The development achieves that we can produce components that satisfy the customer’s requirements in an optimal way — made to size — which can be installed by customers with or without further machining. The machine to be procured is a Microstep Oxycut 6001.20 GG CNC flame cutting machine that will replace our old optically controlled flame cutting machine. The new machine will cut out different parts with greater accuracy. The use of the machine is indispensable and its failure would cause great problems in the production of the company. The existing machine is over 30 years old. Due to its frequent failure, it hinders the production process, the cost of the service is high and it can be adapted to the current customer needs. With the new machine, work can be done in a shorter period of time in a better quality. With the new machine, we can move on to getting ISO certification. This is a step forward in the production value chain: higher performance, faster cutting, larger cutting range, better cutting quality can be achieved, at the same time industrial PC base, networked fast CNC control, simultaneous cutting and programming option, graphical display, data storage and touch screen ensure efficient, precise operation. We can complete the whole process at the same time as other processes as a result of the development, and the workpieces do not have to do the post-production due to lower precision. Besides, we can also replace wage labor. This development results in BHÉ and provides the opportunity for the company’s work and products to become more widely known across borders and beyond. A fejlesztés eléri, hogy olyan a vevői igényeket mindenben kielégítő alkatrészeket tudunk gyártani, melyeket optimálisan - méretre készítve - a megrendelők további megmunkálással vagy a nélkül tudják beépíteni. A beszerzendő gép egy MicroStep Oxycut 6001.20 GG CNC lángvágó berendezés, mely a régi optikai vezérlésű lángvágó gépünket fogja leváltani. Az új gép nagyobb pontossággal vágja ki különböző alkatrészeket. A gép használata nélkülözhetetlen, kiesése is nagy gondot okozna a cég termelésében. A meglévő gép már több mint 30 éves. Gyakori meghibásodása miatt hátráltatja a termelési folyamatot, szervíz költségei magasak és már lehet vele alkalmazkodni a jelenlegi vevői igényekhez. Az új géppel a munkát rövidebb idő alatt jobb minőségben lehet elvégezni. Az új géppel tovább tudunk lépni az ISO minősítés megszerzés irányába. A termelési értékláncban előrelépésről van szó: nagyobb teljesítmény, gyorsabb vágás, nagyobb vágási tartomány, jobb vágási minőség érhető el, ugyanakkor ipari PC bázisú, hálózatképes gyors CNC vezérlés, egyidejű vágási és programozási lehetőség, grafikus megjelenítés, adattárolás és érintő képernyő biztosítja a hatékony, precíz működést. A teljes folyamatot, más folyamatokkal egy időban el tudjuk végezni mi magunk a fejlesztés következtében, és a munkadarabokon nem kell az alacsonyabb precizitás miatti utómunkálatokat elvégezni. emellett, a bérmunkát is ki tudjuk váltani. Ezzel a fejlesztés BHÉ-et eredményez, és lehetőséget biztosít, hogy a cég munkája és termékei minél szélesebb körben ismertté váljanak határon innen és határon túl. (Hungarian)
