In order to implement the project, our company, in conjunction with professional consultations, has scaled up its equipment requirements. Outlining our ideas, we undertake to purchase two machines that meet our needs. When selecting the supplier of the machine or equipment we wanted to purchase, we took into account the price, quality of the equipment, the warranty, service, operating and maintenance costs provided by the supplier, and the experience gained in the past. Based on the quotes requested, we decided on the price offer and product of NCT Kft. In the framework of our capacity-building project, 1 MM-760 CNC machining center and 1 TCS-1500 CNC turning machine will be purchased. An important aspect was the speed and accuracy of machining when choosing machines. The MM-760 has favorable parameters: table size 900x410 mm and X/Y/Z axes in row 760 mm,430mm,450mm; max. speed 8000FPP, umbrella toolbox (for fast tool change). The TCS-1500 CNC lathe machine with its 12pcs tool capture ability can even perform drilling tasks during turning processes. Its maximum rotational diameter allows us to use it when machining large parts (520 mm). The machines have Windows-based touch screen controls and machines also allow running CADCAM machining programs. Our capacity building will be implemented in two steps: 1.Achievement Phase I, 2: Successful implementation. The first step is to obtain the MM-760 CNC machining center, we adapt it to our production. In the “Successful implementation” phase, we put the TCS-1500 CNC lathe into service. After that, we attach the machines to our current production technology and start testing and testing. We examine the manufactured products in relation to the needs of our customers. With the machines to be purchased, we develop the production technology and the service in a way that leads to an increase in production added value, i.e. our manufacturing and production technology leads to an added value increase. The parts resulting from the project result have a fast production time and a low number of scraps. During the development, no real estate and infrastructure investment is carried out in connection with the machine to be purchased. The necessary conditions for the installation of the machine (air, current, etc.) will be provided by our company. The project requires a new employee for employees. The management has several years of market experience in the component manufacturing market, thus ensuring the success of the capacity-enhancing investment. Our development is fully linked to the 25.62 TEAOR. Our most important customers, with whom we will contract the new production capacity: Liebherr Transportation GmbH. (36 % of our sales), Geta GmbH, Knorr-Bremse Hungária Kft., to whom we supply railway vehicle parts, Schneider Electric Spa, where we supply complete low-current distribution equipment (4.2 % of sales revenue).     A projekt megvalósítása érdekében cégünk szakmai konzultációkkal egybekötve felmérette eszközigényét. Elképzeléseinket felvázolva két, igényeinknek megfelelő gép beszerzésére vállalkozunk. A megvásárolni kívánt gép, berendezés szállítójának kiválasztásánál figyelembe vettük az eszköz, gép árát, minőségi színvonalát, a szállító által nyújtott garanciális, szervizszolgáltatásokat, működési, fenntartási költségeket, és a korábban szerzett tapasztalatokat. A bekért árajánlatok alapján az NCT Kft. árajánlata, terméke mellett döntöttünk. A kapacitásbővítési projektünk keretében 1db MM-760 CNC megmunkálóközpont és 1db TCS-1500 CNC esztergagép beszerzése valósul meg. Fontos szempont volt a gépek kiválasztásakor a megmunkálás sebessége és pontossága. Az MM-760 kedvező paraméterekkel rendelkezik: asztal méret 900x410 mm és a X / Y / Z tengelyek sorban 760mm,430mm,450mm; max. fordulatszám 8000FPP, esernyős szerszámtár (gyors szerszámváltáshoz). A TCS-1500 CNC esztergagép,12db szerszámbefogási képességével az esztergálási folyamatok közben még furatkészítési feladatokat is el tud látni. Maximális elforduló átmérője lehetővé teszi, hogy nagy alkatrészek (520 mm) megmunkálásakor is használni tudjuk. A gépek érintőképernyős Windows alapú vezérlőkkel rendelkeznek és gépek a CADCAM megmunkálási programok lefuttatását is lehetővé teszik. A kapacitásbővítésünket két lépésben fogjuk megvalósítani: 1.Megvalósítás I. fázis, 2: Sikeres megvalósítás. Az első lépésben az MM-760 CNC megmunkálóközpontot szerezzük be, illesztjük a gyártásunkhoz. A „Sikeres megvalósítás” fázisban a TCS-1500 CNC esztergagépet helyezzük üzembe. Ezt követően a gépeket hozzácsatoljuk a jelenlegi termelési technológiánkhoz és megkezdjük a próbagyártást, tesztüzemet. A megrendelőink igényeihez képest vizsgáljuk a legyártott termékeket. A beszerezni kívánt gépekkel a termelési technológiát illetve a szolgáltatást a termelési hozzáadott-érték növekedést eredményező módon fejlesztjük, azaz a gyártási-, termelési technológiánk többlet hozzáadott-érték növekedést eredményeznek. A projekt végeredményeként létrejövő alkatrészek gyors gyártási idővel, alacsony selejt darabszámmal rendelkeznek. A fejlesztés során a beszerezni kívánt géphez kapcsolódó ingatlan és infrastrukturális beruházás nem történik. A gép üzembe helyezéséhez szükséges feltételeket (levegő,áram stb.) cégünk biztosítani fogja. Alkalmazottak tekintetében új alkalmazottat igényel a projekt. Az ügyvezetés az alkatrészgyártás piacán több éves piaci tapasztalattal rendelkezik, így biztosított a kapacitásbővítő beruházás sikeressége. Fejlesztésünk teljes mértékben a 25.62 TEAOR-hoz kapcsolódik. Legfontosabb vevőink, akikkel az új gyártási kapacitást le fogjuk kötni: Liebherr Transportation GmbH. (árbevételünk 36%-a), Geta GmbH, Knorr-Bremse Hungária Kft., amelynek vasúti jármű alkatrészeket szállítunk, Schneider Electric Spa, ahová komplett gyengeáramú elosztó berendezéseket szállítunk (árbevétel 4,2%-a).
