The production capacity of 3091 Motorcycle production is being increased in relation to the industry focus: Purchase of 1 Vertical CNC machining centre, which can increase capacity by about 20 %. In the course of the purchase of the manufacturing machines, which formed our current machinery fleet, we mapped the market, and we developed our exact development needs in the knowledge of the offers. We plan to process only aluminium on the machine to be procured — in addition to the 19“rims so far, 25” can be added to our product range; we can also undertake small and large series productions. In this way, we can work on old machines from other materials, so you don't have to stop the production of a specific part if you get a major order with other parts and material requirements. The machine will be operated in a two-shift schedule, and ISO 9001 and MSZEN are planned to be implemented. Value added/Export growth potential: Our company creates significant added value through the development and also has export growth potential. The further expansion of exports will also be supported by the current investment, which will enable us to deliver to new companies. Chopper motor-crackers have a narrow target audience, but they are compensated for by sales. Our development is very popular in these circles as well as at exhibitions. In this respect, prototypes need to be further developed, which requires improving our technological standards. Our ongoing task is to explore new markets. Since we specialise in the production of private-brand motorcycles, we would like to become world leaders in the business. We are planning to strengthen our supply relationships — we have not concluded supply contracts so far, but it will be possible due to increasing demand for raw materials. The main suppliers of the Kft.: Ferropatent Ltd., Thysenkrupp Ferroglobus, Mixomat Kft. SMEs moving forward in the production value chain: We could work with the new machine after welding our own product, thus adding new product types (various rims; transport path, material handling machine). We develop it in a way that increases added value to a product with a higher level of processing, as we have outsourced the necessary aluminium processing so far. Through the development of the new machine, we will be able to produce products that we have not yet had the opportunity to produce. A 3091 Motorkerékpár gyártása ágazati fókuszhoz kapcsolódó termelési kapacitásbővítés valósul meg: 1 db Vertikális CNC megmunkálóközpont beszerzése, melynek révén kb. 20%-kal nőhet a kapacitás. A korábban beszerzett, jelenlegi gépparkunkat alkotó gyártó gépek beszerzése során feltérképeztük a piacot, az ajánlatok ismeretében alakítottuk ki pontos fejlesztési igényünket. A beszerzendő gépen csak alumíniumot feldolgozást tervezünk végezni – az eddigi 19” felnik mellett már 25” is a termékpalettánkra kerülhet; emellett kis és nagysorozatú gyártásokat is el tudunk vállalni. A régi gépeken más anyagokból tudunk ezáltal dolgozni, tehát nem kell leállítani adott alkatrész gyártását, ha beérkezik egy fontosabb megrendelés más alkatrész és anyagigénnyel. A gépet két műszakos munkarendben fogják üzemeltetni, ISO 9001 és MszEN bevezetése tervezett. Hozzáadott érték/exportnövekedési potenciál: Cégünk a fejlesztések révén jelentős hozzáadott értéket teremt, és exportnövekedési potenciállal is rendelkezik. Az export további bővülését segíti jelen beruházás is, amely által újabb cégek irányába is tudunk majd szállítani. A Chopper motorkerépároknak szűk a célközönségük, azonban eladási áruk ezt kompenzálja. Fejlesztésünk igen nagy népszerűségnek örvend ezekben a körökben illetve a kiállításokon egyaránt. Mindezek tekintetében a prototípusokat szükséges továbbfejleszteni, amihez elengedhetetlen a technológiai színvonalunk javítása. Új piacok felderítése folyamatos feladatunk. Mivel saját márkájú motorkerékpár előállítására specializálódtunk, ezért szeretnénk az üzletágban a világvezetők közé kerülni. A beszállítói kapcsolataink erősítését tervezzük - eddig beszállítói szerződéseket nem kötöttünk, azonban növekvő nyersanyagigény miatt lehetőség lesz rá. A Kft. főbb beszállítói: Ferropatent Zrt, Thysenkrupp Ferroglobus, Mixomat Kft. Termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV: A saját termék összehegesztése utáni megmunkálást tudnánk az új géppel megoldani, így új terméktípusokkal bővíthetnénk a kínálatunkat (különféle felnik; szállítópálya, anyagmozgató gép). Magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékhez hozzáadott-érték növekedést eredményező módon fejlesztünk, ugyanis az eddigiek során a szükséges alumínium feldolgozást kiszerveztük. A fejlesztés révén az új gép beszerzésével olyan termékek előállítására leszünk képesek, amelyre eddig még nem volt lehetőségünk. Ennek megfelelően természetesen magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű terméket eredményez a beruházás - a termelést hozzáadott-értéknövekedést eredményező módon fejlesztjük. (Hungarian)
