By implementing the investment, the company aims to increase production capacity by adapting a new high-capacity machine. All this together established the legitimacy of the development claim and foresees its recovery after its realisation. Steps and activities of the implementation of the project: The investment concerns the development of a productive activity currently carried out under the following number: 1721'08 Manufacture of paper packaging equipment With the use of tender support, the following development is planned: 1 SLASH — 1450 C type semi-automatic plane cutting machine with arc column puzzle The total cost of the investment is 43 499.484 HUF, the aid (45 %) is HUF 19.574.768. The project implementation steps (acquisition of equipment) can be summarised as follows: — making an order — Conclusion of the contract — purchase of technology — commissioning — financial performance — project closure The technical parameters of the machine are as follows: Maximum curve size: 1480 x 1 080 mm Minimum arc size: Maximum size of 550 x 480 mm excision: 1450 x 1 050 mm Maximum size of the cutting tool: 1480 x 1 080 mm Maximum mechanical speed: 4000 arcs per hour Maximum cutting force: 300 t Machine performance: 19 kW Main motor power: 15 kW Machine dimensions: 4515 x 4500 x 2 550 mm The machine is a semi-automatic production equipment with computer control, suitable for machining corrugated boards of F, E, C, B, A, AB types up to 7 mm thickness. A beruházás megvalósításával a vállalkozás termelési kapacitás bővítését célozza meg egy új, nagy kapacitású gép adaptálásával. A gép óránkénti kimetszési sebessége 4000 ív, ami jóval meghaladja a jelenlegi össztechnológia kapacitását a vállalkozásnál rendelkezésre álló gépeket nézve. Ez a gép alacsony előállítási költség mellett jóval nagyobb mennyiség gyártására képes, megsokszorozva az értékesíthető termékek számát. Az alacsony gyártási költség hozzájárul a kedvezőbb árképzéshez, ezáltal új piacokon való megjelenés prognosztizálható. (a nagy mennyiségi igénnyel fellépő megrendelő számára a jelenlegi ár nem felel meg, hiszen a versenytársak sorozatgyártás keretében jóval alacsonyabb árakat kínálnak, mint azt a Kft. tud nyújtani a jelenlegi manuális technológia használata mellett.) Az új technológia nagy pontossággal teszi lehetővé dobozok, és egyéb hullámkartonból készült termékek gyártását. Alkalmazásával többféle anyag megmunkálására lesz lehetőség, ami hozzájárul a termék- és szolgáltatásfejlesztési képesség bővítéséhez és fokozásához. A projekt előkészítéseként megtörtént a releváns piac felmérése, a megrendelői igények összegzése. Sor került az elérhető legjobb technológia felkutatására és potenciális szállítókkal történő egyeztetések is lezajlottak, kiválasztásra került a megfelelő gép. A kiválasztást megelőzte a gyártási költségek kalkulációja, ennek vonatkozásában a versenytársak vizsgálata. Mindez együttesen alapozta meg a fejlesztési igény jogosságát és előrevetíti annak megvalósítását követő megtérülését. A projekt megvalósításának lépései, tevékenységei: A beruházás az alábbi TEÁOR szám alatti, jelenleg is végzett termelő tevékenység fejlesztésére irányul: 1721'08 Papír csomagolóeszköz gyártása A pályázati támogatás felhasználásával az alábbi fejlesztés megvalósítása tervezett: 1 darab SLASH - 1450 C típusú félautomata síkkimetsző gép ívoszlop kirakóval A beruházás nettó összköltsége 43.499.484 Ft, a támogatás (45%) 19.574.768 Ft.
