The plant to be built within the framework of the investment, the main product of which is 1 099 m² gross product of jelly salon sugar, using pectin. In addition, other products such as agar-agar, possibly gelatine-based products may be produced, in addition to compliance with appropriate technological procedures and modifications. The plant technology also provides for the production of special confectionery products, e.g. sugar-free, with reduced sugar content or enriched in different ways. The plant layout, food safety design and operating conditions ensure that the plant is able to operate the ISO 22000 food safety and quality system in addition to the Basic Food Insurance Scheme (HACCP) in addition to the existing ISO 22000 food safety and quality system in other units of the company. The premises in the building were designed in such a way that the workers would not be able to place objects on the inner sill of the windows. To this end, the ledges must be broken down at an angle of 45 °. In the case of doors where manual forklift (“frog”) pallet handling takes place, a door of at least 120x210 mm, preferably made of metal, will be installed. We will provide the edges with a metal edge protector to avoid possible wall injuries. The masonry must be washable up to a minimum height of 3 m. In the processing rooms we designed the installation of the heat-insulated sandwich panel structure. A continuous and non-restricted 3 cm vtg. sandwich panel is placed under the slab, into which recessed luminaires are placed. Between the slab and the suspended ceiling, pipes and high-current wires run, of course, with the necessary safety distances. With this solution, hygienic and cleanable spaces are created. The doors must be made of metal, except for social rooms, offices, cleaning products and packing warehouses, painted, with washable cover at the foot. The windows shall be primarily fixed (openable only during cleaning). As much as necessary, the windows can only be opened from the inside. We will install a densely weave insect net on the openable windows. The side walls and floors are designed to be rounded so that no contamination can remain there after cleaning. The flooring shall be non-slip, intertwined and non-removable, with industrial floor (with resin coating) recommended in the plant. So far, our company has not had any R & D & I activities, no industrial property rights have been filed. The project involves an investment in the production of non-renewable energy end products. A beruházás keretein belül tervezett építendő üzem, amely alapterülete bruttó 1099 m2 fő terméke a zselés szaloncukor, valódi csokoládéval bevont változata pektin felhasználásával. Ezen felül – megfelelő technológia eljárások és módosítások betartása mellett egyéb, pl. agar-agar, esetleg zselatin alapú gyártmányok is készíthetők. Az üzemi technológia lehetőséget biztosít különleges, pl. cukormentes, csökkentett cukor tartalmú, illetve különböző módon dúsított édesipari termékek gyártására is. Az üzem elrendezése, az élelmiszer biztonsággal kapcsolatos tervezési-elrendezési és üzemelési körülmények biztosítják, hogy az üzem az alapvető élelmiszer biztosítási rendszer (HACCP) mellett hatékonyan tudja működtetni a vállalkozás egyéb egységeinél már működő ISO 22000 élelmiszer biztonsági és minőségügyi rendszert is. Az épületben lévő üzemi helyiségeket úgy terveztük kialakítani, hogy az ablakok belső párkányára a dolgozók tárgyakat ne helyezhessenek el. Ennek érdekében a párkányokat 45 ° szögben kell letörni. Azon ajtók esetében, ahol kézi targoncás („béka”) raklapos anyagmozgatás folyik, legalább 120x210 mm méretű, lehetőleg fémből készült ajtót fogunk beépíteni. Az esetleges falsérülések elkerülése érdekében fém élvédővel fogjuk ellátni az éleket. A falazatoknak minimum 3 m magasságig moshatónak kell lennie, a feldolgozó terekben a hőszigetelt szendvicspanel szerkezet beépítését terveztük. A födém alá összefüggő és résmentes 3 cm vtg. szendvicspanel kerül függesztéken, amelybe süllyesztett világítótestek kerülnek. A födém és az álmennyezet között futnak a csővezetékek és az erősáramú vezetékek, természetesen a szükséges biztonsági távolságok betartásával. Ezzel a megoldással higiénikus és jól takarítható terek jönnek létre. Az ajtóknak – a szociális helyiségek, az iroda, takarítószer raktár és a csomagoló raktárak kivételével fémből kell készülniük, festett kivitelben, a lábrésznél mosható borítással. Az ablakok elsősorban fix (kizárólag takarításkor nyitható) kialakításúak legyenek. Amennyibe szükséges, az ablakok nyitása csak belülről történhet. A nyitható ablakokra sűrű szövésű rovarhálót fogunk felszerelni. Az oldalfalak és a padozat kiképzésének kerekítettre terveztük, hogy ott szennyeződés ne maradhasson a tisztítás után. A padozatnak csúszásmentesnek, összefüggőnek, valamint résmentesnek kell lennie, az üzemben javasolt ipari padló (műgyanta bevonattal). Vállalkozásunknak eddig nem volt K+F+I tevékenysége, nem került iparjogvédelem benyújtásra. A projekt során nem megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermékek gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházás valósul meg. (Hungarian)
