Versatile sawing of the VR 800 edge and series cutters can be achieved. The pair of edged saws are fixed and the other is hydraulically adjustable. The technical content of the subject-matter of the purchases is set out in the quotations for the machine in question. In the course of the project we only apply for a new production tool, some elements of the production technology. With the help of the technology procured in this project, our company produces highly-processed, highly export-oriented products for end-consumption in the case of our current products and our planned new products. We estimate that we can increase our production capacity by 10-15 % with the help of the purchased equipment. The quality improvement is manifested in the quality and accuracy of production. With the purchased machines, we will be able to perform works that meet modern market requirements. A further quantifiable result of the project is the expansion of the company’s machinery fleet with a total of 2 new types of machines, the commissioning of which was expected to increase by up to 10-15 %. Based on the requirements of the call for proposals, the result of the development is to keep our statistical headcount constant, so that the 2014 value (9 persons) is expected to increase by at least 5 %. We do not wish to receive any other funding (loan, etc.) to finance the project, and we intend to implement it on our own. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A VR 800 típusú szélező és sorozatvágó fűrésszel sokoldalú fűrészáru megmunkálás valósítható meg. A páros szélező fűrész egyik lapja fix, a másik hidraulikusan állítható. A gép görgős leszorítású, 5 db hajtógörgővel szerelt. A görgők hidraulikus állításúak. A szélező fűrész 2 db lézerrel van felszerelve a szélső lapok felett. A berendezéshez tartozik 2 db szabadon futó görgősor. A géphez tartozik továbbá elektronika a 3 mozgó fűrészlaphoz. A CEL 300 pneumatikus daraboló fűrész az alapanyagok darabolására szolgál. A főmotor teljesítménye 4 kW, és akár 100 mm hosszú és 300 mm széles vágásszélesség érhető el. Fenti gépek és működésük együtt adják ki a projekt hozzáadott értékét, melyek segítségével lényegesen gyorsabb és tisztább, precízebb, pontosabb munkavégzéssel tudjuk megnyerni új vevőinket. Előrehaladott tárgyalásokat folytatunk külföldi üzemekkel, akiknél komoly versenyelőnnyel rendelkezünk a projekt megvalósításával. A beszerzések tárgyának műszaki tartalmát az adott gépre vonatkozó árajánlatok tartalmazzák. A projekt során csakis a gyártáshoz kapcsolódó, új termelő eszközre, a gyártás technológiájának egyes elemeire pályázunk. Vállalkozásunk a jelen projektben beszerzett technológia segítségével jelenlegi termékeink esetében, és tervezett új termékeink esetében magas szinten feldolgozott, végfogyasztásra szánt, erősen export orientált termékek gyártását valósítja meg. A beszerzett eszközök segítségével termelési kapacitásunkat becslésünk szerint 10-15%-kal tudjuk növelni. A minőségi javulás a gyártás színvonalában, pontosságában nyilvánul meg. A beszerzett gépekkel képesek leszünk a modern piaci követelményeknek megfelelő munkák elvégzésére. A projekt további számszerűsíthető eredménye a vállalkozás gépparkjának összesen 2 db új típusú géppel való bővülése, melynek üzembe helyezésétől a megrendelések számának akár 10-15%-os növekedése elvárt. A pályázati felhívás elvárásai alapján a fejlesztés eredménye, hogy a statisztikai létszámunk állandó maradjon, ezért a 2014-as érték (9 fő) fenntartására, árbevételünk legalább 5%-kal való növekedése várható. A projekt finanszírozásához nem kívánunk egyéb támogatást (hitel, stb) igénybe venni, önerőből kívánjuk megvalósítani. (Hungarian)
