The company intends to develop the current technology at its own registered office in Komárom. The company is currently equipped with a printing machine with similar technical characteristics, but is not in both knowledge and capacity compared to the machine currently being procured. At the same time, the company achieves aroma closure and protection against light from the combination of several layers, which is very important for the shelf-life of the food. Coil cutting machine: In terms of printing efficiency, the good thing is that it can be printed on the widest track, but at the same time it is used on packaging machines and narrow tracks. Accordingly, when printing the 90 mm wide packaging material of the mineral water label, it is ideal to print at least 5-8 tracks. The wide-printed and clapped film is mounted in sizes suitable for packaging machines. Thermal re-incineration plant (RTO): Printing and cashing work using solvents. Solvent evaporation gases are harmful to the environment. For this purpose, the thermal afterburner system is designed to filter and destroy all these harmful air impurities. Among the company’s policy goals, environmentally conscious production plays an extremely high role. Accordingly, it intends to complement the technology that will be procured under the current project by further procurement. In addition to reducing the environmental load, the company links the heat produced during the use of the machine to the production, thus saving energy, making production more efficient and economical.     A társaság jelenlegi technológia fejlesztését Komáromban lévő saját tulajdonú székhelyén kívánja végrehajtani. A társaság jelenleg is rendelkezik hasonló műszaki jellemzőkkel bíró nyomógéppel, de a jelenleg beszerzésre kerülő géptől mind tudásban, mind kapacitásban elmarad. A flexó nyomtatás egy közvetlen nyomtatási eljárás. A nyomófesték kémiailag kis viszkozitású, a nyomóforma flexibilis (rugalmas) és nagyon különböző anyagok nyomtathatók ezzel az eljárással. A nyomtatáshoz szükséges rugalmas nyomóforma különböző kerületű hengerpalástra van rögzítve. A nyomóformát egy hengerrel vagy rákellel lehúzott raszterhenger festékezi be és a folyékony (oldószer- és vizes bázisú), vagy paszta formájú (UV-festékek) nyomófestékeket tetszőleges fajtájú nyomathordozóra adja át. A mostani projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő berendezés síkfóliára (műanyag, papír celofán) úgynevezett flexo technológiával magas minőségű (fotó minőségű) nyomatot közvetít. A gyártott nyomtatott fólia főként élelmiszeripari, illetve egyéb csomagolóanyagként kerül forgalomba. Kasírozó (lamináló) gép: A berendezés segítségével kettő, illetve több fólia (papír alumínium) réteg egymáshoz magas nyomással történő ragasztása lehetséges. A nyomtatott fólia festékének az élelmiszerrel való kapcsolatba kerülését akadályozza meg úgy, hogy a festék a két fólia réteg közé kerül. A több réteg összekasírozásából ugyanakkor aromazárást és fény elleni védelmet is elér a társaság, ami nagyon fontos az élelmiszerek eltarthatósága szempontjából. Tekercsvágó gép: A nyomtatási hatékonyság szempontjából az a jó, hogy minél szélesebb pályán lehet nyomtatni, ugyanakkor a felhasználás a csomagoló gépeken, keskeny pályákon történik. Ennek megfelelően az ásványvizes címke 90mm széles csomagoló anyagának nyomtatása során az az ideális, ha legalább 5-8 pályán történik a nyomtatás. A berendezés a szélesben megnyomtatott és lekasírozott fóliát a csomagoló gépekre illő méretekben szereli ki. Termikus utánégető berendezés (RTO): A nyomtatás és a kasírozás oldószer felhasználásával működik. Az oldószer elpárologtatásával keletkező gázok környezetre ártalmasak. Erre hivatott a termikus utánégető berendezés, amely teljesen megszűri és megsemmisíti, elégeti ezeket a káros légszennyeződéseket. A társaság vállalatpolitikai céljai között kiemelkedően magas szerepet tölt be a környezettudatos gyártás. Ennek megfelelően a jelenlegi projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő technológiát további ezköz beszerzésével kívánja kiegészíteni. A környezetterhelés csökkentése mellett a társaság a gép használata során termelt hőt visszacsatolja a gyártásba, így energiát takarít meg, ezáltal hatékonyabbá és gazdaságosabbá teszi a termelést.
