The company intends to purchase 1 Quick-Tech i42 Ultimate CNC milling milling centre and 2 DOOSAN HP5100II horizontal CNC centres under the current tender. Thanks to the company’s continuous development and high-quality products, its existing customers supply regular and continuous orders, as well as new orders. Taking advantage of its current capacity, the company is no longer able to meet this increased order number, and it is therefore necessary to develop the equipment pool. The increase in the asset pool also leads to an increase in staff, and the company intends to increase its workforce in two stages by recruiting 6 employees. The development in the tender will facilitate the simultaneous implementation of two projects. In the first project, steel cast parts are chipped. The two most important requirements for the machine required for the project are the possibility of continuous production (two palette designs due to the minimisation of the time of the change of pieces) and the precise and fast fixing of the pieces. The horizontal spindle range machine design meets these requirements. For the machining of the parts included in the project, special group tools will be used, for which the performance and construction of the machine is of paramount importance because of its specific power requirements. Due to the robust design of the horizontal spindle design, it can be operated in a stable way even with higher cutting parameters, so that it can be more chip separation in a unit time, resulting in more productive production. In the case of a two-palette design, while one of the palettes in the machine’s working space is chipped, the other palette, which is located outside the working space, can be replaced by the machine operator. This allows the equipment to work virtually continuously without time, which gives a significant competitive advantage over single-palette machines. In the second project, a copper component family (108 parts) is machined on lathes. In order to create a competitive price, you need a counter-spinning turning machine with which the pieces come off the machining machine without any human intervention. The equipment differs from the traditional CNC lathes in that the two machined spindles inverted against each other can take over the piece, so one piece change takes place automatically, without human intervention. This solution eliminates human inaccuracies when replacing pieces, so the final product is free from inaccuracies due to capture errors. In addition, the time of the change of pieces can be clearly defined and planned, as opposed to the human workforce, where the replacement time of the pieces can be influenced by personal circumstances and environmental effects. The company has cluster membership and operates a quality management system. The supporting documents are attached as an annex to the application. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A társaság a jelenlegi pályázat keretében 1 db Quick-Tech i42 Ultimate CNC maró-eszterga megmunkáló központot, valamint 2 db DOOSAN HP5100II horizontális CNC központot kíván beszerezni. A pályázatban megvalósuló fejlesztés két projekt egyidejű megvalósítását segíti elő. Az első projektben acélöntvény alkatrészek forgácsolása történik. A projekthez szükséges géppel szemben támasztott két legfontosabb követelmény a folyamatos gyártás lehetősége, (kétpalettás kivitel a darabcsere idő minimalizálása miatt) valamint a pontos, gyors darabrögzítés. Ezeknek a kívánalmaknak a vízszintes orsós váltópalettás gépkialakítás felel meg. A projektben szereplő alkatrészek forgácsolásához speciális csoportszerszámokat fog használni, melyeknek fajlagos erőszükséglete miatt a gép teljesítménye és felépítése kiemelt fontosságú. A vízszintes orsós kivitel robosztus kialakítása miatt nagyobb forgácsolási paraméterek mellett is stabilan üzemeltethető, így egységnyi idő alatt nagyobb forgácsleválasztásra képes, ami termelékenyebb gyártást eredményez. A kétpalettás kivitelnél, amíg a gép munkaterében lévő egyik palettán a gép forgácsolást végez, a másik palettán, ami ilyenkor a munkatéren kívül helyezkedik el, a gépkezelő a darabcserét el tudja végezni. Így a berendezés gyakorlatilag folyamatosan darabcsere idő nélkül tud dolgozni, ami komoly versenyelőnyt biztosít az egypalettás gépekhez képest. A második projektben rézből készült alkatrészcsalád (108 féle alkatrész) megmunkálása történik eszterga gépen. A versenyképes ár kialakításához olyan ellenorsós kialakítású szálvezetős esztergagép szükséges, mellyel a darabok emberi beavatkozás nélkül, teljesen készre készen jönnek le a megmunkáló gépről. A berendezés a hagyományos CNC esztergáktól abban tér el, hogy a két egymással szembe fordított megmunkáló orsó képes a darabot átvenni, így egy darabcsere automatikusan, emberi beavatkozás nélkül megtörténik. Ez a megoldás darabcserénél megjelenő emberi pontatlanságot kiküszöböli, így a végtermék a befogási hibából adódó pontatlanságtól mentes. Mindemellett a darabcsere ideje jól meghatározható, tervezhető, szemben az emberi munkaerővel, ahol a darabok csereidejét a személyes adottságok és a környezeti hatások is befolyásolhatják. A társaság rendelkezik klaszter tagsággal, valamint minőségirányítási rendszert is működtet. Az igazoló dokumentumok a pályázat mellékleteként csatolásra kerültek. (Hungarian)
