The pre-milling equipment installed on the equipment guarantees perfect quality and dimensional accuracy. The equipment is suitable for precise edge closure of furniture in the range of 04-3 mm edge material thickness. It can close a thicker sheet of up to 50 mm, for which the company’s current edge closure is not suitable. A társaság a piaci igényeknek megfelelően egy magasabb hozzáadott értékű termék előállítását szeretné megvalósítani, hogy javítani tudja a versenyképességét. Ennek érdekében a fejlesztés keretén belül megvásárol egy korszerű élzáró berendezést. A társaságnak már van egy élzáró berendezéssel, amivel a jelenlegi termelését folytatja. Ez a berendezés azonban már nem a legkorszerűbb technológia. Ebből kifolyólag a társaság fejlesztési terve, egy Biesse Akron 1440-A típusú berendezés beszerzése, ami nem csak növelni tudja a társaság termelési mennyiségét azáltal, hogy a megmunkálási sebessége gyorsabb, mint a kevésbé korszerű élzáróké, hanem képes vízálló zárást is készíteni. A korszerű berendezés lehetővé teszi több típusú élzáró anyag alkalmazását, és az anyagok közti gyors átállást, ennek köszönhetően a gyors anyagfeldolgozást. A berendezés ezen felül lehetővé teszi, hogy javuljon a termékek minősége, a milliméterpontos megmunkálás következtében. A berendezésen elhelyezett előmaró berendezés tökéletes minőséget és méretpontosságot garantál. A berendezés a bútorlapok precíz élzárására alkalmas 04-3mm-es élanyag vastagság tartományban. Vastagabb akár 50mm-es lapot is képes leélzárni, amire a társaság jelenlegi élzárója nem alkalmas.
