The FULL SHINE FS-75HSDO blower machine has been developed for the production of PE and PP bottles. It is equipped with a double closing unit and an extrusion head, suitable for the production of two bottles at a time, its productivity is double the standard machines. It has a colour, touch screen LCD display in Hungarian and PLC control for 50 programs. Storage of production programs allows quick tool and material switching. The machine has a 75-diameter snail with cooling fans and is therefore well suited for the production of bottles with a capacity of between 1 litre and 5 litres. In terms of product weight, it is suitable for the production of bottles between 40 grams and 280 grams. Its technical equipment is considered to be extremely good, the machine is equipped with 100 point Moog wall thickness control unit, which makes the use of the bottle raw material economical and promotes the energy efficiency of the machine. The bottle leak tester examines the finished can and removes the scrap immediately and transmits it to the grinding unit. The bottle blowing tool allows the production of 4 and 5 litre bottles, the machine only works with tool. The extraction unit allows automatic feeding of the raw material, the mixing valve allows automatic feeding of the recycled raw material. The master blend dispenser automatically delivers the percentage of colorant in the production of colour bottles. . The production capacity of the blower machine is 210 pcs/hour for the production of 4 and 5 litre bottles, and 360 pcs/hour for the production of 1 and 2 litre bottles. On a monthly basis, the production of 150,000 bottles in full plant, 1.800,000 bottles per year, 4 and 5 litre bottles is possible. The forklift type Jungheinrich ERC 216 has a load capacity of 1 600 kg, lifting height of 3 100 mm, pulse controlled, equipped with ZZ Duplex poles, equipped with 2 batteries, battery replacement bench, allowing continuous 3-shift work schedule. Construction works in the inner area of the plant, refurbishment and transformation of the extruder are possible. To accommodate the extruder, the height of the headroom must be modified, reinforced concrete beams must be installed, the slats must be repaired above the height, the concrete under the machine must be reinforced due to the weight of the machine and continuously resonance. In addition, the operating air shall be constructed between the location of the machine and the spinal line and a liquid cooling pipe between the liquid chillers and the machine. The extruder is powered through a grid and the lighting of the extruder’s workstation is installed. A FULL SHINE FS-75HSDO típusú fúvógép PE. és PP. flakonok gyártására került kifejlesztve. Dupla záró egységgel és egy extruziós fejjel van ellátva, egyszerre kettő flakon gyártására alkalmas, termelékenysége duplája a szokásos gépeknek. Magyar nyelvű színes, érintőképernyős LCD kijelzővel és 50 program tárolására alkalmas PLC vezérléssel rendelkezik. A gyártóprogramok tárolása lehetővé teszi a gyors szerszám és anyagváltást. A gép, hűtő ventilátorokkal ellátott 75-ös átmérőjű csigával rendelkezik, ennek megfelelően kiválóan alkalmas az 1 liter és 5 liter közötti űrtartalmú flakonok gyártásához. Terméksúlyt tekintve 40 gramm és 280 gramm közötti flakonok gyártására alkalmas. Műszaki felszereltsége rendkívül jónak tekinthető, a gép el van látva 100 pontos MOOG falvastagság szabályozó egységgel, mely a flakon alapanyag felhasználását teszi gazdaságossá, és a gép energiahatékonyságát segíti elő. A flakonszivárgás tesztelő az elkészült flakont vizsgálja és a selejtet rögtön eltávolítja és továbbítja a daráló egységhez. A flakonfúvó szerszám a 4 és 5 literes flakonok gyártását teszi lehetővé, a gép csak szerszámmal működik. A felszívó egység az alapanyag automatikus adagolását, a keverő szelep az újrahasznosított alapanyag automatikus adagolását teszi lehetővé. A mesterkeverék adagoló a színes flakonok gyártásánál a színezőanyag százalékosan beállítható mennyiségét adagolja automatikusan. . A fúvógép gyártókapacitása, 4 és 5 literes flakonok gyártása esetén 210 db/óra, 1 és 2 literes flakonok gyártása esetén 360 db/óra. Havi szinten, teljes üzemben 150.000 db, éves szinten 1.800.000 db, 4 és 5 literes flakon gyártása válik lehetővé. A beszerzendő Jungheinrich ERC 216 típusú elektromos vezetőállásos targonca teherbírása 1600 kg, emelési magassága 3100 mm, impulzusvezérlésű, ZZ Duplex oszlopokkal van ellátva, 2 db akkumlátorral, akkumlátor cserepaddal felszerelt, ami a folyamatos 3 műszakos munkarendet teszi lehetővé. Az üzem belső terében végzendő építőipari munkálatok, felújítás-átalakítás, az extruder elhelyezését teszik lehetővé. Az extruder elhelyezéséhez módosítani kell a belmagasságon, vasbeton gerendákat kell elhelyezni, a magasítás fölött ki kell javítani a tetőn a léceket, a gép alá eső betont meg kell erősíteni a gép súlya és folyamatosan rezonancia miatt. Továbbá ki kell építeni a működtető levegőt a gép helye és a gerincvezeték között és folyadékhűtő csővezetéket a folyadékhűtők és a gép között. Az üzemépületen belül kialakításra kerülő villamos energia hálózaton keresztül kerül árammal megtáplálásra az extruder, és az extruder munkaállomásának megvilágítása kerül kiépítésre. A website keretében kerül elkészítésre a petform.hu magyar nyelvű oldal, mely tartalmaz domain név regisztrációt és 1 GB webtárhelyet.
