The aim of the development is to purchase plastic parts manufacturing and inspection workstations that allow for up-to-date, integrated sensory quality control. Advantages of high performance DL A5550, DL A5 850 plastic component manufacturing and inspection workstations: first model 550 t, second model can create 850 t closing force, two metal plates, compact design, DL A5 represents the latest technical technology, short drying time requirement, fastening unit: an optimised weight distribution and minimum distortion can be achieved with the new plate, injection unit: the exact quantity injected is controlled by closed loop control, hydraulic unit: improved response time, higher productivity, less maintenance, reduced noise, use of advanced robotics (ES1400II or ESw1700II), advanced control system (STEC-NC2), advanced single-phase feeders (VLM25), advanced dryers (D803-MT) and water cooler (AIC 50P CHILLWER and AIC 70P CHILLWER series). Designed to be manufactured with the DL A5 550 workstation: front cover of passenger car seats. Designed to be manufactured with DL A5 850 workstations: pull-out drawer under seat. Advantages of LWF1300 plastic component manufacturing and inspection workstation: process integrated quality control sensors, energy saving, short travel time, parallelisation of pressure plates, efficient control system, injection unit, hydraulic unit. Accessories: TURBODAC100N compressed air dryer, modern VLM5 dispenser. The tools are used to machine the workstation, the new tools make the machine suitable for the production of new product circles (tile leveling system, clamping disc). Products designed to be manufactured by the workstation: special plastic corner panels that are used in the production process of solar panels (Declaration of Intent of Korax Kft.), external parts of tile leveling system, water nozzle (according to industrial protection contract), plastic window accessories. The acquisition of this workstation will result in an investment in the production of the final renewable energy product. Korax Kft. (largest producer of solar panels in our country) expressed its intention to supply the special plastic heel panels that we need to produce, which are integrated into the solar panels. The applicant has industrial property rights (innovative SME) which he uses for the productive investment. Under the project, the world-class ABAS corporate governance ERP system will be procured. Main modules: basic data, procurement, sales, CRM, material management, inventory, production and capacity planning, finance, accounting, etc. Requirements 1-13 of Annex 10 of the call for proposals are met by the system. The decision support system is able to collect, process and analyse data from sensors, controls and interfaces installed in the production and quality control modules of the production line in an objective way. A fejlesztés célja korszerű, folyamatba integrált szenzoros minőségellenőrzést is lehetővé tévő műanyag alkatrész gyártó és ellenőrző munkaállomások beszerzése. A nagy teljesítményű DL A5 550, a DL A5 850 műanyag alkatrész gyártó és ellenőrző munkaállomások előnyei: első modell 550 t, a második modell 850 t záró erőt képes létrehozni, két fémlaposak, kompakt kialakításúak, a DL A5 a legújabb műszaki technológiát képviseli, rövid száradási időszükséglet, rögzítő egység: az új nyomólemezzel optimalizált súlyelosztást és minimális torzulást lehet elérni, befecskendező egység: a befecskendezett pontos mennyiség vezérlését zárt hurkú szabályozás biztosítja, hidraulikus egység: javított válaszidő, magasabb termelékenység, kevesebb karbantartás, csökkentett zajhatás, folyamatba integrált fejlett robotika (ES1400II, ill. ESw1700II) használata, fejlett vezérlő rendszer (STEC-NC2), korszerű egyfázisú adagoló töltők (VLM25), korszerű szárítók (D803-MT) és vízhűtő (AIC 50P CHILLWER, ill. AIC 70P CHILLWER széria). A DL A5 550 munkaállomással gyártani tervezett termék: személygépkocsi ülések első borítása. A DL A5 850 munkaállomással gyártani tervezett termék: ülés alatti kihúzható fiók. Az LWF1300 műanyag alkatrész gyártó és ellenőrző munkaállomás előnyei: folyamatba integrált minőségellenőrzés szenzorok, energiamegtakarítás, rövid menetidő, nyomólemezek párhuzamosítása, hatékony vezérlőrendszer, injekciós egység, hidraulikus egység. Tartozékok: TURBODAC100N sűrített levegős szárító, korszerű VLM5 adagoló. A szerszámok a munkaállomás felszerszámozására szolgálnak, az új szerszámok alkalmassá teszik a gépet új termékkörök (csempe szintező rendszer-talp, szorító korong) gyártására. A munkaállomással gyártani tervezett termékek: speciális egybecsúsztatható műanyag sarokelemek, amelyeket a napelemek gyártásakor használnak fel a gyártási folyamatban (Korax Kft. szándéknyilatkozata), csempe szintező rendszer külső részei, víz fúvóka (iparjogvédelmi szerződés szerint), műanyag ablak tartozékok. E munkaállomás beszerzésével a megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermék gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházás valósul meg. A Korax Kft. (hazánk legnagyobb napelemgyártója) kifejezte szándékát az általunk gyártandó, a napelemekbe beépülő speciális egybecsúsztatható műanyag sarokelemek beszállítása tekintetében. Pályázó iparjogvédelmi oltalommal rendelkezik (innovatív KKV), amelyet a termelő beruházás során hasznosít. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerül a világszínvonalat képviselő ABAS vállalatirányítási ERP rendszer. Főbb moduljai: törzsadatok, beszerzés, értékesítés, CRM, anyaggazdálkodás, leltár, gyártás- és kapacitástervezés, pénzügy, számvitel stb. A pályázati felhívás 10. sz. mellékletben szereplő 1-13. követelményt a rendszer kielégíti. A döntéstámogató rendszer a gyártósor termelő- és minőségellenőrző moduljaiban elhelyezett szenzorokból, vezérlésekből, csatoló felületekről objektív módon képes adatok gyűjtésére, feldolgozására, elemzésére.
