For the development, we selected the Austrian SBM Mineral Processing GMBH EuroMix 1600 CM 128 L mobile transport concrete production machine. The reason for the selection was the professional evaluation of the operators presented at the reference points. Their advantage over other mobile devices is primarily containerised with all the technological elements that are by far more efficient in terms of transportability and performance than all equipment on the market. Transport can be done with 4 trucks. It can be disassembled and installed with 1 car crane. Its biggest advantage over the others is that it does not require concrete foundation, it can be placed on compacted and orderly soil, and it can be operated. In this way, installation costs and planting time can be reduced to a third, i.e. the installation is reduced from an average of two weeks to a maximum of four days. Due to the size of the equipment, it does not require separate road permits and is placed in a single standard container. The mobile mixing machine is part of a line-feeding device, which includes the conveyor belt with the balance and a 4 fraction (26 m³) additive container. The additive measured per fraction is transferred to a horizontal axial mixing device of 1.6 m³ with another oblique conveyor. The cycle time of a mixing is 1 minute, including the time of loading, mixing and emptying. This unit shall also include a water balance for water dosing. The third component of the mixing machine is a container containing equipment for the electrical transmission of the machine or a computer control for its operation. The individual manufacturer and developer of the type of control is the same as for the other three concrete mixers installed. In the detached part of the control container there are chemical pumps for the dosing of additives and the chemical balance. The mixer comes with two more 60-ton cement silos and two cement transport snails. The HYUNDAIHL940 rubber wheel loader serves the mixing plant. We work with the same type in our other plants, i.e. the criteria for selecting the machine were the knowledge of the machine and its favourable price. The automated mixing equipment and the handling loader are capable of producing 60 m³ of concrete per hour, taking into account all the circumstances. The company has been certified as a quality management system according to MSZ EN ISO 9001:215 for several years. The performance of concrete production and transport processes and the assessment of their risks shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures put in place. During the activity, traceability and identification are fully ensured. In the framework of this project, a production management system will be put in place that meets the requirements of the production management system (7 points) as described in point 4.4.2.3.1 (i) of the call. In addition to the production module, CRM; Inventory management, logistics; Procurement and sales modules will be introduced, which is described in detail in the enclosed quotation. A fejlesztéshez az osztrák SBM Mineral Processing GMBH EUROMIX 1600 CM 128 L típusú mobil transzportbetongyártó gépet választottuk ki. Kiválasztás oka a referencia helyeken bemutatott üzemeltetők szakmai értékelése volt. Többi mobil berendezéssel szembeni előnyük elsősorban konténerbe rendezve valamennyi technológiai elem, melyek a szállíthatóság és a teljesíthetőség tekintetében messze hatékonyabbak valamennyi forgalomban lévő berendezésnél. Szállítása 4 db nyerges kamionnal oldható meg. Szétszerelése és telepítése 1 db autódaruval oldható meg. Legnagyobb előnye telepítéskor a többivel szemben, hogy beton alapozást nem kíván, tömörített és rendezett talajra elhelyezhető, üzemeltethető. Így a telepítési költségek és a telepítési időtartam a harmadára csökkenthető, vagyis a telepítés az átlagos két hétről maximum négy napra csökken. A berendezés méretéből adódóan nem igényel külön közúti engedélyeket, minden egységes, szabványos konténerben van elhelyezve. A mobil keverőgép része egy soradagoló berendezés, ami tartalmazza a mérleggel ellátott szállítószalagot, és egy 4 frakciós (26 m3-es) adalékanyag tárolót. A frakciónként megmért adalékanyag egy másik, ferde szállítószalaggal jut a vízszintes tengelyű 1,6m3-es keverőberendezésbe. Egy keverés ciklusideje 1 perc, amely magába foglalja a betöltési, keverési és ürítési fázisok idejét is. Ez az egység tartalmazza a víz adagolására szolgáló vízmérleget is. A keverőgép harmadik eleme a gép villamos erőátvitelét kiszolgáló berendezést, illetve az üzemeltetésre szolgáló számítógépes vezérlést tartalmazó konténer. A vezérlés típusa egyedi gyártója és fejlesztője ugyan az, mint a másik három telepített betonkeverő esetében. A vezérlő konténer leválasztott részében vannak az adalékszerek adagolására szolgáló vegyszerszivattyúk és a vegyszermérleg. A keverő tartozéka még két darab 60 tonnás cementsiló és két darab cementszállító csiga. A HYUNDAIHL940 típusú gumikerekes homlokrakodó kiszolgálja a keverőtelepet. Másik üzemeinkben is hasonló típussal dolgozunk, vagyis a kiválasztásnál szempont volt a gép ismerete és kedvező ára. Az automatizált keverőberendezés és a kiszolgálását biztosító rakodógép, minden körülményt figyelembe véve, óránként 60 m3 beton előállítására képes. A vállalat több éve rendelkezik MSZ EN ISO 9001:215 szabványnak megfelelő minőségirányítási rendszer tanúsítvánnyal. A betongyártási, szállítási folyamatok végzése és azok kockázatainak értékelése a bevezetett eljárásoknak megfelelően történik. A tevékenység során, a nyomon követés, azonosítás teljes mértékben biztosított. Jelen projekt keretében bevezetésre kerül egy termelés-irányítási rendszer, mely megfelel a felhívás 4.4.2.3.1 i) pontjában leírt termelés-irányítási rendszer (7 pontos) követelményeinek. A gyártási modul mellett CRM; Készletgazdálkodás, logisztika; Beszerzés, értékesítés modulok kerülnek bevezetésre, melyet a csatolt árajánlat részletesen leír. Ezzel a rendszer megfelel a felhívás 10 sz. mellékletében leírtaknak. (Hungarian)
