Table size 910x400 mm. Ideal size for machining. BT 40 spindles fitted with cones. Axis 4 allows 360 degree machining without the need to catch the forging tool. The arm toolbox has 28 positions. The oil cooling of the main spindle ensures multi-shift work. The minimum parameters of the tool meter we are looking for are as follows: optical tool measuring machine with colour camera system with 0,001 resolution. Measurement range: 260x360mm. Zoom 20X. Base and column polished granite. Touch screen control. Based on the above characteristics, the Larth ISO 40 tool meter was chosen. In order to support our production, Solidworks as CAD and HSMworks as CAM software have chosen for the future flexible development potential and will compete in knowledge compared to competing software, but it is much better at the price.     Az uj eszközök szerves részévé válnak a már müködő gyártásnak. Az uj beszerzések a technológia hiányosságait tünteti el,ezáltal nem csak a termelékenység ,de a pontosság fokozása is megvalósul.A fejlesztés legfontosabb eleme a CAD-CAM szoftvercsomag. A bonyolult 3 D szerszámok gyártásánál elengedhetetlen a megléte.Ezáltal sokkal összetettebb,bonyolultabb szerszámok gyártását is el tudjuk vállalni.Szerszámbemérő esetében a legfőbb cél,hogy a külső mérés közben is tud dolgozni a gép. Termelékenyebb pontosabb a megmunkálógép.A CNC Megmunkálógéppel a cég kapacitását növeljük mivel a Seissenschimidt AG uj partnerként bejelentkezett. Termelékenységünk,bevételünk 30-40 %-kal nő.A beszerzett gépekkel többletértéket úgy tudunk előállitani,hogy több szerszámot gyártunk,mivel mindkét világcég abban érdekelt,hogy évről -évre nagyobb bevételre tegyen szert. A projekt célja, hogy vállalkozásunknak a termelési hatékonysága produktivitása, fejlődési potenciálja növekedjen és a meglévő partnereink szemben vállalt kötelezettségeinket maximálisan teljesíteni tudja. Bízva abban az elképzelésünkben, hogy ha a projekt célja megvalósul (eszközök és a szoftver beszerzése révén) a meglévő és esetleges új partnerek újabb megrendelésekkel keresnek meg bennünket. A célunk elérését a 4 tengelyes CNC megmunkáló gép, a szerszámbemérő és a CAD-CAM szoftvercsomag segítségével tudjuk elérni. az Akira Seiki V2,5 XP Performa CNC függőleges 4 tengelyes megmunkáló főbb tulajdonságai: Főorsó hajtás teljesítménye (16 KW), asztal terhelhetősége (1.000 kg), X-Y-Z gyorsjárat (44-44-36), főorsón keresztüli hűtés 35 bar nyomással, főorsó fordulat 11.000 ford./perc. Asztal mérete 910x400 mm. Ideális méret a megmunkáláshoz. BT 40 főorsó kúppal szerelt. A 4. tengely 360 fokos megmunkálást tesz lehetővé anélkül,hogy a kovácsszerszámot ki kellene fogni. A karos szerszámtár 28 állásos. A főorsó olajhűtése biztosítja a többműszakos munkát. Az általunk keresett szerszámbemérő minimális paraméterei a következők: optikai szerszámbemérő gép színes kamerarendszerrel 0,001 felbontással. Méréstartománya: 260x360mm. 20X-os nagyítás. Alap és oszlop csiszolt gránit. Érintőképernyős vezérlés. A fenti tulajdonságok alapján a LARTH ISO 40 típusú szerszámbemérőre esett a választásunk. Gyártásunk támogatásához a Solidworks mint CAD és a HSMworks mint CAM szoftver választottuk a jövőbeni rugalmas fejleszthetőség miatt és a konkurens szoftverekkel szemben tudásban felveszi a versenyt viszont árban sokkal kedvezőbb.
