Applicant intends to expand its activity in connection with the production of carpentry products by purchasing production equipment. The aim of the development is to acquire a complex woodworking technology that can be used immediately. This is done at a high standard, according to age requirements, representing a higher level of processing. Standards to be applied during the project: the continuous consideration of international/domestic standards in production is ensured, the machines meet the current EU/Hungary requirements. The required professional standards are guaranteed by modern technology and controlled raw materials. The above methods, manufacturing technology are used daily, and proficiency is ensured. As a result of the project, the wood-based raw material produced by the project is specified according to the customer’s demand, thereby producing a product that is environmentally friendly, cull-minimising, competitively priced and at a higher level than in the previous state, thus also making progress in the production value chain. The company’s experience, turnover, asset pool, qualified staff, suitable site, available implementation time make the project realistic and predictable. After the development, the cost decreases, due to the reduction in transport/material handling costs and the use of automated, efficient technology, the result at the factory-business level improves, as the sales price can be increased by around 15 % due to the higher level of product. The combined wood splitter and cutting machine corresponds to a fast and easy-to-adjustable production machine made up in length and string size as required. The ignition machine will continue to process the material from the slitting machine as required to cover all segments of the market. The horizontal splitter splits the larger diameter logs into a processable size for the combined wood splitter-cutting machine. With the Manitou forklift, the handling of materials can be fully ensured. By installing modern machines and setting them into a technological line, it is possible to eliminate material handling between two production activities. The product is produced in higher quality, with a minimum cost saving of 20 %, production capacity increases significantly, with which technological economic optimisation can be achieved. (English)

    Pályázó Épületasztalos-ipari termék gyártással összefüggő tevékenységét kívánja termelő eszközök beszerzésével bővíteni. A fejlesztés célja komplex egy igényekre szabott azonnal felhasználható faipari technológia beszerzése. Mindezt magas színvonalon, a kor követelményeinek megfelelően, magasabb feldolgozottsági szintet képviselve. A fejlesztés nélkül egy alacsonyabb termelési volumen érhető csak el, és a termelési folyamat sem lenne teljes. A projektet megelőzően megtörtént az átfogó piackutatás, árajánlatok kerültek bekérésre, újra megvizsgáltuk a telephely alkalmasságát. A termék felvevőpiaca (önkormányzatok, viszonteladók, magánszemélyek stb.) stabilnak tekinthető. A telephely jelen formájában is alkalmas a tevékenység végzésére azon további fejlesztés elvégzése nem szükséges. Projekt megvalósításának főbb lépései: gépbeszerzés, aktiválás, betanítás/képzés, alapanyag beszerzés, próbagyártás, sorozatgyártás, kiszállítás. A beszerzést követően a nagyobb szakértelemmel rendelkező munkavállalók irányába lehet elmozdulni. A projekt során alkalmazandó sztenderdek: nemzetközi/hazai szabványok gyártásban történő folyamatos figyelembevétele biztosított, a gépek megfelelnek a hatályos EU/Magyarországi követelményeknek. A kívánt szakmai színvonalat a modern technológia és az ellenőrzött alapanyag szavatolja. Az előbbi módszereket, gyártástechnológiát naponta alkalmazzuk, a jártasság szakértelem biztosított. A projekt eredményeként előálló faipari alapanyag vevői igény szerint specifikált, ezáltal környezetkímélő, selejtminimalizáló, versenyképes árú és a korábbi állapothoz képest magasabb szintű termék áll elő, ezzel a termelési értékláncban is előrelépés történik. A társaság tapasztalata, árbevétele, eszközparkja, a szakképzett munkavállalói állomány, az alkalmas telephely, a rendelkezésre álló megvalósítási idő a projektet reálissá és tervezhetővé teszi. A fejlesztést követően az önköltség csökken, a szállítási/anyagmozgatási költségek csökkenése és az automatizált, hatékony technológia alkalmazása miatt, az üzemi-üzleti szintű eredmény javul, mert a magasabb szintű termék miatt az értékesítési ár körülbelül 15 %-kal emelhető. A kombinált faanyag hasító-daraboló automata igény szerint, hosszban és húrméretre konfekcionált, gyorsan és könnyen állítható termelőgépnek felel meg. A gyújtóskészítő automata a hasító gépből kijövő anyagot igény szerint tovább dolgozza fel, amellyel a piac minden szegmense lefedhető. A vízszintes hasító a nagyobb átmérőjű rönköket hasítja fel, feldolgozható méretűre a kombinált faanyag hasító-daraboló automata részére. A Manitou terepes targoncával az anyagmozgatás teljes körűen biztosítható. A modern gépek beüzemelésével és technológiai sorba történő beállításával két gyártási tevékenység közötti anyagmozgatás is kiküszöbölhető. A termék előállítása jobb minőségben történik, amellyel minimum 20% költség megtakarítás várható, a termelés kapacitás jelentősen nő, amellyel megvalósítható a technológiai gazdasági optimalizálás.
