The project expands the company’s processing capacity with the production of new polished tiles. The first element of the technological process is the MOD TBV/1600M block cutting machine, which produces the desired size of “raw” stone slabs for the grinding machine. The machine has a total power of 132 kW. The machine is capable of producing stone tiles up to 750x350 mm or 1600x500 mm in any size within these extreme values. The MOD.LBV/600 M-8 grinding machine is suitable for grinding limestone/marble sheets. Abrasive units are mounted on a movable bridge. Chain-driven roller table forwards the tiles. Closed design, insulated structure, which reduces heat loss, results in energy-saving operation. The performance of the equipment can be adjusted on a wide scale depending on the use. Both temperature and speed of passage can be adjusted. Heat generation is provided by infra lamps. During cutting and, in particular, grinding processes, significant amounts of process water are in contact with limestone sheets. This is used to remove the drying production line. This is how the final product of the polished surface of stone slabs is prepared. We would like to purchase the Hyundai 25D-9E diesel truck for in-service loading of stone tiles and loading of finished products onto transport vehicles. Some of the excavated stones are not suitable for sheet cutting. These stone pieces are crushed, graded and sold as gabies in decorative stone chips or in steel structures. To move these bulk materials, a high-performance front loader is required. For this purpose, we wish to acquire the Hyundai HL980 front loader. An integrated corporate governance system will be introduced. The system will include a production module. The controlling module is also part of the system. Complex production management, production programming system will be introduced. It thus contributes to a more efficient use of capacity, coordination of production processes, a more efficient operation of the undertaking and improved profitability. Project preparation: The management prepared cost calculations for the development, requested quotations, and examined and evaluated potential technical equipment in order to select the most efficient tool. The management has the experience and qualifications required to operate the project, the quarry and the stone processing plant have been operating with the current management for 15 years. (English)

    A projekt a vállalkozás feldolgozói kapacitását bővíti új, csiszolt felületű burkolólap gyártásával. A technológiai folyamat első eleme a MOD TBV/1600M block vágógép, amely a csiszológép számára állítja elő a kívánt méretű „nyers” kőlapokat. A gép összesen 132 kW teljesítményű. A gép képes akár 750x350mm vagy 1600x500mm méretű kőlapok gyártására is, ezen szélsőértékeken belül tetszőleges méretben. A MOD.LBV/600 M-8 típusú csiszoló gép mészkő/márvány lapok csiszolására alkalmas. A csiszoló egységek egy mozgatható hídra vannak felszerelve. A technológia garantálja a stabilitást, megakadályozza a vibrációt és rendkívül pontos munkavégzést tesz lehetővé. A gép mechanikus és elektromos alkatrészei nagy pontosságot és megbízhatóságot biztosítanak magas igénybevétel mellett is. A vízellátó csövek, a fúvókák és lemez burkolatok úgy vannak kialakítva, hogy garantálják a víz áramlását a forgácsoló fejekhez a feldolgozási folyamat alatt. Ez biztosítja a pontos munkavégzést és az eszköz hosszú élettartamát. A MOD FOBV/600M - 12000 "IR9+IR6" típusú szárító kemence márvány és mészkő lapok, csíkok kezelésére szolgál. Lánchajtású görgős asztal továbbítja a lapokat. Zárt kivitelű, hőszigetelt szerkezet, amely csökkenti a hőveszteséget, energiatakarékos működést eredményez. A berendezés teljesítménye széles skálán állítható a felhasználástól függően. Állítható mind a hőmérséklet, mind az áthaladás sebessége. A hőtermelést infra lámpák biztosítják. A vágási és különösen a csiszolási munkafolyamatok alatt jelentős mennyiségű technológiai vízzel érintkeznek a mészkőlapok. Ennek az eltávolítását szolgálja a szárító gépsor. Így készül el a végtermék, a csiszolt felületű burkoló kőlap. A kőlapok üzemen belüli rakodására és a késztermék szállítójárművekre rakodásához kívánjuk beszerezni a Hyundai 25D-9E dízel targoncát. A kitermelt kő egy része nem alkalmas a lapszabászatra. Ezeket a kődarabokat zúzzuk, osztályozzuk és díszítő kőzúzalék vagy acélszerkezetbe téve, gabionként értékesítjük. Ezeknek az ömlesztett anyagoknak a mozgatásához szükséges egy nagy teljesítményű homlokrakodó. Erre a célra kívánjuk beszerezni a Hyundai HL980 homlokrakodót. Bevezetésre kerül egy integrált vállalatirányítási rendszer. A rendszer tartalmazni fog gyártási modult. Szintén a rendszer részét képezi a kontrolling modul. Komplex termelés irányítási, termelés programozási rendszer kerül bevezetésre. Ezáltal hozzájárul a kapacitások hatékonyabb kihasználásához, a termelési folyamatok összehangolásához, a vállalkozás hatékonyabb működéséhez és javítja a jövedelmezőséget. Projektelőkészítés: A menedzsment a fejlesztés érdekében költségkalkulációkat készített, árajánlatokat kért be, illetve a potenciálisan szóba jöhető műszaki berendezéseket megvizsgálta, értékelte a leghatékonyabb eszköz kiválasztása érdekében. A menedzsment a projekt működtetéséhez szükséges tapasztalatokkal, képesítésekkel rendelkezik, a kőbánya és a kőfeldolgozó üzem a jelenlegi menedzsmenttel működik már 15 éve. (Hungarian)
