Through the development, we want to acquire new machines that give us the opportunity to introduce modern technology, serving machine manufacturers with environmentally sound manufacturing components for the traditional and renewable energy industry. The new equipment can be an important element of our production capacity, as with their purchase we have the opportunity to convert modern raw materials with heat and machine after-working. New composite materials intended for use can replace traditional feedstocks and, where appropriate, have a more durable, flexible structure and lighter specific weight, as well as a surface that is less suitable for oxidation and deposition, can be a real catalyst for renewable energy components used by the industry. Along these options, we believe that the tools we target will allow us to experiment with innovative processes and components. With the result of our development and research, we can acquire additional supply opportunities for larger producers in the renewable energy sector. In the field of renewable energy, we would like to win the market by producing heavy gaskets and similar multilayered products of the same material or a combination of different materials. With the production of UV stable, static and rotating composite parts, we can even make the support and motion parts of the solar collectors easier, and in the wind turbines, we can produce cogs, gearboxes, gearboxes, bearing housings or even plain bearings for the parts and machines of the control engine, and we could also supply drop holders, battery trays, bowls, filter grids for operation. The machine parts, components and production to be supplied to machine manufacturers operating in the targeted renewable energy field will be accurately documented by our existing ISO 9001 quality assurance system, which we would like to complement with the production and control module of the enterprise management system meeting the requirements of industry 4.0, which would allow us to design the production processes and control the flow. Production and development and administrative tasks would be planned, monitored and recorded on the IT equipment intended for procurement. The developments would help us work in cooperation with several manufacturers, we could visualise the parts and sub-assemblies intended for production virtually more easily, thus reducing the number of working hours spent on preparing the order and optimising the production.     A fejlesztés révén olyan új gépeket kívánunk beszerezni amelyek, lehetőséget nyújtanak számunkra a korszerű technológia bevezetésére, amely környezetkímélő gyártási módon előállított gépalkatrészekkel szolgálja ki a hagyományos és megújuló energia ipar számára szállító gép gyártókat. Az új berendezések a gyártó kapacitásunk fontos elemi lehetnek, mivel beszerzésükkel lehetőségünk nyílik a modern alapanyagok hővel történő alakítására és gépi utómegmunkálására. Az alkalmazásra szánt új kompozit anyagok ki tudják váltani a hagyományos alapanyagokat, és adott esetben tartósabb, rugalmasabb szerkezetük és könnyebb fajsúlyuk, valamint oxidációra és lerakódásokra kevésbé alkalmas felületük révén igazi katalizátorai lehetnek a megújuló energia ipar által felhasznált összetevőknek. Ezen lehetőségek mentén azt gondoljuk, hogy az általunk megcélzott eszközök segítségével módunk nyílik innovatív eljárások és alkatrészek kikísérletezésére. A fejlesztésünk és kutatási tevékenységünk eredményével további beszállítói lehetőségeket tudunk megszerezni a megújuló energia szektor nagyobb gyártóinál. A megújuló energetika területén a nagy igénybevételnek kitett tömítések, és hasonló többrétegű, azonos anyagú vagy eltérő anyagokból kombinált termék gyártásával szeretnénk piacot nyerni. Az UV stabil, statikus és forgó kompozit alkatrészek előállításával akár a napkollektorok tartó és mozgató alkatrészeit könnyíthetnénk, a szélerőműveknél az irányító gépház alkatrészeihez, gépeihez fogaskereket, fogaskerékművet, fogaskerékházat, csapágyházat vagy akár siklócsapágyat is képesek leszünk gyártani, továbbá cseppfogókat, akkumulátor tálcákat, tálakat, filter rácsokat is tudnánk az üzemeltetéshez szállítani. A megcélzott megújuló energetikai terültén működő gépgyártó cégek részére szállítandó gépalkatrészek, elemek, gyártása pontosan dokumentálásra kerül meglévő ISO 9001 minőségbiztosítási rendszerünk által, amit szeretnénk kiegészíteni az ipar 4.0 elvárásainak megfelelő vállalatirányítási rendszer gyártási és kontrol moduljával, ami lehetővé tenné számunkra a gyártási folyamatok tervezését és a folyamtok feletti ellenőrzést. A gyártást és fejlesztést valamint az adminisztratív feladatokat a beszerzésre szánt informatikai eszközökön terveznék, követnénk nyomon és rögzítenénk. A fejlesztések segítenének számunkra kooperációban dolgozni több gyártóval, a gyártásra szánt alkatrészeket, részegységeket virtuálisan könnyebben tudnánk vizualizálni, így a megrendelés előkészítésére fordított munkaórák számát csökkenteni, a gyártást pedig optimalizálni tudnánk.
