Technological development, i.e. equipment procurement, allows us to expand our current capacities, which will enable us to meet growing customer needs in the future without any problems. Thanks to the tools to be procured, we will be able to take orders later on, which we have not been able to undertake under the current technology conditions. A high-pressure water jet cutting machine, a gas forklift and a semi-electric hand-lifting frog are realised at our company with a high capacity increase. With the help of the high pressure water jet cutting machine, the fence elements are cut to size and machining. By purchasing the gas forklift and the hand lifting pallet frog, we intend to carry out the material handling during the construction of the fence. The management of our company is well-experienced and has the necessary experience in implementing projects. In recent years, we have implemented a number of projects, including a GOP 1.3.1 innovation application. We have a staff member who, with his/her work and expertise, allows the documentation submitted for the accounting of the project to be professionally correct and helps the project to run smoothly. Within the framework of our activities to be developed, we use a fastening technology at the time of fencing production/works, whereby the wires containing the phase and the ground follow each other alternately, thus preventing the slightest chance of possible sliding. The insulators, tension springs and hooks used during the construction process ensure that the damage to the fence is immediately detected by the energy tax and indicates the attempt to penetrate with sirens and light. The stitching technique allows gates that disrupt the uniformity of the fence to be integrated into the circuit, so that the wire system at the gate and the subsequent fence can be designed to provide maximum safety. The poles holding the electrical wiring are mounted on existing fence poles, touching them must be stretched inside the existing fence. The wire support columns together lead the electrical wiring up to a height of almost 2.5 meters, thus forming a perfect protection system around the property. The implementation of the project contributes to our long-term development and the maintenance of our jobs, with the help of our company moves forward in the production value chain, as our company produces the components of the fence with the machines to be procured, resulting in added value growth. In addition to the added value increase, our company achieves significant cost savings, as the production of columns is cheaper in-house and we are not dependent on our suppliers. Our goal is to strengthen our production capacity and to further enhance the quality of our service, thus strengthening our economic position, in line with the needs of the market. A technológiai fejlesztés, vagyis az eszköz beszerzések által lehetővé válik jelenlegi kapacitásaink bővítésére, mely által a növekvő megrendelői igényeket minden probléma nélkül képesek leszünk kielégíteni a jövőben. A beszerzendő eszközöknek köszönhetően a későbbiekben lehetőségünk nyílik olyan megrendeléseket is elvállalni, melyeket a korábbiakban a jelenleg adott technológia feltételek mellett nem tudtunk elvállalni. A beszerzésre kerülő egy nagynyomású vízsugaras vágógép, egy gázos targonca, valamint egy félelektromos kézi emelő raklapmozgató béka olyan technológiai fejlesztést valósul meg vállalkozásunknál, mely nagymértékű kapacitásbővüléssel jár. A nagynyomású vízsugaras vágógép segítségével a kerítés elemek méretre vágását és megmunkálását végezzük el. A gázos targonca és a kézi emelő raklapbéka megvásárlásával a kerítés kivitelezése során felmerülő anyagmozgatást kívánjuk kivitelezni. Cégünk vezetősége jártas, és megfelelő tapasztalattal rendelkezik projektek végrehajtása során, az elmúlt években számos projektet hajtottunk végre, többek között egy GOP 1.3.1-es innováció pályázatot is. Alkalmazotti körünkben rendelkezünk olyan segítő munkatárssal, aki munkájával, szakértelmével lehetővé teszi, hogy a projekt elszámolásához benyújtott dokumentáció szakmailag megfelelő legyen, és segíti a projekt zökkenőmentes lebonyolítását. A fejlesztendő tevékenységünk keretein belül a kerítés gyártás/kivitelezés alkalmával olyan befűzési technológiát alkalmazunk, mely által a fázist és földet tartalmazó vezetékek egymást váltakozva kövessék, ezáltal megakadályozva az esetleges átbújások legkisebb esélyét is. A kivitelezés során alkalmazott szigetelők, feszítőrugók és kampók biztosítják, hogy a kerítés rongálását az energiaadó azonnal érzékelje és sziréna-, valamint fényjelzéssel jelezze a behatolás kísérletét. A fűzési technika lehetővé teszi, hogy a kerítés egyenletességét megbontó kapuk is bevonhatók legyenek az áramkörbe, így a kapun és az azt követő kerítésen is kialakítható a maximális biztonságot nyújtó huzalrendszer. Az elektromos vezetékeket tartó oszlopok a meglévő kerítésoszlopokra vannak felszerelve, megérintésükhöz a meglévő kerítésen belül kell nyúlni. A vezetéktartó oszlopok együttesen majdnem 2.5 méter magasságig vezetik az elektromos vezetékeket, így képezve tökéletes védelmi rendszert az ingatlan körül. A projekt megvalósítása hozzájárul hosszú távú fejlődésünkhöz, munkahelyeink megtartásához, segítségével vállalkozásunk előrelép a termelési értékláncban, hiszen a beszerzendő gépekkel cégünk állítja elő a kerítés alkotóelemeit, így hozzáadott érték növekedést eredményez. A hozzáadott érték növekedésen felül cégünk jelentős költség megtakarítást ér el, hiszen házon belül olcsóbb az oszlopok előállítása, és nem függünk beszállítóinktól. Célunk, hogy a piaci igényekhez igazodva erősítsük gyártókapacitásunkat és tovább emeljük szolgáltatásunk minőségét, ezáltal erősítve gazdasági pozíciónkat. (Hungarian)
