EQUIPMENT TO BE PROCURED: The DENER Mitsubishi DNR-I 2060 CNC Plasma Cutter is one of the best value-for-money equipment on the world market. The equipment produced in Turkey is equipped with the world’s number one, market-leading plasma power source, Hypertherm brand and Mitsubishi servo motors representing state-of-the-art technology. Thanks to the five-axis rotary head, the plates can be cut into rooting for welding, which greatly enhances productivity and quality. Due to table optimisation, material loss is minimised. The plasma cutter is delivered with a high-performance extraction and filter system to ensure healthy working conditions. The Solid Edge software package is a state-of-the-art 3D engineering design program, products and technologies. With its use, we can quickly and efficiently prepare the necessary technological plans for the production of products on plasma cutters based on the designs of the products designed by us or made available by our customers. The detailed technical parameters of the equipment are set out in the quotations attached to the tender. Gyegép Kft. submitted the final report to the Granter with a project supported under the Economic Development Operational Programme R & D and Innovation for Competitiveness priority. The result of project GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2011-0121, the developed welding technology, will be applied to the welding of the plates processed by the plasma cutter purchased in the framework of this project. Szoftverbeszerzés: Solid Edge Classic 3D CAD szoftvercsomag beszerzése 2. Eszközbeszerzés: DENER Mitsubishi DNR-I 2060 CNC Plazmavágó beszerzése SZAKMAI, MŰSZAKI STANDARDOK PROJEKT SORÁN: A menedzsment tagjai jelen projekthez hasonló fejlesztések végrehajtásában jártasságot szereztek. A projekt eredményeként előálló termékek minősége javul az eddigi gyártmányokhoz képest, a projekt eredményeként termelőkapacitásunk eléri a megfelelő mértéket, a technológiai folyamatok felgyorsulnak, költségeink csökkenek. BESZERZÉSRE KERÜLŐ ESZKÖZÖK: A DENER Mitsubishi DNR-I 2060 CNC Plazmavágó a világpiacon az egyik legjobb ár-érték aránnyal rendelkező berendezés. A Törökországban gyártott berendezést Hypertherm márkájú, a világ első számú, piacvezető plazma áramforrásával, és a csúcstechnikát képviselő Mitsubishi szervo motorokkal látják el. Az öt tengelyes, rotációs fejnek köszönhetően a lemezek vágása során kialakítható a hegesztéshez szükséges gyökölés is, ami nagymértékben fokozza a termelékenységet és a minőséget. A teríték-optimalizációnak köszönhetően az anyagveszteség minimalizálódik. A plazmavágó nagy teljesítményű elszívó- és szűrő rendszerrel kerül leszállításra az egészséges munkakörülmények biztosítása érdekében. A Solid Edge szoftvercsomag csúcstechnológiát képviselő 3D gépészeti tervezőprogram, termékek és technológiák tervezésére. Használatával az általunk megtervezett, vagy a megrendelőink által rendelkezésre bocsátott termékek tervei alapján gyorsan és hatékonyan készíthetjük el a termékek plazmavágón történő legyártásához szükséges technológiai terveket. Az eszközök részletes műszaki paramétereit a pályázathoz csatolt árajánlatok tartalmazzák. A Gyegép Kft. a Gazdaságfejlesztési Operatív Program K+F és innováció a versenyképességért prioritás keretében támogatásban részesített projekttel, a záró beszámolót benyújtotta a Támogató felé. A GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2011-0121 számú projekt keretében létrehozott eredményt, a kifejlesztett hegesztés-technológiát a jelen projekt keretében beszerzett plazmavágó által megmunkált lemezek hegesztésére fogja alkalmazni a pályázó.
