In the framework of this project, the capacity required for the production of concrete elements will be increased. The submission of the grant application was preceded by several months of preparatory work. In connection with the preparation of the project, we prepared a business and financial plan, agreed with our existing and potentially new partners, asked for quotations on assets, intangible assets and construction with the right parameters. The professional/technical standards to be applied in the project are described in the detail section of the items in the Costs function. The Liugong CLG 385B self-propelled self-feeding concrete mixer (VTSZ: 8474) is responsible for collecting and mixing materials for production, ensuring continuous quantity and quality for Metalika Vibro Presa VP5DSH and VPS 2000 GT STANDARD Automatic Concrete Batteries (VTSZ: 8474). The application to the concrete element manufacturing machine is carried out with constant mixing by delaying the start of the bonding processes. After compacting and vibrating from the premixed raw material, the finished product is formed in the concrete element manufacturing machine. The type of product is defined by pre-selected templates and installed in the machine. After the primary bonding time of 8 hours, the finished product is deponded by the TOYOTA TONERO 02-8FGF20 gas truck (VTSZ:8427) until the secondary bonding time of 24 days has elapsed until final solidification. After final solidification, the forklift and the Liugong CLG 777A excavator are essential for loading onto the means of transport when the finished product is commercialised. The purchase of additional assets is not necessary for the implementation of the tender project, but the above assets constitute an inseparable unit. These tools fit well in our company’s current equipment pool, similar or, in some cases, the same tools are already available, so our goal is to increase production capacities. These are related to our production license purchase, which makes it possible to produce products that have not yet been produced by our company. The CIS to be procured is aimed at digitising and tracking production processes. With the implementation of this project, we will be able to produce our fluorescent pigment technology developed in our PIAC_13 project, the essence of which is that the fabricated stones illuminate after the placement, so we utilise the R & D & I results previously generated from R & D & I sources.     Jelen projekt keretében betonelemek gyártásához szükséges kapacitás bővítése valósul meg. A támogatási kérelem beadását több hónapos előkészítési munka előzte meg. A projekt előkészítése kapcsán üzleti és pénzügyi tervet készítettünk, egyeztettünk meglévő és potencionálisan új partnereinkkel, árajánlatokat kértünk be a megfelelő paraméterekkel rendelkező eszközökről, immateriális javakról, építésről. A projekt során alkalmazni kívánt a szakmai/műszaki standardok a Költségek funkcióban szereplő tételek Részletezés részében ismertetjük. A vállalkozás vezetői és menedzsmentje már túl vannak számos nagy volumenű beruházáson, valamint néhány Uniós forrásból megvalósuló projekten, így az ehhez szükséges tapasztalat rendelkezésre áll. Az alapanyag és a kötőanyag tárolása jelenleg az üzem területén különböző helyeken található. Az ilyen és ehhez hasonló körülmények javítására valósítjuk meg az építést a projektben, és hozzuk létre a az új betonelemgyártó üzemünket. A Liugong CLG 385B önjáró, önadagoló betonkeverő (VTSZ: 8474) feladata a gyártáshoz szükséges anyagok összegyűjtése és az anyagok keverése, folyamatos mennyiséget és minőséget biztosítva ezzel a Metalika Vibro Presa VP5DSH és a VPS 2000 GT STANDARD automata betonelemgyártó gépnek (VTSZ: 8474). A betonelemgyártó gépig történő eljuttatás, állandó keveréssel a kötési folyamatok elindulásának késleletetésével zajlik. A betonelemgyártó gépben az előkevert alapanyagból tömörítés és vibrálás után kialakul a késztermék. A termék fajtáját az előre kiválasztott és gépbe telepített sablonok határozzák meg. Az elkészült készterméket a 8 órás elsődleges kötési idő elteltével a beszerezni kívánt TOYOTA TONERO 02-8FGF20 típusú gázüzemű targonca (VTSZ:8427) a telephelyen deponálja a 24 napos másodlagos kötési idő elteltéig, a végleges megszilárdulásig. A végleges megszilárdulás után a szállítóeszközre történő felrakodásnál is elengedhetetlenül szükség van a targoncára, és a LiuGong CLG 777A kotró-rakodógépre, amikor a késztermék kereskedelmi forgalomba kerül. További eszközök beszerzése nem szükséges a pályázati projekt megvalósításához, de a fenti eszközök egymástól nem elválasztható egységet képeznek. Ezen eszközök jól illeszkednek cégünk jelenlegi eszközparkjába, hasonló, illetve egyes esetekben ugyanilyen eszközök már rendelkezésünkre áll, így célunk a gyártási kapacitások bővítése. Ezekhez kapcsolódik a gyártási licensz beszerzésünk, mely segítségével cégünk által eddig nem gyártott termékek gyártása válik lehetségessé. A beszerzésre kerülő VIR a gyártási folyamatok digitalizásását, nyomonkövetését célozza. Jelen projekt megvalósításával képesek leszünk gyártani a PIAC_13 projektünkben kifejlesztett fluoreszkáló pigmentes technológiánkat, melynek lényege, hogy a gyártott a térkövek világítanak az elhelyezés után, így hasznosítjuk a hasznosítjuk a korábban K+F+I forrásból létrehozott K+F+I eredményt.
