We are expanding our capacity, as we do not have our own concrete mixing equipment yet, and we create the ability to produce a modern product. In accordance with the detailed provisions of points 19) and 4.4.2.3.1(i) of Table 4.4.2.3 of the Call, and in accordance with Annex 10 referred to therein, our company acquires the following modules in the present project, so 10 points can be awarded for this aspect: 1. Corporate CRM, 2. Production area functional specification, 3. Kotrolling and decision support, 4. Functional Specification of Purchasing, Logistics Area, Module 5: Financial, accounting area functional specification, and also HR, Electronic Document Management (Document Library), Mobile Application Modules. During the preparation we determined the necessary equipment and their technical parameters. Several bidders have been negotiated in order to select equipment offering the best value for money. Project steps: request quotations; selection; ordering machinery; contracting; transport; execution; putting into service. Standards: We operate according to ISO min.ir. A fentiekben leírt üzleti okokkal alátámasztva szükségünk van saját eszközökre a transzportbeton gyártáshoz.A VMT-BETOMIX 200 DW ikertengelyes betonkeverő berendezéssel a különböző receptúrájú transzportbetont gyártunk,amelyet túlnyomóan útépítéshez szállítunk Legfőképp a piacon folyó árverseny miatt van szükségünk saját gyártó berendezésre, hiszen általa alacsonyabb előállítási áron,magasabb minőségi elvárásoknak megfelelően és stabilan garantált minőségben tudunk gyártani.A betonkeverő berendezés méreténél, működésénél fogva szükség van az elhelyezéshez beton alapozásra.A betonkeverő működéséhez szükséges alapanyag,adalékanyag mennyiséget az anyagmozgatási kapacitás növelésével tudjuk a betonkeverőbe termelni egy szintén beszerzett Komatsu WA380-8 típusú homlokrakodó segítségével.A vállalat és termelés irányításához a Cégmenedzser szoftvert és termelésirányítás terminálokat szerezzük be. -- A projektben TEÁOR2363 Előre kevert beton gyártása tevékenység fejlesztéséhez szükséges termelési kapacitásbővítés fog megvalósulni. Ehhez az eszközbeszerzés és információs-technológia fejlesztés célterületen belül, a költségek adatlapon bemutatott tartalommal és kapcsolódással a fenti beruházást tervezzük. Bővítjük kapacitásunkat, hiszen saját betonkeverő berendezéssel még nem rendelkezünk, és megteremtjük a korszerű termék előállítási képességet. A Felhívás 4.4.2.3. táblázat 19) és 4.4.2.3.1. i) pontjában részletesen szabályozottaknak, az ott hivatkozott 10. sz. mellékletnek megfelelően vállalkozásunk az alábbi modulokat szerzi be jelen projektben, így erre a szempontra 10 pont adható: 1. Vállalati CRM, 2. Gyártási terület funkcionális specifikáció, 3. Kotrolling és döntéstámogatás, 4. Beszerzési, logisztikai terület funkcionális specifikáció, 5. modul: Pénzügyi, számviteli terület funkcionális specifikáció, és ezek mellett még HR, Elektronikus iratkezelés (Dokumentumtár), Mobilalkalmazás modulok. Az előkészítés során meghatároztuk a szükséges berendezéseket és műszaki paramétereiket. Több árajánlat adóval folytattak tárgyalásokat, annak érdekében, hogy a legjobb ár/érték arányt nyújtó felszerelések kerüljenek kiválasztásra. Projekt lépései: árajánlatok bekérése; kiválasztás; gép megrendelése; szerződéskötés; szállítás; kivitelezés; üzembe helyezés. Standardok: ISO min.ir.rsz szerint működünk.
