, csak a legyártott alkatrészek minősége lenne jobb. A gépbeszerzéssel cégünk jobb minőségben, rövidebb határidővel tudja gyártani az alkatrészeket, ezzel elősegítve a cégünk vevői megítélését. (Hungarian)
