The AS1500 overheated water boiler of the type AS1500 max. 130 C with a capacity of 1.75 MW. It’s made of steel, with 4 fumes, 2 in pipes and 2 in the dry combustion chamber. This cutting line is made up of an automatic chain feeder designed for cutting AOCS1 2500x2500x6 edged boards, a PSR 2500 marking table, a TRV 1200E optimisation cutting machine, a CN-controlled sorting mat type TSP 6000 x 300/3 E 60 and 5 ST-TSEP-type pick-off rails. To the cutting line, a pneumatic system of free running wheels moves the board from the bottom up, which selects, separates and transfers the corresponding one to the cutting machine. The machine’s feeding cycle is adjusted by automatic depending on the amount of boards. The marking table detects and marks the defects of the boards. The optimising cutting machine cuts the boards lengthwise, taking into account quality defects, which is set by software. The length of the inlet boards can be 450-5 500 mm, which provides a large margin of manoeuvre, suitable for a wide range of machining. The boards shall have a width of 30-230 mm, a maximum cross-sectional dimension of 8000 square millimetres and a length of 20-3 000 mm. A beszerezni kívánt AS1500 típusú, max. 130 C-os túlhevített vizes kazán 1,75 MW teljesítményű. Acélból készült, 4 füstjáratos, amiből 2 csövekben, 2 pedig a száraz égéstérben található. 5 bar forrásnyomású vizet állít elő 10 bar próbanyomással. A kazán egy kezeletlen fából készült fűrészpor és apríték égetésére alkalmas, csigás adagolóval ellátott égető alapzattal rendelkezik. Ni-Cr tartalmú öntvényből készült, fix ráccsal ellátott, primer és szekunder levegőbefújó ventilátorokkal. A talapzat mérete 2000 x 5000 x 1900 mm (szé x ho x ma). Az üzemanyag típusa kezeletlen fából származó hulladék, az üzemanyag fűtőértéke 2800-3800 kcal/kg. Tartozik hozzá egy villamos vezérlőszekrény, ami digitális vízhőmérséklet kijelzővel, valamint füsthőmérséklet kijelzővel van felszerelve. Az adagolótartály űrtartalma 1 köbméter, festett acéllemezből készült, motoreduktorral ellátott keverőt, függőleges üzemanyagszint-mérőt, elektromos tele/üres jelzőket tartalmazó adagoló tartályt tartalmaz. A TRV 1200E típusú, optimalizált gyorsvágóvonal beszerzését szeretnénk megvalósítani. Ez a vágósor egy AOCS1 2500x2500x6 típusú szélezett deszka vágására tervezett automata láncos adagolóból, egy PSR 2500 jelölőasztalból, egy TRV 1200E optimalizáló vágógépből, egy TSP 6000 x 300 /3 E 60 típusú, CN vezérlésű válogatószőnyegből és 5 db ST-TSEP típusú leszedősíktartó sínből tevődik össze. A vágóvonalhoz egy pneumatikusan működtetett, szabadon futó kerekekből álló, alulról felfele mozgó rendszer viszi a deszkát, ami kiválasztja, elkülöníti és a vágógépbe viszi a megfelelőt. A gép adagolási ciklusát automata állítja be a deszka mennyiségének függvényében. A jelölőasztal észleli a deszkák hibáit, és megjelöli azt. Az optimalizáló vágógép a minőségi hibák figyelembevételével hosszában vágja el a deszkákat, amit szoftver állít be. A bemenő deszkák hossza 450-5500 mm lehet, ami nagy mozgásteret biztosít, sokféle megmunkálásra alkalmas. A deszkák szélessége 30-230 mm, a deszka maximális keresztmetszete 8000 négyzetmilliméter, valamint a vágott darabok hossza 20-3000 mm lehet. A nagyfokú állíthatóságnak köszönhetően ez a legalkalmasabb eszköz jelen fejlesztésünkhöz. (Hungarian)
