The landlord’s consent has already been given in respect of the property and is valid at least until the end of the maintenance period on the basis of the modification of the lease agreement. Additional authorisations are not relevant. Other professional standards are not relevant. The implementation of the project entails little risk as the purchase of equipment should not be hampered: milling machines are marketed by a number of operators, while there are also several operators producing individual machines, both in the region and in the neighbouring countries. (this has also been assessed during the preparation of the project) The owner of the company has sufficient experience in the implementation of the project and in compliance with the tender conditions, and has participated in the implementation of both EU and other applications before. In carrying out the activity to be developed, both the head of the undertaking and the employees have a sufficient level of proficiency, with the result that the level of professionalism pursued in the course of the activity can be ensured. A fejlesztést követően fémfeldolgozási tevékenységet, mint új tevékenység, kíván végezni a vállalkozás, a szolgáltatási kör bővítése várható - marógép furatok, illesztések kidolgozását is lehetővé teszi majd továbbá a meglévő tevékenység fejlesztése is tervezett. A jelenlegi technológia (préselés) nem teszi lehetővé a termelési kapacitás bővítését, valamint a megmunkálás palettája is korlátozott, innovatív technológia beszerzése indokolt (DRAW-MATIC S 80 hidraulikus présgép). Fémmegmunkáláshoz szükséges maró gép (OPTI MT 50) nem áll rendelkezésre. A gépek beszerzésével megvalósul a vállalkozás kapacitás bővítő képessége valamint az új fejlesztési terület elindításával a szolgáltatásfejlesztési képesség javul (szélesedő termék és szolgáltatási paletta). A projekt megvalósítását megelőzően a vállalkozás tulajdonosa a piaci igényeket felmérte, arra alapozva kereste meg a szükséges technológiát, hogy a fejlesztés reális, megalapozott legyen. A marógép a fejlesztési célterület technológiai szükségleteit tekintve piacvezető, megbízható modell, a présgép pedig a vállalkozás által támasztott igények alapján elkészítendő célgép. A fejlesztendő tevékenység (fémmegmunkálás) bejelentés köteles tevékenység, a vállalkozás ezt megteszi a berendezés beszerzése és üzembe helyezése közötti időszakban - a projekt befejezésekor rendelkezésre áll majd minden szükséges dokumentum. Az ingatlan vonatkozásában a bérbeadó hozzájárulását már megadta, a bérleti szerződés módosítása alapján legalább a fenntartási időszak végéig érvényes. További engedélyek nem relevánsak. Egyéb szakmai standard nem releváns. A projekt végrehajtása kevés kockázatot hordoz magában, hiszen a berendezések beszerzése nem ütközhet akadályba: marógépet számos piaci szereplő forgalmazza, míg egyedi gépeket gyártó piaci szereplő is számos található akár a régióban, akár a környező országokban. (ennek felmérése is megtörtént a projekt előkészítése során) A projekt lebonyolításában, a pályázati feltételeknek való megfeleltetésben a vállalkozás tulajdonosa megfelelő tapasztalatokkal rendelkezik, mind EU-s, mind egyéb pályázat lebonyolításában részt vett korábban. A fejleszteni kívánt tevékenység végzésében mind a vállalkozás vezetőjének, mind az alkalmazottaknak megfelelő jártassága van, ennek megfelelően a tevékenység folytatása során elérni kívánt szakmai színvonal biztosítható.
